MALAYAH~

"Can't nobody tell me nothing" I sung into the spoon then pointed it to Jaden

"They can't tell me nothing" I laughed. We were up singing songs while I made breakfast. I opened my phone going to snapchat,  I recorded us singing and saved the video. Two months has went past and Jaden has been here every other week with me and London and im surprised he was having the time of his life with us. I sent the video to Ryan, not expecting a reply.

"You're happy to be on summer break I can see"

he nodded "Yeah Im ready to sleep in"

"Sleep in? What boy what job has you that tired?" I turned the stove off and started to set the plates

"Is your friend okay?"

"What do you mean?"

" When I went to her room today to wake her up I heard her crying so I didn't open the door"

"Ohh she's just emotional Jaden sometimes you just have to let people get their emotions out"

I sat his plate in front of him. I cooked Pancakes, eggs, turkey bacon, and honey biscuits. He dug into the food "mmm, how did you learn how to cook this good"

"I had to learn how to take care of myself early" I sat at the kitchen island and started to eat

"Have you talked to my dad today, does he know how much longer his trip is?"

"I sent him a snapchat of us hopefully he responds, i'll let you know when he responds"

he didn't say anything. I told him Ryan was still in Dallas but in reality I didn't know where he was but I stayed positive for Jaden.

"Good morning yall" London came into the kitchen. Her stomach was getting bigger

"Goodmorning are you excited about today?" We were throwing her Gender reveal this weekend "No not really." She started to eat her food

"I know you're having a boy" Jaden said

"How do you know" London said

"Im always right"

"Oh okay check you out then"

My phone started to ring, it was a unknown number "Hello"

"Hey whats going on" I loved hearing his voice

"Hey im just sitting here eating with london and Jaden"

"She can cook good dad, if you don't marry her I will"

I couldn't stop laughing this boy was a character

"Aye man stay away from my girl"

"He's a charmer just like his dad huh"

"You already know my mini me but on a serious note yall we will be home at the end of this week"

"Finally we miss you so much"

"I miss yall more"

"Do anybody miss me" Phor screamed in the background

"Yeah London misses you a lot"

"Wowww" She said

"Aye bro she didn't deny it though" Ryan laughed.

I can't wait till they were back

"I'll call yall back tonight, gotta go check on something I just wanted to call after I seen the snap yall sent me"

"Okay byeee hurry home please"

LONDON~

We sat at Angry crab for lunch after my doctors appointment.A few weeks ago I had to give Malayah the envelope with the gender results, so I wouldn't be tempted to open. Jaden was set on me having a boy and Josiah also thought I was having a boy. I invited my family up here for my gender revel this weekend. I felt kind of bad Bri couldn't come she was recovering from being in a coma and she still had to be on bed rest for the next few weeks. Tammy and Ms.Williams, Phors mom invited his whole family but they were on my ass about telling him. I told them I was going to reveal it to him as soon as he got back, I didn't want to add anymore stress on Phor and Ryan right now.

I uploaded a picture of my seafood boil bag with Crab legs, shrimp, corn and potatoes. I could feel a nap coming after this.

"These Crab Legs are something else" Jaden said

"What do you know about some good crab legs"

"Its my favorite thing to eat" he responded

"You are so spoiled boy" He ate like a grown man

Malayah didn't eat her food she was so focused on the gender reveal, she insisted on being in charge of it. Since we left the doctors office she has managed to invite over 50 people she was acting like this was the baby shower. After we left Angry Crab we went to a million and one stores to find decorations. I was extremely exhausted by the time I got in the house.

I showered and sat in my bed looking through clothing sites to find me a outfit for the reveal. Jaden came and knocked on my door, I swear he reminded me of Josiah so much he was laid back and funny.

"Come in"

"I just came to check on you sweetheart"

"Boy do you know how old I am" He was such a flirt I could only imagine him once he gets to high school.

"I know but i'll be 18 soon, im not even worried about it. But can I ask you a question. I would've asked Malayah but she was busy calling people on her phone"

"Yeah sure" he came and sat in the bed with me

"I like this girl in my class but I really wanna impress her, what should I do? I mean I bought her some candy but thats all I can think of. My dad told me that I have to find out what she likes and steal her heart"

"Well you have to examine her in other words play it cool, if you see she is always talking about something in specific then that's what you know she truly likes. But also you have to know how to treat a lady. Just think about how you would treat your mom"

He got silent

"Are you okay"

"Yeah I just don't talk to my mom a lot.When my dad usually drops me off my mom neglects me and doesn't bother teaching me anything"

"Have you told Ryan"

"No because I didn't want him to get mad"

"I want you to tell him or Malayah she can tell him if you don't want to tell him face to face but your safety is very important so tell her as soon as possible, promise me"

"I promise. Now back to the ladies, how do I know she likes me back?"

4 days later

"My baby you look so beautiful" My mom said rubbing my stomach

"Thanks mom"

"Have you had any morning sickness?"

"Yes it's been kicking my ass too, like at first I couldn't keep anything down"

"It gets better trust me"

The gender reveal was supposed to be something small but of course it turned into a full blown party. Music playing, the food was catered so that was less work on us.I didn't ask for gifts because I know I wanted to buy my own when I moved into my own apartment next month but so many people brought things I don't think i'll even need to buy stuff for a while.

Ms.Williams and Tammy came over to me. Tammy had the biggest smile on her face

"Hey sis, how is everything"

"Hey Tam, Hey Ms.Williams" I hugged them "Im fine im just very tired it feels like I haven't had any real sleep lately"

"Maybe when Phor gets home you can sleep, make him do all the work for you"

"That doesn't sound too bad of a plan"

"Hey can I get everyone's attention, Where is london" Malayah got on the microphone

"Im right here" I made my way through a few people

"You ready?"

I sighed I wish Phor was here even though we weren't together it would be special to do this with him. Malayah gave me a button to press, I was confused I thought we just have balloons with pink or blue colors but her extra ass set it up different. "Okay countdown yall"

"3,2,1" I pressed the button and Blue confetti fell from the ceiling

Everybody recorded and shouting their reactions

I smiled looking over at Malayah who was shocked

"Its a boy, It doesn't matter im still happy" She hugged me tight. I shed a little tear I was so grateful for her

she gave me the microphone "Thank you all so much for coming out and supporting me and my Baby boy, I hope everyone have wrote their name on their gifts so I can know whoa ll they came from but for now lets enjoy ourselves"

I walked into the bathroom and locked the door. I pulled out my phone and was tempted to text Phor but I just closed my phone and fixed my hair in the mirror.

After the party Josiah, Tammy and a few of the people from the shop stayed behind and helped clean up the place I was grateful because I didn't want Malayah cleaning by herself my ass couldn't clean one spot without being out of breath. Being 7 months pregnant I was over it. We had to put the presents in the car with Josiah and Jr. since It was too many. I looked in the back seat Jaden was asleep he had a good time playing with some of Phor's younger cousins.

Once we got in the house I sat on the couch and took my sandals off, my feet were killing me standing up all day. Jaden went straight to his room to continue sleeping and Malayah joined me on the couch. Josiah brought all of the presents in while I had Jr.

"Alright that's everything yall, ohh shit wait I think I didn't bring my present in hold up" he left out the door. I sat jr. on the couch and went to grab me a water from the kitchen hearing the door open again and Malayah scream made me think someone broke in. I went back into the living room to see her hugging Ryan tight. The excitement in her voice was everything

"Finally you're back now you can keep her sane"

"Damn whats all this" Phor came though the door "Yall had a party or something"

he stopped when he seen me standing there

"what the fuck"

I wanted to cry I felt so bad keeping something like this from him

"It's a boy"
