Day 33
Resting my head against the grey wall, I sigh. Every bone in my body wants to be cracked and every muscle wants to be relaxed but I am too exhausted to move. Straining my eyelids to stay open, I watch two police officers talk but when they see me staring they walk away.
"Kim Seokjin."
I stand up, immediately regretting doing it so fast.
"Your friends will be escorted out of the building and then they are yours," a police officer with a moustache smiles. "Try and not let them kill each other?"
"Will do, sir." I bow.
I slump my shoulders when I see Yoongi held by the shoulders and Hoseok held by the arm walking towards me. How am I going to stop them from tearing each other apart?
"I'm sorry Jin," Hoseok pleads when he walks past me. "I didn't mean for any of this."
"It's okay," I lie, forcing a gentle smile. "I don't blame you."
He seems relieved whilst Yoongi shoots me a disapproving glance.
Once we get outside and the officers walk back inside Yoongi had already pounced onto Hoseok.
"Yoongi!" I hiss, grabbing him by the collar and throwing him to the ground. "Stop being a teenage boy who thinks he can sort everything out by a few punches!"
"It's okay," Hoseok mumbles. "I deserve it, Yoongi, if it makes you any better, I give you permission to beat me black and blue."
"Yoongi, if you lay one finger on Hoseok I will beat the crap out of you." I warn him, pointing my finger. "None of this is going to bring her back."
Yoongi looks back at Hoseok and then at me.
"Fine," Yoongi folds his arms and looks at his feet. "Fine."
"And you," I point to Hoseok. "Stop being so pitiful!"
Hoseok seems taken back but then too looks at his feet.
"Whether you like it or not," I look at both of them. "We're all going to solve this together."
