The next morning came and Tristana wake up to notice that Bendy was gone. She sit up rubbing the sleep out of her eyes. She got quickly out of the bed after that and would tidy it.

Once it was done she get out of the bedroom and walked carefully in the long hallway.
Yesterday when Bendy was carrying her to the bedroom, it seemed so easy to get to where you wanted. When you are walking with your small legs it's different.

But now she was able to reach the stair case. She could search bendy downstairs to see what he is doing.

So taking stair to stair she was able to arrive down to the last one. She soon heard someone humming a song. Somehow this one was familiar to her, but she did not know where she had listen to it.

Has her curiosity take in, she manage to get in the kitchen to see someone making the breakfast. She could not see clearly who it was there. But once she get closer to the figure she notice that it was not Bendy.

She stop and started to worry.
Doesn't Bendy was the only one that live in the house except her here? Her answer to that question she though came suddenly.

The figure got more clear and it make Tristana feel more uncomfortable.

-Oh hello my sweet baby! How was your sleep doing~?

That voice... Oh no... It was her mother! How was she able to get here? Has Bendy lied to her about what he said before she fell asleep?

She step back afraid when the women walk over to her pretty fast.

- Would you Like to have your breakfast now? I have just finished to make it~

She shake her head not waiting to eat what her mother could have made has a 'breakfast'. This earned a frown on her mom face.

-Why not? You always love it when I made them for you! Look! This is your favorites!

She said has she grab a plate and show it to her. But then the girl cover her face thinking she was going to get hit by her mother. When she realise nothing happen she uncover her face. She could see a plate full of pancakes with honey on top of them. She blinked confused before she look up to her mom that give a big grin.

-See~? It's pancakes! Now go eat them on the couch. I have to wake up your father.

After saying that she shove the plate with a fork to her. The girl take it and goes do has her mom said. It's the first time she see her mom being joyful like that. It was even suspicious and weird. That might hide something. But she get that thought out of her mind has she start to eat her pancakes.

The tv suddenly turn on and it would show a cartoon to her.

She watch it while eating and it was kind of fun for her. She never saw cartoons before and this one was cute and funny! She keep watching the little main character, and notice that his look was similar to someone she knows or have met.

The little devil was always in danger after he does something. There is even a wolf that follow him sometimes when he is not eating sandwiches. But also an angel lady would pass next to the little devil that seem to be in love with her when ever she appear on the screen.

But soon the scene change on the cartoon. It got darker and it make her feel not amused, instead she was sad for the devil, because now he was all alone and no one was there to help him.

She look down when the cartoon finish with a black screen. She notice her plate almost empty. Whereas the pancakes she was eating before was not pancakes anymore. It was some red bloody flesh. Her eyes widen has she throw the plate away on her laps.  This made a loud noise around the saloon.

- What happen!?

Said a worried lady has she came over to the girl to see the broken plate with what's left of the red stuff on the floor.

Tristana look to her and she was frighten in big fear. Her mother had change her figure. She was not the same anymore. She was a monster now. What does this mean? Now there some distorted moan that could be heard. They were loud. She cover her ears to try to stop this disturbing noises. There came what look like to be her father... He looked so ugly, twisted all around his body with black eyes and a bloody mouth with sharp teeth.

This cannot be real... She has to wake up! Yet, her parents came closer to her has they groan at her aggressively. She start to panic and back up to a wall behind her. Her breathe was heavier, her body was shaking a lot. The fear seem to paralyse  her.

She could not move at all. The beast came closer with they sharp finger and then...

- TRISTANA!

She wake up with a scream that surprised the demon that was holding her in worries. She panted a lot and look around before she calm down to see that she was in a bad dream before. She look to Bendy, to see that he had one eye uncover from the ink on him. It was a nice crimson red colored pupil staring at her in big concern and worries.

-What happen? You scared me there! You were shaking a lot, even mumbling things I could not understand.

He then hugged her tightly close to him. She hug him back slowly.

- I...I had a bad dream. M-My parents were monsters.. They.. T-They were going to hurt me!

The demon soon let go of her to see her face being sad and scared again. He put both of his hands on her shoulders.

- Look, I have told you they won't come here and won't take you back right?

She nodded her head has she play with her fingers nervously. She look down at his clawed big hands on her shoulder.

- Then believe in me and everything will be fine.

She stop playing with her fingers and decide to take one of his hands and playfully trace her fingers on his fingers to the claws.

- I believe in you... But I don't want You to get hurt because of me! You are the first That treat me without hurting me..

She stop and would start to sniff. The demon notice the Was going to cry again and he don't like to see her like that. So he take both of her hands on one of his hands gently. Then with the other one he grab her chin and raise her head up. She look up to him with tears coming in the corner of her eyes.

- Don't cry Tristana... It's not a good thing on you. Smiling suits a good child like you.

He let go of her chin to remove a tear on her eyes.

- I'll make sure that your parents won't hurt you or anyone else, alright?

He give her a soft kiss on her forehead, thinking this would help her calm down. She blinked the tears away and slowly give him a small smile. His red eye glitter a bit happy. He pet her head has he rubbed her hands gently.

- That's what I want to see on you sweet cheek. Now, what about we take our breakfast and get ourselves prepare for today?

She giggles and closed her eyes.

- Yeah let's go do that!

She beamed more happy. The demon laughed to that when he see how her mood has change.
