Sans P.O.V

Man, everything had become a mess right now. Blake She than is gone, even though she quit the White Fang, Weiss believed to be a criminal that should be arrested, and Trifa has to go out and try to find her. Luckily she did, but she has to keep her company, until she comes back.

"Man, this entire situation has turned into a big disaster. I think...I need to get out for a bit. Time for me to go to the docks and calm my great ever-loving mind."

I opened the door, spread my wings, and flied outside. Right now, it's nighttime. I might need the time I have to not only calm my mind, but also to find where Blake is, and possibly find the Elemental Orb. The Elemental Orb is a somehow a rare chance, but it is worth trying it.

I can't help but remember something that my father had told me back than.

Flashback...at 14 years old

My father is in my room with me. He wanted to tell me something about the Elemental Orb.

"Sans, about the yellow Elemental Orb."

"What about it, Dad?"

"What did you feel when you had touched the orb?"

I looked down, as I tried what I can to describe it.

"I felt...Calm, but I also want to blow away the pain Taurus was hiding."

"What did you do when you had faced him in that form of yours."

I can't really say, so I tired to explain the experience that best I can do.

"It was...insane. I felt like I was feeling a strong mental pain. Pain that was...corrupted for selfishness and sadism. I have know idea what to describe this thing."

"Sans."

I looked at him. He looked back at my own with a serious gaze.

"Sans...as the ruler of the Abyss, you have the ability to not only bring back life, but also purify. You have the ability to absorb the sins of others and put it into yourself, freeing them from their darkness, as you take the pain and be burdened by evil, but never succumb to it. You have potential to save the love of those that' are in very dire need, and you can make the greatest difference all of Remnant. You may have felt unwanted pain of other cruel people, but you had made friends and did many heroic acts. You have faced pain and stood against it, as you stare bravely wit your willpower. You are the most powerful successor of the Abyss's rule. Never forget your world's place."

Flashback ends...now age 16

I can't help but think about myself, what did he mean about never forgetting my world's place? What world is he talking about. What purpose was I supposed to have been given at that time.

I finally made it to the docks, but something was wrong. White Fang were all over the area, and there are crates there. Something is up...and I am going find out wha-...Wait a moment. I sensed something.

Blake P.O.V

It had been 2 days, since I left the team. I manage to meet the Monkey Faunus, named Sun Wukong, that we had chased. Apparently, he didn't steal the dust from the store. He just got here. And the sailors, he just came around to mess with them. Right now, I was in a diner with him. Trifa to is with us, though she really is not speaking.

Sun: "Finally, she speaks! Nearly two days and you gave me nothing but small talk and weird looks!"

I gives Sun a firm look.

Sun: "Yeah, like that."

I rolled her eyes before closing them and looking at him sadly.

Blake: "Sun... Are you familiar with the White Fang?"

Sun: "Of course! I don't think there's a Faunus on the planet who hasn't heard of them. Stupid, holier-than-thou creeps that use force to get whatever they want. Bunch of freaks, if you ask me!"

I sipped my drink while listening until I spoke up for the big reveal.

Blake: "I was once a member of the White Fang."

Sun promptly goes cross-eyed and chokes on his drink, making him put it down and wipe his mouth as he holds up a hand to process this information

Sun: "Wait a minute, you were a member of the White Fang?!"

Blake: "That's right. I was a member for most of my life, actually. You could almost say I was born into it..."

I remenbered all the cuts, bruises, hacking, and slashing from my time at the White Fang. All those swords, guns, you name all of it.

Blake: "Back then, things were different. In the ashes of war, the White Fang was meant to be a symbol of peace and unity between Humans and the Faunus."

Blake: "Of course, despite being promised equality, the Faunus were subjected to discrimination and hate. Humanity still thought of us as lesser beings. And so, the White Fang rose up as a voice of our people. And I was there."

I remembered that I was one with the crowd, holding protests for Faunus rights, for equality.

Blake: "I was at the front of every rally. I took part in every boycott. I actually thought we were making a difference. But I was just a youthful optimist. Then, five years ago, our leader stepped down, and a new one took his place. A new leader, with a new way of thinking."

I remembered at how I always see him with dangerous weapons, along those that had followed him. Blood spilled, bodies fall, homes destroyed.

Blake: "Suddenly, our peaceful protests were being replaced with organized attacks. We were setting fire to shops that refused to serve us, hijacking cargo from companies that used Faunus labor. And the worst part was, it was working. We were being treated like equals. But not out of respect... out of fear."

I remember all the malicious intent that the Faunus gave to the humans, when they show they are not lesser beings that they had been told as, and the humans feared the Faunus for the first time.

Blake: "So, I left. I decided I no longer wanted to use my skills to aid in their violence, and instead, I would dedicate my life to becoming a Huntress. So here I am: a criminal hiding in plain view, all with the help of a little black bow."

I wiggles my ears to demonstrate.

Sun: "So...have you told any of your friends about this?"

I looked down with a sad look, as I shook my head.

10 minutes later...in the alleyway.

Me and Sun are walking in the Alleaywsy, discussing about our plan of why Faunus need this much Dust

Sun: "So, what's the plan now?"

Blake: "I still don't believe the White Fang is behind these robberies. They've never needed that much Dust before."

Sun: "What if they did? I mean... the only way to prove that they didn't do it, is to go to the place where they would most likely go to if they were to do it, and not find them there! Right?"

Blake: "The only thing is, I've no idea where that would be."

Sun: "Well, while I was on the ship, I heard some guys talking about offloading a huge shipment of Dust coming in from Atlas."

Finally, Trifa spoke out to Sun, who got very curious.

Trifa: "How huge?"

Sun: "Huge. Big Schnee Company freighter."

Trifa: "Are you sure?"

Sans P.O.V

I sense it! The Elemental Orb. I found it! It is in the water. Now I just need to see where it is.

"Halt!!"

I turned to see 3 White Fang members with their weapons out. Instantly, I put the Elemental Orb in my pocket. And I got ready for a fight.

"You shouldn't have come here, you Freak."

"Maybe we should kill you to end your existence."

"Torture you until you desire to be killed by us."

As they spoke, I began to have a flashback with a number of voices in my head.

"You don't deserve to exist."

"You not a human, you are a monster."

"You father should have ended you."

"Why do you even still live in the first place."

The stress was so much, I can't take it.

Than...I began to change. My scarves has changed to turqoise and more liquid like.

"argh."

"Rargh."

"Raaagh."

"Rrrrearrgh"

"Rrrrrraarrrrghhh."

The White Fang members are shocked, as they see that I transform right before them.

Blake P.O.V

Me and Sun manage to find the White Fang with Roman. Why are they working with Roman, who is outright a human?

Blake: "This isn't right. The White Fang would never work with a Human. Especially not one like that."

Trifa: "You are tight. This is suspicious."

I ready Gambol Shroud, while Trifa readies the Moon Thread.

Sun: (alarmed) "Hey, what are you both doing?!"

Both me and Trifa jumped down towards them.

Blake: "Nobody move!"

The White Fang soldiers ready their guns and equip their swords in response.

Roman: "Whoa! Take it easy there, little lady."

As the White Fang closes in on her, I used my free hand to go for my bow and remove it, causing the ribbon to fall away as my Faunus ears are shown to the world.

Blake: "Brothers of the White Fang! Why are you aiding this scum?"

The White Fang members lower their weapons a little at this development, unsure of what to do, when Roman laughs.

Roman: "Oh, kid, didn't you get the memo?"

Blake: "What are you talking about?"

Roman: "The White Fang and I are going in on a joint business venture together!"

Trifa: "Tell us what it is or I'll put an end to your little operation."

Suddenly, the air is filled with more turbines blowing the wind wildly around the holdup.

Roman: (looking up) "I wouldn't exactly call it a little operation..."

Two more Bullheads are hovering above the heist, and as I watched in horror, Roman smiles and prepares to fire his cane at my feet.
But before he could shoot the ground...

BANG!

CRASH!!!

"RAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGHHHHHH."

Suddenly, a White Fang members rammed right into Roman. I turned to see White Tendril coming form a hole in the crates. I hear a battle coming from there. Sun and Trifa battled the members. I decide to go to the source of all this fighting here.

3rd person point of view...

Trifa and Sun fought against the White Fang members. Sun used a number of jabbing, kicking, and tricks to fight against them. Trifa used her webbing to throw them to others, and used her knife to stab and cut them.

Moon Thread's mechanisms are very unique. It can be used as a knife for silent takedowns. But if things get dicey, it can be turned into a longer blade, with the short parts as guards. She can even infused dust to use for different effects.

Trifa: "He is mine."

Trifa goes in close and went into the shadows so that she could sneak on Roman. Roman turns and almost got hit in the head by Moon Thread. Trifa swings on her web and clashed with him a number of times. He shot the web, but than she tried to strike his head. He dodged and she only landed on her feet. She than kicked the cane, which went off his hand.

Just as Roman deals with one opponent, Sun appears right behind her and disconnects his staff in two spinning circles of flame-firing shotgun nunchucks that only slow down once to show the audience what they are before becoming twin arcs of offense again. Sun swings each gun at Roman while firing everything he as at him, but even with the rapid series of shots and flying bullets, Roman manages to defend himself against every bullet and hit until a millisecond-long pause allows Trifa to get a slash in and knock him back.

On his back, Roman notices a container hanging by a crane right above the two warriors, and gets up to fire his cane at its supports. Trifa swings behind it, but Sun barely misses when he jumps forward, ending up right below the nozzle of Roman's cane. Just as he's about to fire, his and Sun's attention are drawn to a familiar voice.

Ruby: "Hey!!"

Ruby appears on the rooftop overlooking them, Crescent Rose extended and ready for action.

Roman: "Well, hello, Red! Isn't it past your bedtime?"

Penny: "Ruby, are these people your friends?"

Ruby: "Penny, her back! This is dangerous!"
Ruby gets hit in the stomach, as Roman laughs mockingly and cruelly. Penny turns her head toward the criminal and gives her first glare, walking forward while Ruby tries to get back up.

Ruby: "Penny, wait! Stop!"

Penny: "Don't worry, Ruby. I'm combat ready!"

Her backpack mechanically opens up, and from its dark depths comes a single sword that extends and multiples into several blades hovering over Penny's back. Leaping from the rooftop with the weapons acting as wings, she sends three of her swords to knock two White Fang soldiers down before even landing on the ground, where she proceeds to fling the swords at one enemy, impale another to a wall, create a barrier of spinning steel against a running attack, leaping over a goon with her swords in tow, and finally making a wheel that she throws to knock multiple Faunus off their feet.

Blake P.O.V

I ran to see what was happening. The White Fang are fighting something. But what is it that they are fighting right now? As I turned, a White Fang was flying next to me and hit the giant crates.

I turned to see...Sans?! What had happened to him.

His scarf had turned turquoise like his hair, he has 4 tendril-like appendages on his back. The Gaster Blasters have improved. They are now way more Feline. His eyes, the sclera is black, the irises are turquoise, with vein-like patterns, and turquoise liquid leaking down. The Abyss Gem has turned turquoise.

He than shot a new variation of a Gaster Blaster, which fire a turquoise blast of energy. He shot it at another White Fang members, which caused way more damage than before. He than used his White Tendril to wrap it around one of swing it to a tree. The tendrils seems to have paralysis. The last remaining almost got hit by a Gaster Blaster, but I saved him by using my clone as a shield, by using it as a statue.

"Get out of here, now!"

"But I was just-"

"GO!!!"

The White Fang members decided to leave. I turned to sans, but I see something wrong happening him to him. Sans... he is glowing blue. And than...2 new tendrils came out of his back, just right behind the shoulders.

Sans than stopped glowing, but is looking at me in a very, very upset way.

"Why...are you defending them?! Don't you see how much they want us to suffer?!"

He spoke, as tendrils began to hone in towards me.

I jumped out of the way, as the tendrils hit a crate that's behind me.

"Sans, Stop! This is not you. We are Hunters and Huntresses! We are not here to kill anyone! Do you think you have the right to kill people?! If so...than you are wrong!! You are not here to play the deity, nor are you here to decide who lives and who doesn't!!"

Sans, however, gave me a different response.

"You have no idea what you are talking about! Don't you see?! This monstrous form! You cannot understand how I feel! I don't obtain this power by my own choices...I was born with this monstrous power! I'm not an ordinary human! I don't know what I am anymore! This would terrify anyone that is seeing me!"

He than looks anguished..as he clenched his fist, and he continued to shout out.

"You Humans and Faunus's alike...you all despised my existence for no reason, even when I was just nothing but a little kid. You believed I was a monster, even though I did not not do anything wrong! You all considered me an omen!

You all looked at me like a freak that shouldn't even exist!! You even asked my father to put an end to me!!! I was innocent for the gods sakes!!"

I...my eyes widened...My face was shocked at what he had just said to me. What he's been feeling this whole time from the start of it all. At that point...I now finally understand, what he truly felt towards us. I was in disbelief. All this time...he was a broken boy. Sans and I...we aren't so different...except...it was by both races, which is even worse than the Faunus and Humans conflicting. I...never knew...

"Loneliness...Pain...Sadness...Discrimination. I remember having those emotions. I...I had also carried them by myself, when I was in the presence of humans as a small child. In your case...I...had no idea you've been hurt this badly...nor did I know you've kept it for so long."

My hands than curled up onto a fist

"...But..."

I spoke out, as I put my fist to my heart, and snapped my eyes back into Sans'.

"That doesn't mean you should give up!!"

I looked back up at Sans...a now stern expression is present on my face, as I looked directly into Sans' turquoise eyes.

I spoke out, as I put my fist to my heart,

"I don't give a damn about what those people said to you! To me, you don't deserve this thing!!! Whatever those people are...THEY CAN GO TO HELL FOR ALL THAT I CARE!!!!"

Sans looked at me, wide-eyes and shocked at what I said. I than took the time that I needed to get through with Sans and hopefully, give him a reason to hope.

"I don't think you're alone in this thing! You have friends and families who love you, who care for you, not matter what they think of you as! Being different is the most precious gift that the gods offered you! I do not want to live a life where the world is always the same! You can have a normal life, regardless of what you are!! You have the right to live your life!!"

3rd person view...

Sans was shocked, as he remember the times of comfort he had. He remembered...he's lonely...at first...than...he had people with him. He had his older brother, Papyrus...Undyne...Alphys...he even remembered his father, Gaster, the parent that he loved the most.

"I am so sorry, Sans. I won't fail you this time. No pain anymore."

Sans that starts to revert back to normal.

"Blake...there is something you must know about me."

He said, as he collapsed on to his knees, very emotionally.

(Think of the monster part as the word replaced 'Human'. Also. Father replaces Papyrus and lifeform is replaced with being.)

He woken, as his right eyes changed back to normal. But is had become a bit turquoise, and the gem is the same.

Blake walks up to him and gets on her knees. The next thing was one he had never expected...Blake hugged him.

Sans eyes widen at the sudden action.

"Blake...I...I-I-I-I"

"It's Okay, Sans. Just let it go."

Sans felt so sad that he cried on her. This is the first time he cried since his father died. But now...now he has someone accepting him for who he is, not caring of his status as half-human. Blake loosened the hug a bit and kissed his forehead, showing how much she loved him.

Sans: "Blake"

Sans spoke out to her.

"Yes...Sans?"

Sans: "(sniff) thank you...so much."

Blake hugged him a bit tighter. Than an explosion came in and alarmed them. Blake got ready to fight, and Sans decide to activate his Evo Cell form. This is his new, secondary semblance.

Sans jumped on a White Fang, and clawed one of them on the right cheek.

Ruby and Yang were suprised to see me in the new form, but quickly payed attention to the battle. I used this new-found power to trap the White Fang, with out any much effort.

Roman tried to get away, but his ship exploded.

"What...What just happened?"

He felt a finger tap his back. He turned, only to get a metal knuckle sandwich.

"ONE MECHA PUNCH!!!"

3rd point of view...

The person he was attacked by is by what seems to be a metallic copy of Sans. He has a fashionable suit and a buckle with the letter M on it. He also has blue eyes and sclera, as well as blue, spikes-up hair. The coattails of the suit are attacked to his suit's wrists.

Roman tried to fight back, but the robot used a bomb to destroy the cane. He was than trapped by a number of metal bones.

Sans than saw him and recognized the new robotic ally.

"Mehca! Man it is good to see you are back."

"Heya, Sans. Nice to see you to."

Everyone turned to see Mecha.

Blake: "Sans? Who is this."

Sans: "This is my friend, Mecha. He was my father's creation as a friend for me to have."

Mecha than just did a dramatic pose to the group

"Hello, Darlings."

Penny: "Salutations! My name is Penny!"

Penny spoke, as she shook mecha's hand

The police came and the White Fang, along with Roman Torchwick, have all been arrested. Weiss came and met up with Blake.

Blake: (calmly looking her down) "Weiss, I want you to know that I'm no longer associated with the White Fang. Back when I was with the-"

Weiss: "Stop! Do you have any idea of how long we've been searching for you? Twelve hours. That means I've had twelve hours to think about this. And in that twelve hours, I've decided..."

Sans and the others looked worried.

"I don't care."

Blake: (surprised) "You don't care?"

Weiss: "You said you're not one of them anymore, right?"

Blake: "No, I-I haven't been since I was younger-"

Weiss: (silencing her) "Ah-bah-bah-bah-bah! I don't want to hear it. All I want to know is that the next time something this big comes up... you'll come to your teammates. And not some..." (looking at Sun behind her as she catches herself) "Someone else."

Blake: (looking at Ruby and Yang grinning at her, she wipes a tear from her eye, nodding)
"Of course."

Weiss smiles and nods. The moment is serious for a second more until Ruby screams:

Ruby: "(Excited) Yeah! Team RWBY is back together!"

Yang: "Sans. Do you mind if me and Ruby speak with you? Please?"

Sans looked up and thought of it. Finally, he made up his mind.

"Just this once, Yang."

Yang nodded with a sad smile.

"Ruby: "Wait. Where's Penny."

Everyone looked around, and see that Penny is not there.

"I guess she went home."

Sans spoke out.

As sans and the others began to walk back, everyone say something disturbing. There are claw marks everywhere, and blood in walls.

Ruby: "Wh-What is that?!"

Weiss: "I...I don't know."

Blake: "Something is definitely wrong."

Yang: "Sans?"

Everyone looked and see Sans holding his head, and his glowing Turqoise.

In Sans' consciousness...

Inside of Sans' consciousness, there is a being that is not human. It has horns, 4 wings, a spiked tail, and spiked for feet. It's eyes are black with Turqoise irises, in vein-like patterns.

Sans than spoke...only, it wasn't his voice alone. It was another voice, one that sounded a bit highest, and more distorted.

"Sans? Are you okay?"

Yang spoke out, as Sans was able to clear his head.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Just...got something in my head. That's all."

He stopped glowing, but still had a turquoise glow in his right eye. But than someone appeared to the group.

"Sans. I have been expecting you."

The group turns to see a shadowy figure with a dark-blue cloak, with horns at the front. It has black spikes for feet. The creature has a black sclera with yellow eyes. He has a triangular gem on his cloak

"You can say it like it is a conscience, a accident, or a plan to meet you here, but it matters not. It doesn't matter what you are going to say. It won't change the fate of these poor victims. They have plenty of time to solve their problems, but instead of facing them, they avoid them and search for any solutions out of laziness, deceiving themselves.

"What the hell are you talking about? Who are you?!"

"Who am I. Oh, my manners. I am Obscruo. I am not from any place from anywhere in the world. I am an outsider, an anomaly, or an entity that shouldn't even exist in the world. That speech didn't come from nowhere but more like a message from the near future.

"His energy...it is off the charts. I sense so much evil and corruption from him."

Sans spoke out.

"So my theory was correct. You have the ability to sense any aura. But those that don't have aura, like me, you only sense their nature. However, I am not here for discussion, I am here for a mission, and that concerned only you, Sans Gaster."

Sans was shocked. Obscure knows who he is, despite the fact he didn't say it.

"Just one thing before we settle this. I would like to tell you something...Abyss."

Obscruo than warped to Sans, right in front of him. Sans was caught off guard by this display of power.

"Why are you trying so hard...to be the same as them? Didn't your father ever told you that's no matter what you do, you can't change what you are?

He spoke, as his gem began to turn and glow a pure blood-red color.

"Honestly, i can't blame you. You just want to know the truth, doesn't matter if it is good or not. That's what makes you so different from the others.

Obscuoro's body began to glow Red, while Sans's is glowing Turquoise. Sans's eyes became Turqoise once again, as he began to see what is inside Obscruo.

'This thing inside of him. It seems to be cells that kills its victims by affectingly attacking the nerves and slowly kills the victims from the inside-our. How he did this thing...is unknown.'

"The 'Guardian' believes that the dead should stay where they are. They want to keep us trapped in a cage, so they could comfortable live their own life."

Obscruos's voice than continued to grow more and more menacing.

"In other words, they hate us because we are bringers of change."

Yang than went behind him, as she aims Ember Celia at this monstrous humanoid shadow.

"Leave my brother alone, you monster! We've had enough trouble for at least one day!"

"Or what? Shoot me with nothing but a pea shooter? Oh, who am I kidding. You just a girl that just needs anger management classes."

Yang got so immensely enraged, she instantly fired a shot at the head of Obscruo.

"Go screw yourself, you Bast***!"

He turned to shadow as Yang fired her Ember Celia. He than emerged behind him, with his eyes glowing Yellow.

"The battle begins, it seems."

Sans: (Strange, his power is familiar, but where's it from?)

Yang shot him a number of times, but he kept dodging.

"You know what, screw it! Gaster Blaster V.2!"

I then summoned the new blasters and blasted right at him. There was a blinding light, but his body is not there, his body's gone.

Sans: "Get dunked on, you piece of-"

"You spoke to early."

Yang went on my back and fired her Ember Celia, while I summon a crystal cage to trap him. Unfortunately, he teleported away, again.

"Where is he? He's got to be-WATCH OUT BEHIND!!!!"

Is shouted to Blake and Weiss, who are about to get cut by him with what seems to be a Scythe made entirely of shadows.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Yang manage to get a successful hit on Obscruo.

"Yeah! Got you!!!"

Sans P.O.V

Unfortunately, he is now very angry. His body glowed red, as he is leapt to her with Twin Mini Scythe made of shadow, which is growing red, along with his body. He has gone berserk.

Yang tried to fire at him, but he cut through the bullets with no effort. I summoned crystal spikes and it made him stop moving in place.

"Now! We move!"

Me and the others ran back to Beacon. Thankfully, he did not follow us there, as he is still trapped by my spikes.

In Team RWBY's dorm...alone with Sans, Ruby, and Yang.

Ruby Yang, and I are in team RWBY's dorm. They wanted to talk to me for some rather unknown reason.

"What is it that you both want, "Ruby and Yang?"

I spoke to them calmly.

"Sans...I know that you won't accept our apologies for what we did, but we truly are. We didn't hurt you, just because we thought it was fun, until later."

"Why did you do it?"

I spoke out, wandering where they are going up to.

Yang and Ruby: "We...were forced to."

"What?!"

Ruby: "Mom, Dad, and aunt Raven, they forced us into doing this thing, just so that we could get influenced into doing the thing. Qrow was always drunk and was easily manipulated to do those things with us. Before, we didn't want to, but as were forced to keep doing it, it became an obsession. We never wanted to harm you, Sans. We...we are so sorry."

Ruby and Yang began to cry, but I try to process the information at hand. The both of them...they were forced to the point that they now enjoy it. I...I can't believe that this thing had actually happened.

"Ruby...Yang...look at me."

Both of them than look at me with tearing eyes.

"Is that true of what you both said to me?"

Both of them nodded, obviously.

"(Sigh) I'll...give you both one more chance to fix what you both had broken."

Both of them looked shocked.

"Re-Really? You can do that for the both of us?"

I nodded. Ruby and Yang hugged me, as I was kissed in the cheeks. Yang, however, hugged me in her...Yeah. It is to embarrassing to say. I just hope I don't regret it.

Quick Note: Obscuro doesn't have the power that allows him to Chang humans into monsters, since monsters don't exist here in the world of RWBY.
