"Y/N! Stop!!! Don't do something you'd regret later on!" I screamed. I rush towards her and wrap my arms around her. But she easily push me off her. Damn it... she is a lot more stronger than before. Y/N, please...

Tanjiro P.O.V

Y/N turn to look at me for a few seconds. Her gaze have no life in them and they're void of emotions. She turn to face the villagers again.

"STOP!! Don't make me do this!!" I screamed. She didn't react as she walks towards the people again. I shake my head as I continue to scream. My heart beats so fast that my chest starts to hurt.

She lift her hand, about to strike the people. I slam my hand on the ground as I scream out of frustration and hurriedly stand up. I rush towards her, piercing my sword right through her chest. She gasps from the pain. Tears starts to stream down my cheeks as I pull my sword out of her. My sword falls on the ground, followed by her body. I quickly catches her before she hits the ground.

"Y/N... I'm so sorry" I cried out while hugging her tight. I bury my face in her hair as she coughs up blood. I feel my chest tightens painfully. But if I didn't do this, she would have killed the villagers. "I-I'm s-so sorry..." I cried.

"Tanjiro... i-it's o-okay..." she said. I pull away to look at her. She slowly opens her eyes to look at me. Her eyes slowly turns back to normal.

"This is for the best..." she said, smiling at me as tears slowly streams down her cheeks. I choke out a sob as I tighten my arms around her delicate form. "Do you... remember the first day we met, Tanjiro?" She said.

"Of course... you stood up for me and even place yourself as a collateral for my little sister's sake. I can't thank you enough for your sacrifice, Y/N..." I said. My body starts to tremble as I try my hardest not to break down. Y/N just smiles at me and nods her head.

"The best choice I've ever made. Thanks to you... I'm finally able to see the truth. Not everyone are bad... I'm also indebted to you, Tanjiro..." she said. I choke out a sob as I hug her tightly. Tears finally starts to stream down my cheeks. "You'll forever going to be the best thing that ever happened to me. With you... I feel true happiness" she said, giving me a close eyes smile.

I shake my head. "P-Please stop t-talking, Y/N... you're g-going to be okay. I w-will find help f-for you. J-Just hang on..." I said. I know what's going to happen. I don't want to believe it's happening. She just smiles at me.

"I love you, Tanjiro... I hope in another life, I'd be able to meet you again. If we ever meet again... will you love me the same?" She said. I nod my head at what she said.

"Of course, Y/N... my heart will always belong to you, even if we got reincarnated 100 times over" I said. She smiles softly at me. I place my forehead against hers. "I love you too, Y/N... so so much" I said. I lean down and places a soft kiss on her lips, not caring if I got blood on mine.

Her head slowly went limp as she stares at the sky. I watch as the life slowly leaves her eyes. I choke out a sob as I hug her tightly. I start to sway our body back and forth.

"Please, Y/N... don't leave me alone" I cried out, hugging her body close to me. I feel a hand on my shoulder. I turn my head to see Kanroji-San. She have tears in her eyes as she stares at me in sadness.

"I'm sorry, Kamado-Kun. But the battle isn't over yet... you go on ahead. I will look after her for you" she said. I turn to look at Y/N. "Kamado-Kun..." she said. I just nod my head. I gently move her, placing her place head on Kanroji-San's lap. Kanroji-San gently places her hand on Y/N's head. I smile sadly as I stare at Y/N.

"I love you, Y/N..." I whispered softly. K lean down and place a soft kiss on her forehead. I wipe my tears and get up. I stare at Y/N one last time. I turn around to grab my sword that I dropped. I turn to look at Kanroji-San. "I'll leave her to you..." I said. She just nods her head, while smiling sadly at me. I run around and runs off.

I realize these demons aren't the main body. The only way to defeat him is to kill the main body. The first demon we encounter in that room. I stop in the middle of the forest as I focus on my sense of smell.

Genya and Nezuko are both here. "Over there!" I yelled out, pointing at the direction. I notice the demon is tiny. I clench my hands into tight fists. "Come back here!! Don't you dare run away from your responsibility! Because of you, I lost Y/N!!!" I screamed as tears streams down my cheeks. If that demon hadn't showed up, Y/N wouldn't lose control of herself and she would have been alright.

I chase after the demon, but wince in pain because I've injured my left leg. I click my tongue in annoyance. If I don't come up with something, that demon will escape. I have to kill it and make him pay for his sins. I suddenly remember what Zenitsu said about Thunder Breathing.

I focus on transferring my energy to one of my legs. I stare at the demon's retreating body with determination. Let it explode with a single breathing, like Thunder!!

I speed towards the demon and slash his neck. I let out a scream as I try to cut his neck. The pain and anger of losing the girl I love. This demon will pay!!!

The demon suddenly grows in size. I gasp in shock at the sight. It suddenly transform into a different demon. I can't smell the other demons, which means they've morph into one.

Rengoku-San appears to help me and smiles. "Focus on the main body... leave this demon to me" he said. I just nod my head and turn around, chasing after the other one. The demon's main body. I'm not going to let that demon get away. I have to avenge Y/N. I will avenge her!!
