Welcome to Magix!

Blaze and Y/n have found a new friend in Stella and together, they will make lots of discoveries.
Mysterious creatures threaten Stella, the Fairy of the Sun and Moon. She knows how to defend herself. But she should be thankful for Blaze and Y/n's help. Could they be fairies, too? We'll find out at Alfea, the school for fairies.

-

The Alfea door slid down, letting fairies walk in with their suitcases.

The fairies and their families stood by to watch, all but Stella, who had seen it many times before, amazed.

"So this is the Realm of Magix," Vanessa said once she saw the school in front of them: a giant pink and blue castle.

"It's crazy." Spencer picked up Y/n's suitcase for her.

Vanessa put her hand on Blaze's shoulder. "That must be your school. Are you excited?"

"You bet I am!" He reached over to squeeze Y/n's arm. "It's finally happening, we're fairies!"

Mike began to walk, saying, "Let's go, then. We don't wanna be la -" He suddenly slammed into an invisible wall. Putting his hands out, he tried to push through it. "Hey, it's like there's an invisible wall. I can't get through." He pushed his face on it, squishing it.

"Really?" Y/n reached out, but her hand went through. "Where? I don't feel anything..."

Blaze reached out, too. "They're pulling our leg."

"No, son, honest," Mike confirmed, putting his hand up to it.

Kiko, who got put on the ground, felt his way through it while Squeaker hopped over him, looking back at her owner to tell her it was time to go. But Y/n just picked her up and pet her gently.

"Did you do that?" she asked Stella as Squeaker struggled to get out of her grasp.

"No, Y/n, it's a protective barrier. It keeps non-magical creatures out of Alfea." She waved her hand, showing the barrier's outline. "Sorry. I'm afraid you can't go any further."

Blaze and Y/n took a glance at each other, then at their families.

"Mom, Dad!"

"Spencer, I..."

"Guess it's time to say goodbye, Blaze," Vanessa said as Blaze jumped into her arms. "Oh, my precious little boy."

Spencer took Y/n's arm and pulled her into a hug. "You've grown up on me, kiddo."

"Mm-hm..." she replied, muffled in his shirt.

Blaze gently pulled her away as Stella said, "Don't worry, they're in good hands."

"And we'll visit soon," Y/n added, running her arm across her eyes to wipe away the tears.

"I'll send you home now. Ready? Stay there and don't move." With her ring, she pulled out her scepter, crying, "Solaria! And have a nice trip!"

Once they were gone, Y/n turned to Blaze. "It's just us now."

He nodded, his red hair bobbing with him. "Yes, but my mind's made up. I'm going with Stella. And you'll...you'll come with me?"

"Of course." Her fingers laced through his.

"Alright! Let's get moving! It's time to show our faces!"

They began their walk to the giant castle in the distance, knowing that it was only the beginning.

-

"Relax, you're with me!" Stella insisted while the slow drip of students in the line inched forward. "Fairy school is like normal school, but we all have magic powers and better outfits!"

"It's gorgeous," Y/n said, her eyes moving up the castle; it was mostly pink on the towers with blue roofs and decorations.

"I'm loving it already," Blaze agreed, although he noticed the odd girl:boy ratio, him being one of the only few boys waiting in line. "Um, is it always full of so many girls?" he asked awkwardly.

"Yeah, sorry, but I did warn you, y'know. The fairy gene is more commonly passed down to girls, so you may feel a bit weird at first," Stella explained absently, giving a look of disgust when she saw what was in front of her. "Ick! You're definitely not gonna love her."

The woman that had caught Stella's attention was one with a clipboard, looking out aggressively at the students. Her glasses at the bridge of her nose made her glare seem harsher.

"Who's that?" he asked. "She looks scary."

Griselda, Head of Disciplinary. She is scary. And in bad need of a makeover."

Griselda eyed the next girl that stood before her, asking sternly, "What is your name, young lady?"

The girl nervously clutched her bag in front of her, stuttering. "El...Eleanor of Delona. I sent my registration form a few..."

"Alright, let's see if your name appears on the list..." She scrolled down her paper with her pen. "Eleanor, Eleanor...are you nervous, young lady?"

"A little...I..."

Griselda cut her off again. "There you are. Eleanor of Delona. You can go in."

"Thank you." She took her stuff and got in, getting away from Griselda as quickly as possible.

"What now?" Y/n asked. "We're not on the list."

"Yes you are. I think of everything." Through a burst of magic, Stella produced an envelope, sealed shut. "The Princess of Callisto and the guy she's supposed to marry were supposed to come here this year, but they're getting married early. She gave me a letter to give to the Headmistress. I just won't give it to her, that's all. Anyway, no one here knows the Princess and Prince of Callisto." She tore the letter up and threw it into the air with a "Hmph!"

"You want us to take their place? Stella, I don't know how to be a princess. I don't even look like one."

Blaze crossed his arms, sighing in annoyance. "We're being dishonest here."

"It's just a little white lie." She pushed them both, causing them to bump into each other.

"Hey!"

"Stella!"

"Come on, guys, it's too late to turn back now!" Once they got to Griselda, Stella put on her best fake-smile, trying not to give Blaze and Y/n away. "Good morning, Ms. Griselda."

Griselda wasted no time in chewing into her. "Well, if isn't Princess Stella of Solaria. I never thought I'd see you here again. I'm surprised you've decided to grace us with your presence...once again."

"I don't give up that easily, you know."

Y/n forced herself not to slap herself on the head; she could tell that Stella was pushing her luck with Griselda...not that she seemed the type to give much luck to begin with.

"Right and who are your friends?"

She threw her arms around each of them, her being in the middle. "The heirs to Callisto."

"The heirs of Callisto? Hmm..." She looked through her clipboard again. "Ah, Veranda and Kevin, Callisto."

"Kevin?" Blaze asked in disgust before getting a harsh elbow by Stella. "Oh, I thought you said Evan. Y - yeah, I'm Kevin."

"Yes. And I'm...the princess..." Y/n replied awkwardly, her bag swinging in front of her. "Yes! Mm-hm. And it is good to be me...with all my palaces...and wagons of gold...things...and dresses for every hour of the day..."

Stella rolled her eyes while Griselda gave her a weird look. "Yes...well, of course, Kevin will be in the boys' dormitory...you three may come in. Next!"

"See?" Stella whispered as they entered. "I always have great ideas!"

They were still trying to keep their distance form each other out of embarrassment, but Blaze asked, "By the way, Stella, what happened last year?"

"Ugh, it was nothing. Ms. Griselda likes to dramatize." With a smile, she offered to both of them, "Welcome to Alfea."

-

"This school will be your home for the next three to five years. But this home can cease to be yours at any moment. The rules of this institution are based off discipline. Disregard these rules and I will personally escort you to the front gate. This is not a magician's school. You are not here to learn hocus-pocus. Consequently, you may not use your powers in the hallways or other common areas. In fact, the only place you may display your powers is in a classroom under teacher supervision. Is that clear, Princess Stella?!" Griselda pointed at her aggressively.

Stella flinched away from Griselda when she yelled at her in front of all the students.

"Thanks to your antics, the potion laboratory will not be accessible until next month at the earliest!" She motioned at the wrecked lab, the windows broken and glass everywhere, as well as damaged equipment.

Stella looked away from her, humming inconspicuously.

"Now, I think you know what not to do, if you wish to stay? Huh?" She pushed her glasses up. "Hmph!"

"You really did that?" Y/n whispered to her, shocked that only one person could do all that.

"I was trying to create a new shade of pink!" she insisted with a pout. "Besides, my father paid for all the damages and donated a new Computer Lab."

An old woman, followed by three other professors, entered shortly thereafter, the woman in front with glasses as well as Griselda, but looking more like a kind grandmother than a grouchy old aunt. "Sorry I'm late. I hope you'll excuse me."

Griselda clapped her hands, still yelling at the poor teens. "Here comes your Headmistress! Attention!"

"Oh, really, there's no need to be stodgy. I hope Ms. Griselda hasn't scared you all too much."

Griselda hmphed, but let the Headmistress take over. "Welcome to Alfea! The best fairy school in the whole of Magix." Her hands behind her back, she stepped up to the front doors. "Mind you, it's also the only one," she added without turning her head. "Come on in, everyone."

She opened the doors, announcing, "Here we are." The students entered in, all in amazing at the grand interior of the castle with a huge staircase in the middle.

"And so we begin our orientation session, by the end of which, we should all know each other better. Becoming a fairy is hard work, but I know everyone here can do it. Keep in mind that the teachers and I are always here to help you. Okay, enough with the boring stuff, feel free to explore your surroundings. But, be very careful. There are dangers lurking about..."

"Stay away from the witches of Cloud Tower." Stella rubbed her head in annoyance, then laughed it off. "Listen, that's what's coming next."

"Stay away from the witches of cloud Tower," she said exactly, Stella rolling her eyes.

"Alright," Griselda cut in, clapping her hands. "Speeches are over, everyone's dismissed. You're free 'till dinner time."

"Good luck, everybody, I'll see you all tomorrow," Ms. Faragonda concluded. "Oh, and classes start at eight o'clock sharp. Do be punctual."

-

"You'll like Headmistress Faragonda," Stella was telling the two as they made their way to the girls' dormitory. "She always says the same thing, but she's really nice."

"Who are the witches of Cloud Tower," Blaze asked, more concerned about that.

"Magix has three schools. Ours is one, there's Red Fountain, school of specialists - that's where the squad guys go. Finally, there's the witches' school, Cloud Tower."

"Witches?" Y/n asked, amazed. "I thought only fairies were in Magix."

"Of course not, silly, there are all kinds of magical creatures. We're just the most glamorous ones."

They came upon one of the apartments with their names printed on it.

Stella Apollo
Flora Rosana
Varanda Bellissima
Tecna McFixit
Musa Liu

"Hey, look! We're in the same apartment, Y/n. Cool!"

She opened the door to the main room and pointed at one of the doors. "That's my room over there. The same one I had last year." She opened the door to show them a single with a large bed and window to her right.

"I've got a roommate," Y/n said, funding the room across the hall to be here. "C'mon, let's check it out."

But the first thing he ended up doing was stepping on a vine as soon as she entered, causing it to shriek loudly. "Oh! Sorry..."

"No, I'm sorry." A pretty girl with an upturned nose and pointed chin came over, crouching next to the plant. "I just got here and, well, I left my stuff all over the floor." She reached over and tickled it under its chin, causing it to giggle. Her golden bracelets clanked together. "He's my latest creation. My theory is that is more plants could talk, deforestation would be dramatically reduced. It's worth trying. If it saves just one tree...hi. I'm Flora." When she turned to Y/n, she ended up knocking the plant down, getting another scream from it, the pot shattering.

"Oopsie...sorry, honey."

Trying to be polite, she said, "Uh, my name is Y/n."

Stella, overhearing from the doorway, coughed loudly. "Ehem, Y/n?"

What? Oh, kidding! Actually, my real name is Princess Varanda. And that's Kevin" She pointed at Blaze, who nodded.

"Nice to meet you, Flora."

Y/n nodded, and backed away from Blaze, instead bumping into the palest girl she had ever seen with short pink hair that covered one of her big eyes.

"You're from Calisto, right? Fourth world of the magic realm's upper ring? Wow! That's quite a ways from here. But I hear its features are very popular with tourists." She gave Y/n a smile, teasing, "Walking backwards is irrational. Hi, my name's Tecna."

"Hi, Tecna. I'm Stella," she said, still from her spot in Blaze and Flora's bedroom.

"Hey, I've heard about you."

"Me too," another voice said from the doorway. Another girl with short, dark pigtails and eyes, shorter than the others. "By the way, before you blow up the room, give us time to duck and cover, okay?"

Everyone but Stella laughed, leaving her to cross her arms angrily. "It was in the name of fashion and I don't regret it!"

Tecna asked with a chuckle, "I'm curious. Were you actually able to create a new shade of pink?"

"No, but when I do, it's gonna be the official color of Solaria!"

The last girl smiled over at Tecna, saying, "You must be my roommate. I'm Musa."

A loud scream came from near the plant, being Kiko, who was getting held up by the plant by his little legs, and Squeaker hissing at it, her tail frizzed out.

"Bad plant!" Flora scolded, pointing accusingly at it. "Put him down right away!"

Squeaker jumped into Y/n's arms, still hissing violently, even after the plant had thrown him down. "No, Flora, don't scold your plant." Blaze picked Kiko up, giving him an annoyed look. "Kiko probably tried to eat it. It was just trying to defend itself." He inspected the leaves, seeing bite marks on it, and gave it a pat.

Flora picked up a pot full of soil. "You hungry, little bunny? Here. They're organic." Using her magic, she made seeds quickly grow into fat carrots for him.

Squealing, Kiko began to eat them. Even Squeaker jumped down from Y/n, cautiously smelt them, and began to nibble on one.

"Speaking of food, what do you all say we eat out tonight?" Stella suggested. "It'll be our way of celebrating the new year."

Flora nodded. "Great idea. It'll give us the chance to get to know one another."

"Only if Kevin can come." Y/n took his arm to pull him forward. "Poor guy gets lost without orders. You know how it is, being the son of the Captain of the Guard and all."

He whispered for only her to hear, "You have a whole backstory for us?" Then, looking back at the girls, he smiled as inconspicuously as he could. "Anyone for pizza?"

"What's 'pizza'?" Musa asked.

"Yeah, what is it?" Flora also wanted to know, hoping it was vegetarian.

Coming to his rescue, Y/n put an arm around him, claiming, "It's the national dish of Callisto...kind of." She gave him a stealthy wink, Blaze nodding as they got up to leave, not noticing that, in the hallway, Griselda was spying on them...

-

"Neither of you have ever left your kingdom before?" Flora asked, Blaze and Y/n's eyes shut.

"No, never," Blaze replied.

Y/n kind of nodded. "You know how overbearing parents can be sometimes, right?"

She gave her hand a pat in understanding. "Then prepare to be blown away!"

"So we can open our eyes, then?" Y/n asked as they got off the bus.

"Yes, go ahead. Take a look," Tecna prompted, helping to guide Y/n off the bus, Stella doing the same with Blaze, his eyes also closed.

When they did, they saw...a city.

Wow, so exciting.

"You guys look disappointed," Musa noted awkwardly.

"I mean..." Y/n looked around a bit more, not seeing what was so special about Downtown Magix. "It's...alright..."

"Of course we're disappointed!" Blaze said for both of them. "This is it? Magix? Capital Realm of Magix, most enchanted city in the universe?"

"Well, what did you expect?" Musa asked.

"I don't know. Dragons, gnomes, wizards, shops full of magic wands..."

Y/n continued for him. "Unicorns, rainbows, giants, magic brooms, someone to come up to me and go, 'Harry, you're a wizard.' "

"But that's fairytale stuff. This is the real world," Stella reminded them. "Here, everything lives off its own magical energy. Magic is everywhere." She pointed at a car that drove between two parked cars. Using magic, another appeared so that there was enough room.

"Good heavens!"

"Cool!"

Stella smiled proudly. "If you want to see it, you just gotta look.

"And now, let's eat." Flora pointed them in the direction of the diner.

"Yeah, my stomach's growling."

"Mine, too."

-

Once they had gotten to a food stall and had gotten their food, they all sat down. Blaze had taken his phone out, frustrated as it continued to tell him that he had no service. "I don't understand why my cell's not working. See, I press down the number and nothing happens."

"Let me have a look." Tecna held out her hand for Blaze's phone, taking the back off immediately. "I'm very good with this electronic stuff." She suddenly began to laugh, snapping the phone in half.

"Oh, god, Tecna's gone crazy."

"Tecna, what's so funny?" Musa asked curiously.

"This is prehistoric technology. Where did you get that thing?" she asked.

"But it's the most recent model."

Y/n kicked his leg. He gave a noise of pain as she leaned in and whispered, "Uh, yeah, on Callisto." To Tecna, she crossed her arms. "That was a gift from his dad, y'know. You could be a little more sensitive." She took it back from the table, clicking it back into place.

Tecna eyed her longer than necessary before relenting. "Sorry, you're right. I shouldn't have laughed. That was rude."

Musa put down her fork and stuff, "You need an inner-realm phone to call Callisto."

"Right. There's one two blocks away. Use my card." Tecna gave him a small card, Blaze, who accepted it gratefully.

-

"Hi, Mom," Blaze said into the phone. "Everything is great. The school is wonderful. Y/n's sharing an apartment with Stella and three other girls. ...No, courses start tomorrow morning. But don't worry, I'll keep you posted, alright? ...Yes, I understand."

Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a large figure that he recognized as the huge ogre from earlier that had attacked him on Earth.

"Uh...I won't forget, I promise." He twisted around to get a better look at the ogre. "Mommm, I'm using my friend's phone card so I really should go, but I love you and I'll call you back before I go to bed, okay? And tell Spencer Y/n says hi. Bye."

He took the card out and began to run towards him, his back against the wall so that he was not seen, noticing that Knut was doing the same stalker-like behavior that he was doing, but was instead watching a group of girls. He peeked out from behind the wall for a better look.

"Ugh, he's watching my friends, the perv," Blaze realized, backing away behind the wall, then looking again, finding no oger. "Where is he now? I must find him. Especially for Y/n, she doesn't even know how to protect herself yet."

-

Knut approached three shadowy figures in the alleyway, the leader's hands on her hips. She came forward. Her head was massive, not helped at all but her high ponytail with no bangs - and curled hair falling down the sides of her face - and eyes icy.

"Well, Knut?"

"Well..." He pointed down the street. "I saw the blond girl with the magic scepter in the square and, uh, she was with her friends. She was wearing her Solaria ring."

"We've got to get that scepter!"

The pretty girl, her hair almost green, save for a few curly dirty blond streaks on the sides and dark purple eyeshadow, next to her got a surge of purple energy shooting through her and realized that somebody was watching them.

"Sisters. We are being watched. May I take care of it?" She clapped her hands together and made a clone of herself so that one could spy on whoever it was.

-

"Move, you big oaf, I can't see a thing!" Blaze shifted around to see behind Knut until he moved, then crouched back down. "That's better."

The Pretty clone snuck up behind him and used her dark spells to push him forward and topple over the trash cans.

"So," Leader said, now right in front of Blaze with her sisters by her sides. "Did you like our little joke?" She caused the clone to disappear, who was now the one next to her.

"Turn around!"

He fell onto his back in shock, the real Pretty waving flirtatiously at him, giggling darkly. "Surprise, cutie ~"

He forced himself back around to the other girls, announcing shakily "I am a fairy." Out of his hand came a small stream of energy that fell at the girls' feet, not coming anywhere close to hitting them.

"Ha! You call that magic? I'll show you magic." A snowstorm picked up around them, causing Blaze's hair to go flying around him. "That's magic," she declared, icicles coming out of the ground and nearly impaling the fairy.

Pretty then sent out another spell of darkness. "And that's magic."

The icicles vanished, but sent Blaze back, feeling sick.

"RrraaaAAAUGGHH!" The third witch with a frizzy hair shot her hands up, a tornado spinning around and picking Blaze up in it. He caught a ledge of one of the buildings to break his fall while the witches laughed at him.

-

"Where's Kevin?" Tecna asked, sitting next to Y/n on the fountain.

"Does he usually get lost?" Flora inquired from the other side of Y/n.

"Haha, yeah, classic Kevin. He probably went back for seconds. But I guess we should go check."

-

"Get down here! I'm not done yet!" Leader used her blizzardy winds to grab Blaze and throw him to a stack of boxes. Laughing over him, she used her ice to trap him. "And now, for the final touch ~"

Her ice froze Blaze over in place, his body arched over, face twisted in pain, hair flowing around him.

Leader approached the ice, looking intently at the fairy inside. "What a pity you had to meet us. Sweet little fairy..." She scratched at the ice with long dark blue claws, leaving marks in its wake, a horrible sound coming from her scratches.

"Leave him alone!"

The rest of the girls had come to find the witches with a frozen Blaze. Stella pointed accusingly at them while Y/n gasped. If her stories had been correct, she knew that fairies did not last long in ice.

"Take on us instead!" Stella coaxed.

"Pathetic. Knut!" Leader motioned to him with her hand. "They're all yours. Have fun."

Knut began to growl, then let it a threatening roar, running at them. The girls scattered before he could smash any of them, jumping away and transforming.

"Blaze..." Y/n landed in front of him and touched the ice, her eyes shut as tears leaked out. "No. I won't let them hurt you."

-

Y/n let out a battle cry before putting out her arms.
Light blue armbands appeared, followed by tall boots. White and blue energy surrounded her body as she leaned back, her arm out and her face twisted in concentration, and gave her a darker top that hung loosely on her shoulders and a skirt.
Her head jerked up and a blue choker appeared with a diamond in the middle while blue - yet transparent - wings appeared behind her. She jolted back and landed on her feet, her arms held out in front of her as if she were about to shoot an energy beam.

-

Tecna chopped and punched at the air with her arms, then knelt on one knee, arms crossed in peace signs, emitting an energy from them.
Her hands went into a fist, a sleeve appearing on her arm with digital accompaniment. The same happened at her torso, a lavender bodysuit and high-heeled boots appearing, then with her pendant and wings, which were instead bars that wrapped around themselves. Finally, a matching helmet was placed on her head.
She opened her eyes, a glider coming out of the bars and letting her fly back, then dissipating when she landed, her hands on her hips.

-

Flora tilted her head back as her body fell back, her hair blowing around her head. She crossed her hands above her head in peace signs.
A sparkly pink dress appeared with lighter petals for a skirt, followed by pink heels. A green choker appeared on her neck, followed by a flower on her chest. Instead of wristbands, long petals came onto her arms, the petal being the longer bit in the back.
She gave a small grin and spun around, putting her arms up while green translucent wings clipped to her back in a burst of a flower.

-

Stella jumped around with peace signs, then threw her hands up with a huge smile.
Blue wristbands formed on her arms, followed by long orange boots and a headband that matched the bands. Her clothes were then changed to an orange tube top with one strap and short-shorts while her wings formed behind her.
Her eyes narrowed, then squinted. Letting out a cry, she spun around, her hair pinning itself into twintails with long, dark orange hairbands. She took a few steps back while her wings came into place and placed her hand behind her head, smiling fashionably.

-

The tiles under Musa lit up as she stepped on them. She twirled on the dance floor while they twinkled, then crossed her arms with peace signs.
Red boots appeared out of purple pixels. She threw up her hands, a red top with one strap coming in as the boots did with a thin pink cloth in between, covering her stomach.
She kicked her feet up while a music disk spun under her and her wings and a pair of headphones appeared, then stood on one foot, spinning around with the disk.

-

"Now it's our turn, you animal."

Leader crossed her arms, annoyed you see them having have transformed.

"She's the one with the scepter!" Frizzy pointed out, referring to Stella.

Knut continued to growl at them until Tecna took the first move. "Static Sphear!" She shot it her energy, trapping Knut in a bubble of techno energy.

"Sonic Blast!"

Musa created speakers that blared loudly at Knut, who let out a yell off agony.

"Golden Pollen!"

Flora blew from her hands, white flowers coming out. They landed on the ground and transformed into vines that roped Knut by the ankle, then around his body, forcing him onto the ground, then threw him away.

Leader scoffed while Pretty pressed her hand to get forehead, shaking her head. "What a blockhead..." She stood taller and opened her arms, shooting out more ice crystals. "Alright, you weaklings, you asked for it!"

Y/n held out her arms to defend herself, cringing back. The crystals stopped immediately. She opened her eyes before dropping her arms, the crystals dropping, as well.

"Hmph. An ice fairy?" Leader questioned. "No matter. She's still a weakling."

"Then leave it to me, sister!" Frizzy held her hand up, creating a bolt of electricity.

"Everyone, get behind me," Tecna coaxed. "Firewall!" She held up a shield as Frizzy let her attack lose on them, hitting the shield and breaking it. The fairies flew back.

"And now, prepare for the worst."

But Stella got up, shaky on her legs, and took her ring off, throwing it into the air. "Solaria!" She caught the scepter and, with a swipe, transported them all away, including Blaze. "Let's get out of here."

When Leader's blizzard died down, she suddenly stopped laughing. "Huh?! Where are they?!"

All that was left in their wake was melting ice.

"Curses! They've DISAPPEARED!"

-

"Blaze! Are you alright?!"

Stella, glowing yellow, heated up the ice enough to melt into steam, Blaze shivering once he was freed, Stella and Y/n supporting him to stay up.

"It's okay, Blaze. You're okay."

"Y...Y/n - n...?" he managed to get out through his chattering teeth.

"Yeah, it's me."

"You're..." He saw her in her outfit, his eyes widening at her WINGS. "B - beautiful..."

Stella squeezed him harder to emit more of her heat energy, grinning at him. "You know, Blaze, for an earthling, I must admit, Y/n did well. She was very brave!"

She blushed a little, waving it off. "Oh, no, no, really, it was nothing."

"Stella!"

The girls were glaring at her, Flora putting her hands on her hips. "Is there anything we should know about Princess Y/n of Earth and her guard, Blaze?"

"Er..." She put her fingers together nervously. "Well, I might have been fibbing a bit about their background. I'll explain everything on our way back to Alfea."

-

"We should tell Ms. Faragonda the truth," Y/n said as the girls and Blaze snuck back into Alfea.

Stella rolled her eyes. "We'll talk about it later, for now just follow me."

A spotlight went on them, followed by someone clearing their throat. They gasped and looked behind them to find Ms. Faragonda and Ms. Griselda behind them.

"Excuse us!" Ms. Faragonda yelled at them. "We were worried sick! Go to bed immediately. We'll discuss the rules again tomorrow."

They walked past them, Blaze and Y/n behind them, which made it easier for Ms. Griselda to stop them. "Not so fast, Princess Varanda, Kevin. Isn't there something you forgot to tell us?"

The girls had stopped when they saw the predicament Blaze and Y/n were in, who looked nervously at each other.

Y/n was the first to speak up. "My name isn't Veranda. It's Y/n and I'm - I'm from Earth."

"And my name is Blaze."

"Ha! I knew it. You're not a real princess. And you don't even look like a Kevin. Young lady, you and your friend have tricked us."

"True," Ms. Faragonda agreed, standing next to Griselda. "But still, they must be magical creatures or the barrier would've kept her out." She put her hand under Y/n's chin and tilted it to look back at her. "Now, tell me, Y/n, why didn't you give us your real names?"

"Ms. Faragonda -"

"Ma'am!" Stella interjected. "This whole thing was my idea."

"It's okay, Stella," Blaze said and tried to answer. "We come from a small town on planet Earth called -"

"Outside the realm of Magix?!" Griselda cut in as she put her fingers on the frames of her glasses. "Utterly impossible!"

"Please don't make us go home!" Y/n begged. "Do you know how long we've played fairies for? Or read stories about them? And now that we're here, we can be real fairies and we've already made really good friends."

Flora cooed at that last statement and Musa gave a thumbs-up.

"You lied to us and that is unforgivable!" the inspector insisted.

"But they also has a dream and they totally believe in it. They have displayed a great tenacity and isn't that a quality that every fairy should possess?" Faragonda asked.

"Yes, ma'am," she agreed.

Faragonda addressed all the fairies, "Now, go to bed. And don't make any more noise."

"Yes, ma'am! Woohoo!"

As they began to file in, Faragonda whispered to Griselda, "I didn't think there were any fairies left on Earth."

"Me neither, I thought they'd all disappeared centuries ago."

"Well, then, who are Blaze and Y/n?"
