It was the day of  UA's Sports Festival and Class 1-A was getting ready in the locker rooms. As they were being motivated by their teacher Aizawa, the door was flung open and in walked Y/N in his new attire(the picture from before). As he walked in with a smile on his face, just about everyone was surprised he was there. Most thought he quit, while others thought he may have killed himself, and yet now there he was just about fully healed.

Y/N: *smiling* Apologies for being late. Traffic was just dreadful.

Aizawa: Y/N what are you doing here?

Y/N: *smirks*Whatever do you mean sir? Am I not a student of yours?

Aizawa: You've been missing for almost-

Y/N: *still smiling*Two weeks, I know. I was in a hospital. You know since I was constantly bullied and abused and none of you ever did ANYTHING to stop it. Yeah, apparently while I was there the doctors found out that I'm actually not Quirkless at all. And since I do and I told the doctors how I got all of my scars and bruises, I can basically go to any Quirk school that I want and also SUE this one.

Everyone was now even more shocked and also now terrified about this new News. Y/N saw their faces and was enjoying every moment of it.

Y/N: Aw, why the long faces~? I'm not sueing....yet. Oh no, I already made an... "arrangement" with good ol president Nezu and he and I have come to MY terms. Though I can't say what they are right now, I can say that if you do what you did before when I was Quirkless Mr. Aizawa, then not only will you loose your Hero License, but I'll also make sure that you can NEVER become a Hero...Ever Again~.

Now that put everyone on edge, especially Aizawa. But they were still shocked on how Y/N had come back and how he was acting. They were also surprised when Y/N transformed his clothes into his gym uniform.

Y/N: *grins*Now, let's do our best out there shall we.

With that Y/N was walking out of the locker room and towards the stadium. That caused the others to hurry on after him. As they just caught up with him, their class had just been announced so it looked like Y/N was leading them.

When everyone made their entrance, it was now Katsuki's time to give his speech for being the representative of the first years. As he was speaking into the microphone however, it sounded like he was an auto-tuned robot. When he stopped and tried to talk again, he sounded like a guy on helium. This started to piss him off and others trying to hold in their laughter. As Bakugo tried one more time, he sounded normal... until a fart noise was made just behind him. That of course made everyone laugh and Bakugo embarrassed and stormed off the stage. With that, the Sports Festival had begun.

Short Time Skip

Round 1

As all of the students were lined up for the obstacle course, nobody payed attention to Y/N who was in the very back. When the race began, everyone rushed forward...while Y/N merely walked backwards into a portal he summoned. When he went to the other side, he was no in front of the Finish Line. Y/N simply hopped once across and took a bow as everyone in the crowd was shocked to see him already get there.

Midnight: *shocked* A-And in 1st Place is Y/N L/N!

Now that surprised all the other students since they didn't even see Y/N past them. As they slowly made it to the end, they saw that Y/N was in the middle of the area reading a book while on a floating hammock.

Y/N: *looks up* Took you all long enough, and for a moment I thought that 'I' was going to have to help 'You'.

Bakugo: How the Hell did you do that you bastard?!

Y/N: *chuckles* Wouldn't you like to know~.

Before Bakugo could do anything, Midnight was announcing the next event. Apparently it would be a Calvary Event and that depending on the placement of the race, would determine their points. That is how Y/N was 1,000,000,000 points. As everyone looked at him like a predator to its prey, Y/N looked like he didn't care. He was still reading "Fifty Shades of Red", and didn't notice or even care as everyone was forming teams. When it was all said and done
Y/N was left by himself, still reading.

Round 2

Everyone thought that getting Y/N's head band would be a sinch, but just as they got a few feet close to him, Y/N instantly vanished. This literally caused everyone to stop and look around. As they did that, they started to hear slow clapping. They all turned around to see Y/N standing there smiling on the other side of the Arena.

Y/N: Good try everyone, but you gotta be quicker than that~.

As all of the teams were chasing after him, Y/N simply kept vanishing and disappearing. As that happened, he would make the others attack other teams by accident and at the same time, take their own headbands. When Y/N reappeared again, he was covered in all of the other team's headbands.

Y/N: You know, I must thank you all. I didn't realize that it would be this EASY!

As everyone frantically went after Y/N, he would sometimes cause them to get hurt by tossing a headband in the air and everyone would fight for it. When the time was finally done, all the other teams were covered in cuts and bruises, while Y/N was whistling and twirling around his headband. That of course meant that Y/N was once again in first place.

Meanwhile

It seemed that the Turbo Hero: Igneium was at his end. There he layed on the ground, as the villain Stain was slowly coming from behind about to stab him. As he closed his eyes and waited for the impact to happen...it never did. As he turned around he saw a young man slamming Stain into a brick wall back and forth. When the young man stopped and dropped Stain's body he turned to Igneium...and smiled.

Y/N: *smiling* Hello there sir, are you alright?

Another Short Time skip

As Y/N had just teleported into the Arena hallway, he saw that Tordoki was watching Izuku talk to his dad. Y/N saw this all go down and simply grinned as he went to the locker room, he was instantly called to the stage.  As he was facing his opponent, he was merely bored, so as soon as the fight began, he flung his opponent (which happened to be Denki) by grabbing him with a black tendril and flinging him into a wall. As he went back to the locker-room, everyone were all baffled by Y/N's performance. As the rounds kept going Y/N was easily wiping out the competition. Finally it was down to Y/N V.S. Bakugo. As the two faced each other, Bakugo tried to talk smack to Y/N.

Bakugo: *smirks* You may have gotten lucky before looser, but now your luck has worn out. Give up now if you know what's good for ya.

Y/N:... Really? That's it? That's the best you come up with? I mean I've heard kindergartners come up with better threats than that. Heck Dogs making better threats.

Bakugo: *pissed* Are you calling me a mutt?!

Y/N: Well besides a Bitch, then no. You are more like a Flea on a dog. You're so damn annoying and hard to get rid of. But just like the flea, it's your turn to be exterminated.

As soon as the signal was given for the fight to begin, Katsuki blasted off towards Y/N. As he was about to punch him straight in his face, Y/N merely dodged the attack. Katsuki didn't let up and started attacking him left and right, but Y/N just kept dodging them with ease. That started to frustrate Bakugo more, so he started to use his Quirk more and more. As he kept trying to explode Y/N, the only thing he was doing was destroying the arena. Bits and pieces of the concrete were flying everywhere and yet Katsuki still hadn't land a single hit on Y/N.

Y/N: *smiling*You know for being a bully to me, you're doing a terrible job at it now. What's wrong, it's not so easy now that I have a Quirk is it~. All those years growing up and you thinking you were better than everyone, and now here you are taking on a kid that you bullied ever since we were kids and you can't even touch me.

Bakugo: Shut Up!! You're still a worthless piece of shit! So what if you have a shitty Quirk, it'll never be as great as mine! If I have to beat the shit out of you everyday again and again to remind you than so be it! I've done it before multiple times, I can do it now!! You're nothing just like fuckin Deku!! You are Nothing!!!

Katsuki then shot out a giant explosion towards Y/N, but this time...Y/N just stood there. Everyone was scared and thought that Y/N was dead, but as the smoke cleared, there stood Y/N unharmed... smiling.

Y/N: You know...if it was somebody else, they probably would have died...but I'm Not some Somebody. And I must say that's very bold of you Bakugo. Admitting to millions of people watching you, that you're nothing more than a Bully. But I have to wonder...how many people actually approve of that?

As Y/N said that, the audience was starting to glare at Bakugo. They couldn't believe that he was a bully and some of them even started to boo. As this went on most of the audience were hoping him. This made Katsuki more frustrated and pissed at Y/N.

Katsuki: Die you bastard!!!

He then tried to leap at Y/N again, but this time a giant dark hand grabbed him.

Y/N:*smirks* Self Defense.

The giant hand then began to slam Bakugo all over the arena, as it did that, it would also squeeze Bakugo tighter and tighter crushing his ribs. This went on for five minutes, and when it was done, Y/N raised his own hand making the giant one follow. As he brought it down, the giant hand immediately slammed down. As it disappeared, there layed Katsuki, with broken bones...from everywhere. He was still breathing... barely. Y/N then turned to the audience and bowed. As the medics took Katsuki away, Y/N went back to the locker room.

A little while later, Y/N stood tall on the first place podium, with the second place being bare since Bakugo was still being seen. On third was Shoto. All Might came and distributed the medals, but when he gave Y/N his first place one, Y/N whispered into his ear.

Y/N: *whispers* It's Free Real Estate.

Take Two

Y/N: *whispers* You might be THEIR Symbol of Peace, but what kind of hero let's abuse and harassment happen in their class. Enjoy your little fame while it lasts Toshinori, cause when your time comes, so will the Truth.

All Might kept his smile, but on the inside he was concerned. He kept his calm as he finished up his speech, but when everyone left he also did in a hurry. He felt guilt for never stopping Y/N getting abused. He thought if that happened to Y/N that it would make him realize that he couldn't be a Quirkless hero. Now that he witnessed Y/N and his powers and what he told him, he wondered...if that was the right thing to do. And as that happened, he would later on regret it, for now he and the others would soon feel Y/N's wrath...
