Florida being excited to tell Louisiana something but while he's talking someone says something like "why do you talk so much?"

Usually he wouldn't mind, but he pauses, thinking he is bothering Louisiana

Louisiana doesn't mind Florida talking to him so he asks Florida to continue but Florida tells him it doesn't matter
