Mostly reassurances to himself when he thinks he's slipping again

Telling himself it could help someone else but they all kind of contain things he needs to hear/needed to hear

He wants people to know they aren't alone in struggling but he's terrified of talking about his mental health

He replays them when he feels really down on himself (and when he can remember he has them)

Hearing it from him helps

He'll post them from time to time or send them to someone that's already aware of his trauma
