Harrison was in the middle of the meeting when his phone began to buzz. He was about to swipe it off when he noticed it was Elijah's boss calling.

Without hesitation, he answered the call and excused himself for a moment.

"Harrison, Elijah is in the hospital right now. Nabalitaan kong dinala siya kanina dahil sa bigla nitong pagkahilo," sabi ng nasa kabilang linya.

Harrison's eyes widened in shock, and without a moment's hesitation, he bolted back to the conference room.

"Everyone, cancel the meeting. Something urgent has come up," he declared, his tone commanding, before swiftly exiting the room.

As he slid into his car, a surge of panic gripped him. He realized he had forgotten to ask Brimon which hospital Elijah was in. Just as he reached for his phone to call, a text message flashed across the screen, providing him with the crucial information.

With his heart pounding in his chest, Harrison drove as fast as he could, his mind racing with worry. Each passing second felt like an eternity as he raced towards the hospital, his determination fueling him like a scene from an action movie.

Fuck the law!

Harrison couldn't shake the feeling that Elijah had seemed unusually weak in the past few days, but he had brushed it off, attributing it to exhaustion from work.

Now, faced with the reality of Elijah being in the hospital, he cursed himself for his negligence. He should have checked up on him, asked about his health condition, instead of dismissing his concerns. The weight of his mistake hung heavy on his shoulders as he raced to Elijah's side, filled with regret and worry.

"Elijah Santos?" tanong niya sa nurse. Nihindi niya man lang nagawang batiin ito.

Nang mag-angat ng tingin ang nurse ay tila natulala ito. Fuck! Wala akong oras para dito!

"Cut the crap, miss. I need to know where Mr. Elijah Santos's room is," Harrison growled, his voice cutting through the air, drawing the attention of everyone in the vicinity.

He didn't care about the stares or the whispers. All that mattered was finding Elijah.

"Sorry, sir," sagot nito at mabilis na nag-type sa computer. "Nasa room 14, sir."

Mabilis na umalis si Harrison at hinanap ang room na sinabi ng nurse. Nang makita niya ito ay mabilis siyang pumasok. There was a doctor checking on Elijah as he slept peacefully.

"Are you his boyfriend?" the doctor asked directly, catching Harrison off guard.

"How did you know?" Harrison replied, panting slightly from his rush to Elijah's side and his concern for his health.

"Just a hunch," the doctor said with a small smile. "Take a seat first, you look like you just ran a marathon."

Following the doctor's suggestion, Harrison sank into the nearest chair, accepting a glass of water to quench his parched throat.

The doctor, a middle-aged man, perhaps in his forties or early fifties, continued the conversation. "Are you aware of your boyfriend's condition?" he asked calmly, taking a seat opposite Harrison.

"I'm ashamed to admit it, but no, doc," Harrison confessed, feeling utterly useless. How could he have missed something so important?

"You're not a terrible boyfriend," the doctor reassured him with a gentle smile. "This is very unexpected, even for me. I'm just as shocked by what I've discovered."

Kinakabahan siya sa sinabi ng doctor? As Harrison's mind raced with worry and overthinking, the doctor cut through the tension with a serious tone.

"I'm going to get straight to the point, Mister," the doctor said, handing Harrison an envelope.

Harrison immediately tore it open, expecting the worst. But to his surprise, it contained nothing but a record of an ultrasound.

"Ano ang ibig sabihin nito, doc? Bakit may ganito?" He's so damn confused.

"Your boyfriend is almost a month pregnant now kaya palagi itong nagsusuka at tila nandidiri sa mga amoy na hindi kaaya-aya para sa kaniya."

Napamaang si Harrison, hindi makapaniwala sa sinabi ng doctor. Paano nangyari 'yon? He's pretty sure Elijah is a freaking man. Hell, he even sucked that tiny winnie of him!

"I know it's a lot to take in," the doctor continued calmly. "But your boyfriend has acquired one of the rarest abilities in the world. It's called Menceintesia. It's an ability where men, or those gifted with it, are able to bear children. They have their own unique anatomy that sets them apart from normal males. That's also why he became wet during your intimate moments. You noticed it too, right? You didn't need to use lubricant because he produces it naturally."

Harrison was left speechless by the doctor's revelation. He struggled to process everything, but it felt like his mind was betraying him.

Elijah was lying unconscious in the hospital bed because he was pregnant? And he's a man? Menceintesia? He had never heard of such a thing before!

"I can't get it doc," pag-aamin niya. Nakatingin lang siya sa mawalan.

The doctor's calm demeanor as he explained the situation helped Harrison feel slightly better, but he still struggled to fully grasp the magnitude of what was happening.

"Doc, you mentioned that the first recorded case was not successful and the individual eventually passed away. What about the case from Italy? And how many cases like this exist in the world? Is it possible for my boyfriend to make it through?" Harrison's tone was demanding, fueled by concern.

"Please, young man, try to stay calm. Everything will be alright," the doctor reassured him, his demeanor soothing. "To answer your question, yes, the first recorded case unfortunately ended in death due to a lack of understanding at the time. However, the individual from Italy survived," he added with a hint of pride. "He's actually my lifelong partner, my husband, and my wife."

Harrison was once again taken aback by the revelation. What was happening today?

"There have been multiple cases of this phenomenon around the world, and no one has died from it yet, so there's no need to worry. Rest assured, I'll do everything I can to help your boyfriend," the doctor said, smiling warmly.

Harrison felt a wave of relief wash over him, his heart lightening at the news. He was calmer now, grateful that things seemed to be okay. But the idea of having a baby with Elijah still felt surreal.

Not that he regretted it.

He was simply shocked by the news.

"Since I'll be your boyfriend's obstetrician-gynecologist, I'll always bring my wife with me whenever I have to check up on Elijah," the doctor stated.

"Doc, how about your child? How is their condition?" Harrison couldn't help but ask.

"They're actually doing great. They're all studying at Harvard now," the doctor replied proudly.

"So it's okay to have another one?" Harrison was surprised by the good news.

"Of course, it's okay to have another one, and another one, and another one. They're just like women, but physically, they're men. Think of it that way, and you'll come to accept it eventually. Please take care of him, young man. This is the best thing that will happen in your life, and you'll never regret it. You see, I have five children, and they're all gifted. They excel in their studies and have acquired many talents and skills throughout their development. I've been studying this case for a long time now, and I've found that children born from Menceintesia are actually ten times more intelligent compared to those born from biological women."

The doctor's thorough explanation had helped Harrison grasp the situation more clearly, and he felt a sense of gratitude towards him.

"Salamat sa lahat, doc," Harrison said sincerely.

The doctor smiled. "No biggie, but think of it as a gift from God. Maswerte ka dahil nakahanap ka ng kapares na katulad ni Elijah. He nodded. "I will, doc. Maraming salamat sa tulong mo."

"Walang ano man, kahit ano para sa inyo. Medyo matagal na rin akong naka-encounter ng ganitong case kaya masaya akong dito kayo nagtungo sa akin," magiliw na wika nito. "I'm Dr. Harold Martin, by the way."

Muling nabigla si Harrison sa narinig. No way, he's actually facing the famous Harold Martin???

"You're THE Harold Martin???" he said emphasizing the "the". This man is one of the most well-known doctors in the world!

The doctor chuckled. "Ano ka ba, ako lang 'to."

Hindi niya mapigilang matawa sa doctor. He got the sense of humour.

"And I'm Harrison Thornton." They shook hands firmly, a mutual respect evident between them.

"So, you've got the name too, huh? I knew your late dad," the doctor remarked.

Natawa naman siya. He expected that since halos kilala ng ama niya ang mga maimpluwensyang tao sa mundo.
