Previously on Chapter 47

I know I'm selfish for wanting to continue to fight this war. But I promised my mother that I will defeat Father and I can't break that. I'm so sorry Tanjiro... but I have to keep fighting.

-A New Title-

Y/N P.O.V

A month have passed since I had managed to create my own Breathing Technique. Every day, I would train hard to perfect each moves that I have managed to create. I've improved greatly ever since.

I kneel down in front of Oyakata-Sama with the rest of the Hashira's. Even Rengoku-San is here. I'm surprised to see him when the last time we met was when he lost his Breathing Technique after drinking my blood. He seems to have adapted to the new pattern of his breathing. Thus, he succeeded in regaining his Flame Breathing Technique, and I'm so happy for him.

"I am so pleased to know we've all gathered here once again, and everyone seems to be in pretty good health too" Oyakata-Sama said. I lower my head slightly in a bowing manner. He turn his head slightly, seemingly knowing where I am. "And above all, I'm pleased to know that Y/N have managed to create her own Breathing Technique... Cyrokinesis Breathing. Congratulation, my child..." he said. His voice always sounded so soothing. Just by listening to his voice, makes it feels like all the heavy burden have been lifted off of my shoulders.

"Thank you, Oyakata-Sama..." I said, respectfully. A soft smile spread across his lips. I lift my head slightly to look at him. "I couldn't have done it without the help of the others, along with my boyfriend and his sister" I said.

"A yes, that's right. The young Kamado siblings have exceeded our expectations with their diligent works. I shall give them their reward as a thank you for their hard works and how far they've come..." he said. A smile starts forming on my lips at his words. I'm proud of those two as well, maybe even prouder than anyone present here.

"As of right now, L/N Y/N... I shall give you a new title. A title that is more suitable now that you've a new way of fighting..." he said. I just stay silent as I waited for him to start talking again. "Your position is now the Cyrokinesis Hashira... do you accept this, dear?" He asked.

"Yes, Oyakata-Sama... I accept" I said. I turn my head to look at the other Hashira's to see them smiling at me. Well, not everyone. The one that have a smile on their faces are Rengoku-San, Kocho-San, Kanroji-San, and Muichiro-Kun. While the others remains neutral and have no reaction.

I'm surprise with how much emotions Muichiro-Kun is showing now. But soon learned from Tanjiro that he have regained all of his memories. Muichiro-Kun seem to be thankful to Tanjiro, which makes the latter confused as he believed he didn't do anything for Muichiro-Kun. Despite that, the young Mist Hashira seems to still be thankful for him. 

Oyakata-Sama soon dismissed us after wishing for our well-being during our upcoming missions. We bow at him once more before standing up. We leave the ground one by one.

I hear a voice calling out my name. I turn my head to see it's Rengoku-San. He's standing with the rest of them. A huge grin is presence on his lips. I raise an eyebrow in wonder as I slowly approach them.

"We'd like to go out and have lunch together, and we'd like you to come with us. We want to celebrate your new position as the Cyrokinesis Hashira" he said. I turn my head to look at the others. Kanroji-San nods her head eagerly, eyes pleading at me to agree with their plan.

"Can I bring Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu and Inosuke?" I asked. I notice Shinazugawa-San and Iguro-San seems to dislike the idea of Tanjiro and Nezuko along, but neither of them say a word. The others seems to be okay with it. So that means it's okay for me to bring Tanjiro, Nezuko and my friends along.

I'm currently walking in between him and Nezuko as we make our way towards the restaurant Kanroji-San have picked, while Zenitsu and Inosuke walks close behind us. Those two are silent. But Inosuke looks excited to come and have some meals. Well, that boy is always excited when it comes to food.

"Hey, Y/N?" Tanjiro called out. I turn my head to look at him. I hum softly to let him know he have my attention. "Are you sure it's okay for us to come along? Shouldn't it be a celebration among Hashira's?" He said.

"Of course... you're my boyfriend and Nezuko is my sister. Zenitsu and Inosuke are my friends" I said. He still looks a little doubtful. I smile softly at him and give his hand a light squeeze. "Oh don't worry... it'll be fine" I said. He let out a sigh and nod his head, giving me a soft smile. I send him a close-eyes smile.

"Oh... we're almost there" I said, as I turn my head to look forward upon noticing that we're almost reaching the restaurant. I hold Tanjiro's hand firmer and make my way towards the restaurant while pulling Tanjiro and Nezuko along.

We make our way inside the restaurant. I notice everyone are already here. They turn their heads towards us as soon as we're within their line of sight. Kanroji-San grins as she stands up from her seat. She walks over to me and places her hands on my shoulders.

"You're finally here!! Come on... let's join the others at the table and order some food! I'm starving!" She said. I let out a giggle at her comments. Kanroji-San has always been a big eater. But that's what makes her unique.

I turn my head and notice Iguro-San staring at Kanroji-San. The look in his eyes was something I'm quite familiar with. I bit back a smirk, realizing that the Serpent Hashira have feelings for the Love Hashira. That's quite interesting.

I did not expect someone as cold as him would be able to feel something like love. But who could blame him? What's there not to love about Kanroji Mitsuri? She's just so sweet and loving. Any man would be lucky to have her as their wife.

Not long after ordering our food, they finally arrived. I turn to look at Nezuko who just sits while everyone else eats their meals. It kind of make me feel bad. It probably wasn't the best idea to bring her along, since she can't eat human's food.

"Don't worry about her... she's happy to be here whether she can eat or not. Since you're here, Y/N" Tanjiro said, as he seem to notice the troubled look on my face. I turn my head to look at him and smiles softly. He always seem to notice every small details. Even the slightest changes on me. I mean, it makes sense since he have a sharp sense of smell. Even so, it makes me feel so loved. I'm so lucky to have him as my boyfriend.
