Reader's POV

Three to four hours has passed. I've been reading documents and filling them out. I haven't gone out of my office during that time.

I didn't go out because Levi might start acting strange again. Like the way he slapped Jean's hand away, when he was about to pat my head. And how he glared at him... That is not him.. For sure... He usually don't care about people touching me are talking to me. Or vise versa. But when he does its usually a bit scary...

I clicked my tongue and set my pen down. I pile the papers that are done and put them in the side. And the papers that aren't done, under a book, next to the other pile. I sigh, tiredly. So much papers, so little time.

I got up from my chair and went to the window. I gazed at the field as the sunlight slowly got fainter. I sighed again. You know what, I'll just read till its time to eat. I walk to my bookshelf and took out a random book and went back to my desk and started reading.

* an hour and a half laterrr...*

Levi's POV (sorry if I get his personality wrong)

I walked to (y/n) office. When I got there, I knocked on her office door. There's was no answer. I knocked again. Again, no answer. I grit my teeth and frowned. I open the door and let myself in

"Oi, why the hell don't you answer the-" I saw (y/n) sleeping on her desk. Papers and books scattered all over the floor. I sighed as I kneeled down to pick them up.

When I was done I put them all in their proper places, I walked up to (y/n)'s desk and looked at her sleeping face.

I gently shook her. She flinched and turned her head to the other side. I frowned a bit and shook her again, this time with a bit of force. I heard a low groan from her and slowly picked her head up. She fluttered her eyes open as she yawned softy. She looked up at me and gave a bright smile.

"Hi Levi" she greeted and stood and stretched. I walked out of her office.

"Time to eat" I said and started walking.

Readers POV~

Me and Levi entered the mess hall. He went inside and went to his table. I followed inside. I almost dropped my cup when I saw a certain black-haired male, with the other recruits. Zack..? I slowly walked up to him an tapped his shoulder.

He turned around. Our eyes met. Yay! It is him! I placed my cup down and give him a tight hug.

"Woah.. Are Y-you going to c-choke me..?" He stuttered. I let go of him and gave him a bright smile. He returned a smile back. I took my cup and sat in my usual seat, between Levi and Hanji. Levi gave me an expressionless look. I gave him a l smile and started to drink my tea.

*later..*

I rolled up my sleeves and turned the sink water on. I started to wash the cups and plates, humming a random tune, quietly.

"Need any help?" I startle at the voice behind me. I look back and saw Zack.

"Yeah I guess." I said and kept washing and rinsing. I gave him the rinsed plates and cups for him to dry and put in place.

10-15 minutes later, when we were done. I lead him to the boys dorms and said goodnight. After that I went back to my office.

"(Y/n)" I turned around.

"Yes Levi..?" I said

"Who is he"

"He's just a childhood friend." I saw his left eye twitch, in the faint candle light

"Tch.." He turned his heel and walked away. I raise an eyebrow in confusion.

"Levi." I quickly caught up to him. "Why did you want to know that..?" I asked.

"None of your concerns.." He kept on walking. I frowned and went back to my office. Strange...
