Florida still panics from time to time doing something that would've gotten hit like

Florida: [misses a note in a song/plays the wrong note]
Florida: [immediately ducks down expecting to be hit]
Florida: oh, I live along
Florida: [upset about reacting that way]

He's still realizing it's okay to make mistakes and that he isn't replaceable

He gets upset at himself for reacting the way he does

He's got a bunch of skills from his parents and once he realizes how wrong what they were doing was he starts trying to associate them with positive memories and reminding himself they're hobbies, not requirements

He's getting better, he just needs time
