To my utter shock Arjun took me to his home..i mean who in the world takes a girl to his parents on first date
(*date???Is it?* Echoed my mind..I quickly brushed off the thought)...that too in these days...

He introduced me to his parents... looks like he is the only pampered child..It was such a lovely family...They looked after me like i am their own child...I am overwhelmed by their love...How lucky his wife would be to enter into such a family...I thought...

He proposed me today in the most beautiful way possible...But I can't accept his words..I don't know how much he mean them...Let's give some time and chance...hmm...Let's see...

With all these thoughts,sleep is far way from my eyes leave alone dreams...Sigh!

On Monday....

"Avani... Avani..."my boss started calling me...I literally want to hit my head...You know my boss..She is the weirdest boss ever...Some days she would sugarcoat her words..Some days she will act like maniac...

She often has fights with her in laws..And the day she had fight is a hell for me....and her husband not supporting her is cherry on the top..she literally explodes...She makes me run errands for her like am her PA,throws files on my face,gets bubbled up for every single thing...She has bipolar..I highly doubt that...looks like today is that day...

I quickly ran to her cabin...her cabin is a mess....She is pacing back and forth with paper weight on her hand...As she saw me...."where the hell were you till now???"she yelled...

"I came running as soon as you called me ma'am"I know she won't listen to any of my words..."what do you want ma'am?"I asked quietly...

She gave me a death glare with thundering eyes...."can't you see how messy is my chamber....I can't find a single thing.. where the hell is attender?"she is furious,mad enraged....I can't describe...How angry she is today....

"Ma'am..."before I can complete..."find my glasses first..."she started shouting"no one has responsibility,no one is punctual in this office....But will always be ready to take their salary.."She started throwing files from her table...

I came to her "what???"she yelled...

Coolly I took glasses from her forehead and gave her...She quickly regained her previous posture and shouted "Complete and show the project by tomorrow morning..."

"Ma'am..That's impossible..There are no staff in office almost all are in leave..It's our colleague wedding yesterday....How can I complete it in a single day? Ma'am..."

She cut me..."I . dont . care...Show me by tomorrow morning...That's final...NOW...Back to work..."she roared...

What the hell!!!!...How can I do it singly....She has gone mad...God there is so much to do...I sat in front of my system...And started doing...the coding is so tough...I am tired of doing it again and again and pissed off by her behavior..I tried once again..Hell with the code...

I was hitting on the keyboard..My mood was so furious and am so hungry it was 3pm already I forgot to have lunch too...How can she do this to me....My phone has been ringing from a while..I just ignored it...It is constantly buzzing.. can't they understand that I am in work....I again cut the call...

And started hitting the keyboard...My stomach is growling for food..I sipped some water and started typing...The phone buzzed again...I will get rid of this..I lifted the call

"...h..e..l..l...o ...d..e.. a..r..."he said in sing song voice...

"Look mister...I am already pissed off..Just leave me..."

"What happened darling??"he asked with concern...

"Who is darling...Huh?For whom?Huh?Don't you have any manners?Or at least any common sense?...Look if you ever call me again...I am sure I am going to sue you for Eve teasing case...now get lost.."I yelled at top of my lungs...

God!!!!I was so frustrated....I did what I can do and mailed her my work finally came to cafeteria...Had some tea and snacks...Finally my brain started working and I cooled off...

Why am I stressing myself for her?I started typing complaint to higher authority about her and her mood swings...And sent the mail...I will make sure that she would regret doing this to me...

Further I completed some more work and came home...My mom welcomed me with a hug...After a very tiring day,hugging mom is the best therapy...Followed by hot shower... Relaxing your muscles...

While having shower I thought...This weekend I must visit a spa...These days I am becoming more agitated for little things.... Thinking about this remainded me of his call...And how I yelled at him without his mistake...I must not have done that....I have to say sorry for him...

As I came outside dressed up in PJs...They are the most comfortable clothes in the whole world...Really...

My mom served me and papa hot dinner...I had it savouring every dish...Came to my room and laid on the bed...Soon my eyes started dropping and I went to my lala land...

The next day morning...I went to office as usual..The general atmosphere is not seen..All my colleagues returned to their work again but the office is pindrop silent...I wonder why..

I came to my cabin..Soon attemder informed me that my boss is calling me...It's then realization hit me...That I have complained about her in that frustration...Part of me is feeling bad for doing like that...And other part of me is supporting that I did right...She must be fuming in anger..

Quietly I tiptoed into her cabin and asked hesitantly "excuse me ma'am?"

"Please sit"she said...She is dead silent...It's like silence before the storm
..I was just observing her expressionless face..

She looked into my eyes...And said"I am sorry avani...For making you suffer..It's just I got so mad yesterday...My in-laws are constantly blaming me even though it's not my fault...I felt so mad at that time...I shouldn't have carried my mood to office... Unknowingly I did the same to you...Shouted on you without any reason..."

She took off her glasses and said"I am sorry and I won't make this happen again..Please don't take it to your heart..."

I felt better now..I nodded my head and went out of cabin bit then...It hit me again..That I did the same with around also..."shit...I must not have done this...I even forgot to apologize..."

I called him..."the number you're dailing is currently switched off.."I tried few times and decided to call him in the evening...I drowned in the work...

I came home I was welcomed by sweet aroma from the kitchen...My mouth started to water for biryani...Mom...I hugged from back and asked "what's special maa?"

She smiled and said..Toady your best enemy sarthak will be coming...ohh...You will cook for your daughter's enemy but not for her right?"I asked faking anger...

She hit me and said"now come and help me..."

Sarthak is my cousin..And my annoying enemy...Haha...Just kidding...He loved to annoy me a lot...Today I will give him surprise welcome...I cooked the plan in my mind and left kitchen after helping mom in preparing kheer,paneer kurma and aloo paratha...Finally left for my room to execute the plan...

I quickly showered and wore my PJs..Get ready sarthak..To witness my another avatar...

Very recently I saw this movie premam..It's a malayalam movie and the hero getup attracted me the most...
I sneaked into papa's room and brought his vesti/lungi and wore it paired with black shirt...I wore black glasses and left my hair loose.. just then the doorbell rang...

Premam style

"Open the door avni..."my mom said from the kitchen

"Coming mom"I quickly ran near the door...Adjusted my lungi and took one of its ends into my hand and lowered my glasses so that I can look from above the glasses in a mass way...And folded my collar upwards like a rowdy finally opened the door shouting "SURPRISE...."

And what came next is really a surprise for me.....
