I was told that the world is not as it should be.

That I am the Trickster who must rise up against the growing distortion of the world.

Although I did not choose this fate for myself, I accepted it because it was the right thing to do. Because I found it to be a cause worth fighting for, alongside all the friends and supporters I met along the way.

But you were not one of them.

You were my challenger. My adversary. My enemy. That was your purpose from the start.

But you were also so much more.

I didn't choose you because a God or Fate told me to, or even approved of my decision.

I chose you because you told me that we all make our own paths, independent of Gods of Fates.

And you were the path I chose.
