"You're Crazy"   Those words kept playing in my head. Dasia hasn't even seen the craziest side of me yet.

After I met with Tae we drove to Dasia's neighborhood once I seen her car wasn't by the house my friend Tiff called and told me the shop was vandalized. I knew it was Dasia who did it so now here I was parked on her street a few houses down. Once I seen her car coming down the street I got ready to hop out but Tae told me to wait

"What is it"

"Who is she in the car with"

It was dark out so no one could see us.

Dasia parked in her driveway and hopped out with some dude I squinted trying to figure his face out

"Wait is that John"

"John who?"

"Johnathan he used to date Malayah from the club you worked at he was on tour for a while but then he went to jail for some type of Assault"

"It is him, I forgot all about him"

"Bitch I think he tryna set yall up, he probably the reason the shop was vandalized"

I sat back in my seat contemplating on calling Malayah and let her know that he was out

"Let Josiah Know let them handle it, until then we can catch her ass another day while she by herself"

"Okay" I started the car and pulled off "Wait if Johnathan is back in Dallas he might be trying to get Ryan"

"What do you mean" Tae asked. I pulled over so I can explain because it was too much to drive and figure this out

"Okay so Johnathan tried to pull some shit at the club a few months back when Ryan starting coming around for Malayah. You know Johnathan always been a hater even when we were younger"

"Call her now"

I pulled out my phone to call Malayah her phone went straight to voicemail "Damn"I called London but her phone went straight to voicemail as well. I drove off heading straight home so I would know Tae was safe with me. A all black truck followed behind me for the next 5 blocks "You see that car its been following us"

"Speed up a little" Tae said looking back at the car. I started to speed up and the truck did the same.

"Make two lefts" I did as Tae said the truck still followed us

"Call Josiah" I handed Tae my phone as he dialed the number the truck speed up hitting the back of the car.

"Whats going on? Where yall at?" I could hear Josiah on speaker

"A truck is following us"

"Where you at?"

"Were only a few minutes away from the expressway"

"Speed up Bri"Before I passed the next light a car rammed right into my car making it flip.

My head was pounding I could hear Tae screaming and Josiah still on the phone

"Bri, can you hear me" Before I knew it I blacked out

MALAYAH~

This was my third time trying to call Ryan but It went straight to his voicemail "Fuck" I threw the phone down. I sat in his office for the rest of the day counting money, checking on the artists and promoting the shop just like he told me too. This was too stressful to handle when im worried about if he is safe.

London was at the reception desk learning what she had to do. My phone started to ring, I reached for it praying it was Ryan instead it was William. I declined the call but he called back

"What is it" I was very irritated

"Sweetie listen to me call Ryan and tell him DON'T MAKE THAT DEAL TONIGHT!" The tone of his voice told me he was serious

"Wait whats going on"

"Some dude name Johnathan got a hit out on him, I just heard about him tonight I already pulled some strings and had some people out to meet at the warehouse where Ryan is supposed to be But I want you to tell him don't go"

I wanted to cry "He's not answering his phone dad"

"Who else is with him, call everyone you can I will be calling around to see if anyone else heard from him"

"Okay let me try calling him again if not i'll call phor" I hung up and called phor

"Wassup"

"Where is Ryan??"

"I don't know I'm not his babysitter"

"Phor this is not the fucking time to be playing, someone has a hit out on yall"

"What? How you know? who is it"

"It's johnathan"

"Your ex nigga huh"

"Phor not right now"

"Hold up let me go see if he in his hotel room"

The line was silent for a while then I could hear phor knocking on his door after a couple more knocks the door opened.

"What's up Bro, I was knocked out" I put my hand over my heart thanking god just to hear his voice.

"Here Malayah on the phone" Phor said. London walked in the office just in time

"Hey what time did you wanna..." she stopped I guess she could read the worry on my face. I motioned for her to come in and close the door, putting the phone on speaker phone

"Whats up baby"

"Ryan my dad called me please do not make that deal tonight"

"Why not"

"Johnathan has a hit out on you I guess he is working with the people who you were supposed to meet tonight"

"Malayah a lot of people have a hit out on me, I ain't scared of him. Especially someone who I know is a easy kill"

"RYAN! Don't go please" I started to cry. London walked over to the side of the desk rubbing my back. I gave her the phone because I didn't want to hear the conversation anymore.

"Hey it's London, Ryan just don't go if you do please be safe. I don't like seeing my friend like this"

"iight i'll call yall tonight to let yall know whats going on" He gave the phone to Phor

"Hey London You worried about me to"

"Boy bye, you always think shit a game" She hung up in his face

"Malayah it's going to be okay, he will be fine" I wasn't listening to anything she was saying.

"Come on lets close up shop and go back to the house, Ill wait up all night until they tell us something" I wiped my eyes and put the money back in the safe. After we closed up we drove back to the house in silence. I plugged my phone into the charger as I ran my bath. After undressing I sat in the water. Time went by so fast and my mind raced I lost track of how long i've been in here. I looked at my finger tips that were now looking like prunes. I pulled my knees up to my chest and started to cry again. I couldn't believe I was in love like this and I would lose my mind if something happened to him.

I guess London heard me crying she came into the bathroom and grabbed a towel. I took it and dried off while she let the water out for me. I walked back into the room and sat on the edge of the bed London went into the closet getting a one of my t-shirts. After putting it on I laid back on the bed. I turned the tv on clicking through the channels London turned the light off "You okay, you want me to stay"

"Yes please"

She went to grab her and came back into the room. I found a old Kevin Hart comedy, something that could cheer me up. I placed my hand on London's stomach "I hope when you come into the world you give us all peace, TeTe Layah got you niece" I laughed

"Oh my god , you're just for sure its a girl"

RYAN~

I waited at the table waiting for them to come in. My plan worked out Turns out Malayah dad was close was my dad he vouched to protect me but do his is career he stayed away from Dallas while I was growing up. I ain't need a protector now but a little help didn't bother me. The plan was to have Johnathan meet us at the warehouse but that was my first warehouse which was a easy trap for them to fall into a few of my guys who knew William guys guarded that warehouse. I was specific with my words nobody leave out that warehouse until they can bring me Johnathan and I'm not surprised Trell was the one to successfully do it.

Phor opened the door Trell pushed Johnathan in, Trell already fucked him up, one of his eyes was closed shut, he had blood spilling from his mouth and he had a gunshot to the knee

"Tie him up" A few of my young workers tied him up. The rest was looking scared and some already knew what was about to happen

"You been the whole reason everybody been down my back in Dallas, I can gurantee you not walking outta here"

"Yeah Yeah I been prepared for this die I aint even worried my legacy gone always continue, I actually got some people right now in Chicago keeping a eye out on everybody you know including my bitch Malayah. Yall know who really run these streets Trell know I had to "

Trell shot in the stomach and he screamed out in pain "Ahh" then he laughed "Im a hard body this shit will never stop" I shot him in the head while Trell emptied his clip

William walked in taking a look at Johnathan's body "Damn young blood aint even stand a chance"

"Sure didn't get rid of him"

"Sayless" Phor poured gasoline on his lifeless body and lit him on fire

"Walk with me" William said. We went in the office

"This is the part that hurts ya lady the most"

"What you mean?" This wasn't my first time

"I found out johnathan was working undercover with the police,  we are not sure who the focus was on because johnthan had enemies all over Dallas but now you gotta leave the city and take a week off and out the light" He pulled two tickets out "These are to LA for you and phor. I had London's mom agree to keep yall off the radar for the next two weeks." I nodded "But neither London or Malayah can know where you are"

I ran my hand over my face "Hearing her cry earlier wasn't a good feeling man"

"I know I've done this plenty of times with her Mother just make sure when you get back to her you love her the right way, thats where I fucked up at"

"Thanks man"

"No problem, welcome to the family, I promised you dad I was gonna keep you safe and thats exactly what im gonna do no matter how late I am. Now call her and tell her you're safe and will be home in two weeks whatever you do don't let her know you left Dallas"

As we left the warehouse and went back to the hotel two police officers walked up to me and phor

"Ryan Henry and Phor Williams

"Yeah whats up"

"We need you to come down to the station for a few questions"

LONDON~

Two days later. I was thanking god it was Sunday we didn't have to be at the shop today and tomorrow. I was basically helping Malayah and keeping her together the last few days we haven't heard anything from Phor or Ryan. Plus Josiah called and let us know about Johnathan and Some girl named Dasia working together and put Bri in a coma. I haven't heard my brother this sad in so long and I wanted to cry since I couldn't be there with him. I called him every morning and kept him motivated as well with Malayah. I helped him out when it came to Jr. and Tae has also been babysitting for him while he goes to the internship. I was exhausted plus my weight just started to go up.

I was laying in bed catching up on my shows Malayah was on the other side of the bed sleep. when my phone started to ring it was a unknown number "Hello"

"London, its Ryan" I put the phone on speaker

"Where have yall been? why haven't yall called us" I tapped malayah waking her up

"Its too much to explain, where's malayah"

"Im here , why havent you called me"

"Im sorry its a lot going on I probably won't be able to come home till next month"

"Why what happened now"

"I just gotta figure some things out"

"Huh whats things. Why can't you figure it out in Chicago. You have me so stressed right now my eyes are beyond puffy from crying"

It hurt me to see my friend like this

"Just know we are coming home real soon it could be like two weeks but just know you dont have to worry about Johnathan no more"

Malayah wiped her eyes "Please just come home I don't care about Johnathan"

"I need you to do me a favor"

"Anything"

"I need you to go get Jaden for me for the weekend his mom should be dropping him off in a little bit , I can't tell his mom whats been going on"

" I got you"

"I gotta go Malayah, I love you"

"No wait" Here she go about to cry again, now her ass was sprung. I grabbed the phone

"Ryan please come back I cant keep seeing my friend like this, also I guess you can bring phor back with you or whatever" he laughed " I got you aye look I gotta go though I'll call yall at 8 am tomorrow and keep yall updated and its about to be real tight so ima need yall to watch out"

"Byee" After hanging up I looked at Malayah who was spaced out

"What are you thinking about"

"How am I going to interact with Jaden, it was easy when Ryan was here but now that he's not what do I tell him? What about cooking dinner"

"Didn't you say yall bonded before, it shouldn't be a big difference now"

Ding.Dong

"Thats him now come on we can figure it out, you're not going through any of this alone remember that"
