Previously on Chapter 34

I just place my chin on the Kakushi's shoulder as he starts to walk. I wonder what the sword-smith village would be like. Guess I'll have to wait and see for myself. I'm so excited!

-Welcome To Swords-smith Village-

Y/N P.O.V

I wonder how Tanjiro's doing. But knowing him, he's probably going to talk along the way to the village. I can't hear him nor anything because of the earplugs on my ears. So I just relax on the Kakushi's back, waiting to get to our destination.

I feel myself getting placed back on my feet. I squint my eyes from the brightness of the light after the Kakushi removed the blindfold from my eyes. I blink them a few times, trying to get them to get use to the light.

I turn my head to look at Tanjiro who already have his blindfold, earplugs and nose-plug removed. I lift my hand, removing the earplugs from my ears. I flinch in fright ay the sudden loud noises. Tanjiro let out a soft laugh at my reaction. He walks over to me and gently grab a hold of my hand. I smile at him and entwine our hands together. I look forward to the village.

"Wow... this village looks so beautiful. Like, I wanna live here..." I said. I hear a laugh next to me. I turn to look at Tanjiro. "What? You don't think this place look beautiful, Tanjiro?" I said.

He turn to look at me and nod his head. "It is beautiful. I just find your reaction about this village is adorable..." he said. I feel my cheeks getting warmer at his statement. I turn my head away, attempting to hide the blush on my cheeks. I hear a laugh coming from him, making me smile softly to myself as we walk deeper into the village.

We're given a place to stay. The house is lovely and very comfy. I think I'm going to love our stay here. I wonder how we'll find Haganezuka-San. The leader of this village informed us that he's been somewhere in the forest.

He's most likely training because according to the leader, Haganezuka-San felt weak because the sword he made for Tanjiro always ended up breaking in battles. I can tell it makes Tanjiro felt guilty. But aside from that, I truly admire the love and dedication he pours on his work.

"Hey, Y/N... I heard that this village have an awesome hot spring. Do you wanna go bathe with me and Nezuko as the sun is almost setting?" Tanjiro asked. I turn to look at him. He realize what he said and turn a deep shade of red on his cheek. "I-If you w-want to. Er I mean... sorry" he said, looking down to hide his red cheeks.

I let out a soft giggle and stand up. I place my hand on his cheek, turning his head to look at me and place a quick kiss on his lips. "Sure, Tanjiro. I don't mind at all..." I said. He blinks his eyes at what I said. He lift his hand, gently placing it on top of mine.

"A-Are you s-sure?" He asked. I smile softly and nod my head. He just nods his head. He still looks flustered by what he just said a while ago. I let out a laugh at the face he's making. Tanjiro is truly so cute.

We make our way up to the mountain where the hot spring should be. I hear a yell and look up to see it's Kanroji-San. She yelled out our names while running towards us.

"K-Kanroji-San! Careful! Your breasts are almost spilling out!!" Tanjiro yelled out, visibly panicking. But the Love Hashira just ignores him and rushes towards us. I quickly grab the front of her shirt, pulling on it to cover both of her breast while she hugs us both.

She starts whining about meeting someone rude in the hot-spring when she was only trying to greet. I let out a nervous laugh at her complains. I kneel down next to her, gently patting her back comfortingly. I don't know what else I should say other than that.

After a while Kanroji-San calmed down. She walks away to I think where she'd be staying while she's here. I turn to look at Tanjiro as he offers me a hand. I smile at his gesture and place my hand on top of his, allowing him to pull me up to my feet.

"Let's go to that hot spring now, Y/N..." he said, making me smile and nod my head in agreement. I turn my head to look at the sky. The sun is starting to set, which means it's almost night time. By the time the sun is out, Nezuko will be able to get out of her box. I feel so bad for her. I wish there's a way that I can help her conquer the sun, so she'd be free to roam around even in broad daylight.

"Ouch" Tanjiro yelped. I turn my head to look at him to see him holding something. I raise an eyebrow and walk up to him to take a look. It looks like a tooth of a person. I stare at it in confusion, but who'd just throw it like that?

The two of us make our way towards the source of the tooth. I notice a guy is inside the hot spring, his back is facing us. I wonder who he is. I turn to look at Tanjiro to see if he knows the guy. The way his eyes lit up let's me know that he do know the guy. Have they met before?

"Shinazugawa Genya!!" He yelled out, making the guy turn to face us. My eyes widened at what he said. Did he say the guy's name is Shinazugawa? Is he related to Shinazugawa-San? Perhaps... maybe they're brothers.

The boy boy doesn't look too happy with the sight of us. He blushes deep shade of red when he notices me here. I just turn around, realizing he's probably uncomfortable to have a girl around while he's soaking inside the spring. So I just give him some privacy. I hear a splash and turn my head slightly to see Tanjiro is no longer standing next to me, which lets me know that he probably already went inside the hot spring.

I hear water and a figure brushing passed me. I realize it's the boy. I turn around to look at Tanjiro. "He's grumpy... just like Shinazugawa-San. They're definitely brothers" I said. I walk behind a tree and remove my clothes. I wrap a towel around my body and walk towards the spring. I slowly enter the spring. I turn to look at Tanjiro to see him blushing. I just smile and walks up to him, settling myself next to him.

"Are you embarrassed, Tanjiro?" I said. He just turn his head away from me, making me giggle. "Don't be... I'm wearing a towel around me" I said. He slowly turn his head to look at me. He stares at me for a few seconds. He lift his hand, gently cupping the side of my cheek.

"I love you..." he said. I smile softly at what he said. He slowly leans in, placing a soft kiss on my lips. I close my eyes as I kiss him back. I lift my hand, running my hand through his hair.

"I love you too..." I said. He places his forehead against mine and smiles. We decided to sit back to back. I lean my back against his and lean my head back, so I can place my head on his shoulder. He do the same with me. "It's so comforting here..." I said. I hear splashing and turn my head to see Nezuko swimming. I let out a soft giggle as I watch her splashing around. She's just so cute!
