Mark's POV:
I can't feel anything. I've never been able to feel anything. I can't feel happiness. I can't feel sadness. I can't feel anger. I can't feel gulit. Nothing. I've never known how any of these emotions felt. I've never needed friends. I got this from my mother. As a child, she didn't feel anything until she met someone who changed her life. Now, she wants me to do the same. Tomorrow, I start my first day at school. I have to act like a normal boy whenever I'm in public, but I know I'm not normal. I've never been normal. Nobody else knew this except for my mom. I didn't care if anyone found out. No, I wouldn't be able to care. I better get some sleep. I gotta get up pretty early tomorrow.
