Will's PoV:

"Hey, Nico!" I yell, running towards him and hug him.

He laughs. "Calm down, Will. I'm here."

I study his face. It seems brighter than usual, and I frown. "Did you get a tan?"

Nico suddenly looks uncomfortable. "Um, hey, look, it's the gang!" And he goes to them.

Everyone starts hugging Nico, Jason smirking at me and he says something in Nico's ear, making him blush and he punches Jason in the arm. Piper smiles at him reassuringly, and cast a knowing look at me.

I make my way towards them.

"How've you been?" Frank asks. "You, know, ever since. ." He trails off.

Nico stiffens and looks at all of us, holding his gaze on Hazel.

". . .What? You told- you kno-"

Hazel whispers something in Nico's ear. He relaxes instantly, and looks at Frank.

"Fine. Good."

Frank nods. Jason and Piper look at each other and shrug. I look at Nico questioningly, but he just shakes his head.

"Oh, hey, I was wondering if any of you wanted to go visit my sister with me later?" Jason asks.

"Annabeth and me are going too," Percy adds. "Would be nice to see Thalia, and Grover."

"So, Annabeth, Percy, and me. Pipes, you down?" Jason asks.

Piper grimaces. "Sorry, babe, but my mom wants to take me shopping." She scrunches her nose. "She's always telling me to wear dresses and skirts. Thank you, mom, but I'm comfortable in jeans."

"I second that," Reyna and Annabeth say.

Jason looks at us. "Anyone else?"

"I'm down," I say. "Neeks?" I ask, looking at him.

He seems a little hesitant, but he nods.

"Okay."

Jason claps. "Great!" He looks at Frank, Reyna, Hazel, Leo, and Calypso.

"Sure, I'd like to meet Thalia," Reyna agrees.

"I'd love to-" Leo starts, but Calypso looks at him. Leo looks back, and his eyes widen. "Oh, crap," he mutters. "Sorry, bro, but Calypso and I have a date."

Jason nods understandingly. "Hazel?"

Hazel bites her lip. "Okay."

"I'll go," Frank says quickly, glancing at Hazel.

Nico looks at the two, both of them blushing, and smirks.

"Jason, Percy, Hazel, Nico, Will, Frank, Reyna, and me." Annabeth frowns. "That's eight people. A lot of people for one car."

"Oh, that," Leo says, and grins. "I think I have something that'll help."

"When you said you had something that could help, I didn't actually think you had something to help," Piper mumbles as we all stare in awe at the car Leo is showing us.

Leo is grinning satisfyingly. "Yup. My dad built it himself."

"Dude, this is awesome," Percy comments.

Leo seems happy with this. "Let me give you a tour," he says, and we all follow him to the car.

"See, these are the seats."

Everyone gapes at the scene before them.

"Two. . Six. . Ten. . Twelve!" Annabeth yells.

"Twelve seats?!" Everyone says in unison, minus Leo.

"These are the snacks, in case anyone gets hungry."

There was a mix of candy and fruit. Hershey's Chocolate, Kit Kat, Peeps, Milky Way, Butterfingers, apples, bananas, plums, peaches, nectarines, oranges, etc.

I silently grab two chocolate bars and pass one to Nico. He stifles a laugh.

I see Percy pretend to grab everything. Annabeth rolls her eyes but smiles. Percy smiles, too.

"These are the front seats." He gestures to the driver's seat and passengers seat. "I think we're all set!"

Everyone nods their head in agreement. 

"Oh, yeah, this button activates the wings so you can fly."

Everyone gasps and stares at Leo.

"Kidding!" He shouts. "But it does activate the guns, so be careful," he murmurs.

Leo hands Jason the keys, but looks at him pointedly. "Do not ruin my dad's car."

Jason rolls his eyes. "Seriously? Why would you even-"

"I've seen you drive."

Jason glares at him, but says bye when he leaves with Calypso.

"See you later," Piper says while giving Jason a peck on the lips (making Percy shout "Get a room!"). "Love you, enjoy your time with your sister."

"Love you too, thanks."

We all wave as Piper leaves.

"Alright, let's start this baby up!" Jason yells and rubs his hands together.

Nico and I exchange nervous glances. This is going to be a long ride. . .

I step out of the car as quick as I could. "I actually survived!" I gasp.

Percy, Hazel, Nico, Frank, Reyna, and Annabeth laugh.

Jason rolls his eyes. "My driving isn't tha-"

"Yes it is," we all cut him off.

"Longest ten minutes of my life," Reyna mutters.

I turn to get a good look at the University.

It looks like a regular University, except it's painted. .  Blue?

"Guys, am I seeing things?"

Everyone looks at the University and stares. 

"Who would paint a University blue?" Frank questions. Annabeth and Jason shrug.

"We've gotten used to it," Annabeth says. 

"It's like it was made for me," Percy says as if in a trance.

"Except for him."

We begin walking towards the inside.

"Annabeth and I will go and say hi to Thalia, then we'll go to see Grover," Percy declares.

Jason hums in response.

I look at Nico, studying his face. He seems off today. Very off.

I walk next to Hazel. She seems to know something. She flashes a small smile at me.

"Do you happen to know what's up with Nico?" I ask.

Hazel eyes me wearily.

"Nothing," she says slowly.

"What do you know?"

Hazel bites her lip, and shrugs uncomfortably.

"Hazel. . "

"Here's her room!" Jason says, and he knocks on a door.

A girl with short black her and electric blue eyes opens the door. Her face lights up when she sees Jason and opens her arms for a hug. Jason welcomes her warm embrace and hugs back.

"Oh, I missed you so much," she says, then punches his arm. "Why didn't you come visit me sooner!?" Then she hugs him again.

Jason laughs, rubbing his arm. "Sorry, sis. Missed you too."

She pulls back and sees Annabeth and Percy. She immediately grins, and hugs them.

"Oh, these are our other friends," Percy says. "Frank, Hazel, Nico, Will, and Reyna." He points at all of us when he says our name.

Thalia raises a hand in greeting. "Hi everyone. I'm Thalia."

We all say hi.

"Why don't we go walk around campus? If anyone's hungry, there's a cafeteria," Thalia suggests.

Nico shakes his head, and I follow suit, along with everyone else.

"There were great snacks in Leo's car," Reyna says.

Thalia grins. "Okay then, shall we go?"

No one objects when Thalia says to follow her.

the only times ive heard "I write sins not tragedies" on the radio is at night (idk why :/) but the last two times I've heard it was at one pm and threepm :o
