It was a beautiful, perfectly sunny day, a gentle cool breeze rustling the cherry blossom leaves. It was just a perfect day.

" Hanaji Roronoa Todoroki-Royce! Are you even listening?!"

Oh right I'm on trial, I let out a soft sigh looking from the beautiful view outside back to the judge who had a rather pissed off look on her face and I don't blame her. I would be pissed trying to deal with this bullshit as well.

" Hanaji Todoroki-Royce and Winter Stephenson, you both stand before the court today facing the various charges for both of you getting into a brawl and causing the destruction of the Kiyashi Ward Shopping destroying many minor businesses physically and financially. What do you both have to say for yourself?"

The judge asked I took in a deep breath letting out a soft eye closing my eyes,

' just be honest speak the truth and-'

" You see I was just minding my own business and doing my daily patrols when Hanaji came out of nowhere and attacked me out of nowhere your honor-"

I snapped my eyes open and turned to the other person I was on trial with, Winter Stephen aka Crystal Frost a fucking lying bitch and pathetic excuse for a pro hero.

" Oh hell Nah that is by no means what had happened your honor"

I quickly said cutting him off and looking up at the judge who raised a brow towards me I could hear my younger sister facepalming in the back.

" Oh? Then please explain what did happen, Hanaji?"

The judge asked in a slightly sarcastic voice, well I think it's sarcastic it's hard to tell since she has that naturally pissed off tone of voice. I kept my eyes on the judge as I opened my mouth and spoke.

" Well, I was out on my early morning patrols around the Kiyashi Ward when I had bumped into Winter and he had some rather choice words to say about my family as well as myself I was just defending myself-"

" Your honor he is lying!"

Winter yelled out trying to raise his arms up but couldn't since they were handcuffed with chains connected to them being bolted down on the podiums we stood on. Now I would be laughing about this but I'm in the same situation as him the chains were large and heavy not to mention itchy as well I know I was going to have some type of red mark from these once they would be taken off and these damn quirk cancellation collars as well they weren't itchy or uncomfortable I just hated it. It made me feel like an animal.

" Your honor I had tried to walk away but he wouldn't let me he grabbed me and I tried to peacefully get him to let go but he wouldn't so one thing led to another and here we are"

Now, this wasn't entirely what had happened but, that's for another time. The judge let out a soft sigh shaking her head in disappointment, well shit this isn't looking too good now is it. I could hear my brother's facepalming while my mum just sat in his chair glaring at Winter many rows behind us, my youngest sister doing the same. The judge stared down at me for a moment resting her chin in her hand. I gave her a small smile she glanced over to Winter shaking her head than sitting up straight.

" You will both be paying the appropriate fines to help out the business you ruined as well as helping these businesses rebuild and your hero licenses are to be suspended for the next six months as well on top of this you will both be expected to complete 5,000 hours of community service and during this time as well you will be required to wear your quirk cancelation collars to ensure that you do not try to use your quirks during your licenses suspensions and cause more chaos" My eyes widened.

'I have to go for six months without a job and my quirk with this damn itchy collar and community service on top of that shit!! Where the ell am I going to get my hours for that?!'

But before I could say anything the judge dismissed the court the cuffs fell off of myself and Winter I reached my hand up and felt the collar on my neck it was a little warm from having been wearing it for so long it was smooth as well not as rough and beat up as I imagined.

" Some fourth-ranked pro-hero you are, this is all your fault we are within this situation"

Winter growled his frost blue eyes glaring into my soul. I rolled my eyes.

'We wouldn't be in this situation if you had just kept your fucking mouth shut bitch'

I thought to myself keeping my eyesight off of him with a dead expression not wanting to give him any satisfaction of any sort of reaction as he was escorted out of the courtroom.

" Alright you're free to go"

One of the guards said I nodded at both of them letting me go. I gave them a quiet ' thank you' standing there as they walked away letting out a sigh ruffling my hair a bit the weight of the entire situation now starting to slowly set in.

' Dammit this isn't good, some fucking hero I am damnit I should have just stuck to my nursing degree. Sorry dad I'm not acting like much of a real hero right now.'

" Well that is nowhere as bad as I thought this was going to be"

I was snapped out of my thoughts looking up and seeing my mum standing there with my younger siblings Caspian, Ronan, and Athena all standing with him.

" Sorry mum"

I softly said

" It's alright honey that bitch needed someone to put him in his place but it's all done and over with so let's go ahead and move on focusing on this sentence starting with your community service and getting you adjusted to the quirkless life"

he said I looked at him with a confused look until he held a letter with the U.A official stamp on it.

" I was going to tell you yesterday but then this whole kerfuffle happened but U.A is in need of some assistance this year and are looking for volunteers to be teacher aids and well Q, Aizawa, and I may or may not have brought you up multiple times as the perfect candidate for a teacher's assistant and onsite medical personnel which Nezu seemed to really like the idea enough to already send you the needed paperwork to fill out for it"

He said handing me the envelope I took it in my hands and opened it seeing it was indeed the needed paperwork to apply for this position with a small note attached from Principal Nezu reading.

Dear Hanaji,

I understand that you are quite a busy man now being a pro-hero saving the world and what not but we here at U.A would like to offer you the chance to connect with the new generation with pro-heroes and give them some active insight into the life of a pro-hero by becoming a part-time volunteer here at U.A as a on-sight medical personnel as well as a teachers assistant to the first-year staff I hope to hear from you soon.

Mum said my brothers nodded in agreement.

" Yeah and you get more time to hang out with your favorite brother"

Ronan boasted I let out a soft chuckle while Athena rolled her eyes.

" This will cut into the time I have with you before I get sent off to Hirozu Academy but I'll take whatever time I can get with my big bro"

She said making me smile a bit I pulled her into a small side hug ruffling her hair a bit but I still felt bad I wasn't going to be spending as much time with her now before she goes off to Hirozu Academy. I looked at Cas as I felt him place his hand on my shoulder pulling me into a side hug.

" It would give you something to do since you'll be stuck with office work for the next six-months"

he added with a bit of a laugh. I let out a soft hum nodding in agreement looking from the paper then up to him. I gently tapped the letter onto my open hand letting out a soft hum starting to think,

' They all have a point. If I do this I can get my community service hours and help out the next generation of heroes granted I can't do much since I can't use my quirk, but these kids want to be the next top heroes but have no idea of what it's like out there. Maybe I can give them that insight Nezu wants me to. This seems like the right choice right dad?.'

I looked from the letter and up to my mum and siblings nodding my head holding the letter out to my mom

" sign me up".
