cbgiggles sibling content got me thinking, so here's this

"You have to let him go eventually," he isn't looking at her, smiling over at where DC is talking to California, "You won't always be able to protect him." 

Is it terrifying? 

He's right, she knows he is, but that's her younger brother, she isn't ready to let go. 

"It's... scary," he laughs, nervously, running a hand through his hair, "it's upsetting to think that one day they just... won't need you anymore," he gives her a reassuring smile, "but it's better." 

No,  I don't think so. It's the way it is... Ya know. Everything must come to an end. The drip finally stops.  

"I don't think I'm ready." She whispers, glancing over at DC.

See you on the other side? 

"I know you aren't but if you wait until you're ready then it'll never happen." He sighs, "You're always going to be his older sister, him getting older doesn't get in the way of that." 

Oh bojack, no. There is not other side, this is it.

She gives him a watery smile, "thank you."

I just wanted Florida, who has seen his siblings get older and depend on him less, talk to IDC about her sibling :P
