Isabelle fiddled with her fingers as she sat on the edge of the counter top.
Isabelle is hardly ever nervous, so something big must've happened.
"Clary , Jace, I'm pregnant"
Clary stared at her , her mouth agape as she took in the news.
Before Clary could stop herself the words came out of her mouth
"Are you going to breast feed?"
Clary slaps her hand onto her forehead once she realizes what she said.
"I don't know, I only found out like 2 days ago" Isabelle looks down at her stomach as she talks, thinking about the little life form growing inside of her.
Jace finally came back to his senses as he jumped up and pulled Izzy in a hug, picking her up off the counter and spinning her around.
Once Jace put izzy down, Clary pulled the taller girl into an excited hug.
"IM GOING TO BE AN AUNTY" Clary squeals as she bends down and talks to Isabelle's stomach.
"Clary, you realize I'm only 4 weeks pregnant right? That means I have another 36 left, it's currently still looking like a bean"
"HUsh, I'm having a moment with the bean" clary shushed Izzy as she talked to the bean baby.

The gang got together and left to continue their journey.
"CAUSE I'VE, GOT A JET BLACK HEART, AAnd there's A HURRICANE UNDERNEATH IT" Clary and Isabelle sang along at the top of their lungs.
"How the hell do you have a hurricane under your heart? The hurricane would ruin all your organs" Jace said with a matter-of-fact tone.
"shut up your ruining it pig"
Charlotte gurgled as she looked into Clary's eyes.
And then the unexpected happened
"Mama"
The whole car plunged into silence. Clary's pupils dilated as she looked down at the baby, as if inspecting an alien object.
Her heart went jelly when she saw Charlotte's eyes so fixated on her and her little hands reaching up and playing with Clary's curls.

First stop out of Melbourne, Albury.
The 3 hour drive was tiring to say the least, but they found a half decent hotel and a local diner to eat at.
Jace shoved the food into his mouth while Alec and Simon went to buy milkshakes, Isabelle ,Magnus and Clary were all playing around with their food and discussing plans for the baby shower.
"So have you told Maryse?" Magnus asks, biting a fry in half.
"No, I'm going to tell her when we get-" Isabelle got cut off by Clary's phone ringing .
Clary's face light up as she saw Emma's ID pop up on her screen.
"Hi Em"
"Hi Clary, we need to talk" Emma voice had a nervous edge to it.
"Yes?"
"Jules kissed me"
"AWWWWWWWEEEEEE" Isabelle cooed , obviously eaves dropping
"What do I do Clare? I like him, but I don't know what to say"
"I have no idea, when Jace kissed me I kissed him back and we went to my room, where Simon decided to be a pain in the arse and ruin everything. I'll pass you to Isabelle, she knows what to do"
Out of the blue Alec came running frantically toward the group , waving his hands around
"GUYS! SIMON NEEDS HELP".................
