Florida has a little bit of everyone in him but

It's him admiring his surroundings and thinking of people he's met

A sunrise that reminds him of California's eyes

Sun just barely coming over the grass while he's walking and he's sure DC would love to see it

Stars that remind him of sitting out on a roof with New York and just talking

Things like that

Now something with a bit more angst

Trans Florida who looks like his mother before his transition staring into a mirror and telling himself he's proud of him and he cares about him because his father convinced him she left because of him (she didn't)

Cis Florida breaking down after DC leaves , putting a suit he stole from DC and saying things like "I'm going to be okay- I'm okay-" because he needs to hear it from DC

He still doubts it but he wants to pretend
