Do they realize how similar the author's life is to theirs and start thinking about it? Does he mention something from a meeting and they realize?

Do they send a fic and he reacts without thinking?

Do they look at how similar the personality is to his then wonder if he deals with all the hurt too? (If they did he'd be a little spooked when they treat him different)
