Roman (mentioned on another book) basically adopted both Florida and California
Roman encourages Cali to ramble more and let's them both express their sexualities/gender identities however makes them feel comfortable
he gets them both to go to therapy and reminds them constantly to set boundaries and tells them they aren't bad people for setting boundaries
he reassures them they don't need to forgive anyone, they just have to heal and move on

same with Dave who saw smol Florida and was like "oh... my kid now" then eventually just adopted the rest of his siblings
