3rd person POV:
Alexander bursts through his dorm room, lips connected, legs wrapped around John's waist and hands gripping onto his curls. John pulls back and Alex giggles, placing another peck on his lips. It soon gets deeper and John guides the two to the couch, leaning over Alex.
The door opens and someone gags. "Can you guys like, not, smash in the dorm? God, how many times do I have to tell you." Thomas scoffs, shaking his head disappointedly. Alex blushes and flips him off and John gets off of the shorter boy, fixing his ponytail with an awkward expression on his face.
"We weren't gonna, ya nasty. Anyways, bye, lex. Movie night at mine tomorrow right?" He asks, making his way to the front door. "Yup! See you later, love you." John blushes and chuckles. "Love you too." The freckles boy waves once more before shutting the door behind him.
"Gross." Jefferson gags, plopping himself on the couch next to Alex. The short boy makes a disgusted face and scoots away from him, only to have Thomas lay down, playfully putting his feet on Alex's lap.
"Get your horrid hobbit feet off of me, jeffersin." Hamilton says, grimacing at the heart-sock covered feet. "Nuh uh." He replies plainly, taking out his phone to text James.
After about 30 seconds Alexander gets bored. And when he's bored, he's nosy. "Whatcha doin?" He asks energetically, climbing next to Thomas and staring at his phone. The older teen opens his mouth to protest but just closes his mouth and rolls his eyes. "Texting jemmy. He said Sam was still crying when he and Lee got back to the dorm."
"What's wrong with him, do ya know?"
Jefferson shrugs. "James said, that Lee said, that Sam won't tell him what happened. Just says he had a bad day or something. Obviously Lee doesn't believe him." He explains, typing away on his phone.
Alex frowns softly. "Oh. I hope everything's okay." He mumbles. Thomas looks over at the boy and raises his eyebrow. "Oh, so hamilton does feel remorse for other people than himself, eh?" He teases playfully.
"Yeah! Just not you." Alexander snaps back, sticking his tongue out at the taller boy. "Ouch." He says with a soft chuckle. Alex giggles and playfully pushes him, making Thomas laugh and nudge the short one with his foot.
Their laughter gets interrupted by the door opening. Andre walks in, staring at the two boys who are squished together on the couch. His eyes dart to Alex, making the Caribbean tense in Thomas's arms. Thomas notices this and looks back over at andre, slightly glaring.
"Glad to see you two are having fun." The blonde says bitterly. "Where's the boyfriend, huh Alex?" Hamilton shifts and sits up on the couch, fiddling with his hands. "John's in his dorm, he had to do some homework tonight so we can't hang out." He explains, never meeting Andre's eyes.
"So you move on to Jefferson?"
"Yo, what the hel-" Thomas is cut off with Alex putting his hand over his mouth. "It's not like that, Andre. We were just messing around, chill out." He says, shrugging and removing his hand from Thomas's mouth.
Andre scoffs and kicks off his shoes. "Whatever. Don't be loud I'm gonna go do my school work." He deadpans. Jefferson and Alex watch the boy walk away, Alex letting out a quick breath once he's in the shared bedroom.
"The fuck's his problem?" Thomas mutters, crossing his arms. "I don't know." Alex answers, bringing his hand up to chew at his nails. "Don't do that, you're gonna mess up your nails." Thomas warns, earning a sigh from Alex. "You're right. Sorry, I'm just not feeling the best right now."
"Did you take your medication?"
Alexander's head whips over to the tall boy accusingly. "What are you- what are you talking about?" He demands. "Alexander, we share a bathroom. I saw your anxiety meds. Did you take them?" He states, repeating his question. Alex sighs and shakes his head defeatedly.
"You weren't supposed to know about that. My anxiety, I mean."
"Why?"
"It's embarrassing, Thomas!" He snaps, burying his face in his small hands. "What? No, it's not." He comforts, rubbing Alex's back softly. The straight haired boy sighs and looks up at Thomas.
"It is. In the orphanage I used to get made fun of because my anxiety would act up in certain situations. Once the boys there kept taunting me, pushing me, teasing me and telling me I was being a baby. It was so bad that it lead to an anxiety attack. When I told Madame, the owner, she just told me I was being dramatic and that it's all in my head. It's gotten better now, the meds help, but I still get triggered sometimes. I just don't want people thinking less of me because of how I was born."
"They won't, Alex. Those boys might not have understood but I do. And John. And our friends will. We love you, ya know." He says, nudging Alex's shoulder softly. He chuckles and sniffles. "Gross. Emotions." He says with a giggle, making Thomas laugh.
"I'm gonna go lay down, feel free to join me for a platonic cuddle."
"Ha, you wish."
