I sighed as I turned around, looking at the mirror, my hand over my bump.

"You're fine... It's probably nothing serious...." I told myself.

Things have gone well as of lately.

The band had started working on their new album, which they are still thinking up a name for it, but I decided to challenge Nikki for this album.

So far, every Crüe album has at least one song Nikki has written and dedicated to me (Generation Swine practically has 5 songs dedicated to me, including the Rocketship song Nikki wrote for me and Jasper!). So, I challenged him for this next one to not include one

Don't get me wrong, I love every song Nikki has written for me, and will cherish them all for the rest of my natural days. However, I want to see him exapnd his inspiration further, see whatore he can come up with.

He thinks it'll be hard, but I know he can do it.

Our kids have also been doing well.

Jasper and Zander were excited when Ava was born. Jasper has proven to be a little more protective of his baby sister, even helping me feed her and getting her dressed, as well as walking her in her stroller around the garden in our backyard, Jack accompanying them most days.

Not very long after Ava was born, Tommy and Pamela's second son, Dylan, was born. I was appointed as his godmother. He's a sweet, beautiful little boy who looks like Tommy as well, but has a lot of softer features from Pamela.

A year after Ava was born, Nikki and I decided to overcome our fears together and this time plan and try for another child. It wasn't long until I was pregnant again and things look to be going prettywell

Life was great until just recently, however, when Tommy and Pamela hit a seriously rough patch, and that's just putting it lightly.

One thing lead to another, and Tommy was arrested during a serious fight, and is now going to be serving time in jail for a few months, and he and Pamela also had a nasty divorce as well.

I was angry with both of them since they had also gotten the boys involved in their problems, and its lead to a lot of stress and turmoil regarding not only their sons but the band as well.

Considering all the chaos, Brandon and Dylan were staying with me and Nikki until things calm down. Thankfully, Sharise has been helping me with the kids so it hasn't been stressful.

With a tour coming up, however, Mötley Crüe needed a drummer and recruited for the meantime a female drummer, Samantha Maloney.

She'll be with us until Tommy comes back, which might be a month after my baby's born.

On top of all of that, there's also one thing I've noticed throughout my pregnancy so far that's had me worried.

Despite being 4 months pregnant, almost 5,and no red flags so far, my bump is a little  bigger than usual.

On top of that, I feel more exhausted, hungry, and I feel way more movement than I felt with Jasper, Ava, or even Zander, and Zander was restless 24/7.

I don't feel anything wrong, but I want to make sure nothing is wrong with my baby, so I scheduled an early appointment with Dr. Langdon to see what's going on. Yesterday I had gone after work and got some bloodwork done, today we'll find out on the ultrasound if the baby is fine.

Nikki and I were working to prepare ourselves in the case that I end up miscarrying, but I am really hoping it doesn't happen.

Jasper, Zander and Ava may have turned out fine, but I don't want to get my hopes up.

I looked down at my baby bump and ran my hand over it.

"You doing okay in there?" I asked.

I feel the familiar fluttering feeling throughout my stomach and couldn't help but smile.

My thoughts were then pulled away when I heard the bedroom door open.

"Hey, babe. The kids are already downstairs, you ready?" Nikki asked as he walked in.

I took a deep breath and nodded.

"You still feel okay?" he asked.

"Yeah... Just really tired right now," I sighed as I managed to get up on my own. "Let's just get this over with and hope for the best...."

He nodded as he helped me with my jacket and then pulled his shoes on before we headed out.

We sat in the waiting room, Jasper playing with his baby sister as she was in her stroller while Zander watched some movie that was playing in the waiting room TV.

I took a deep breath as I tried to stay calm, when I felt Nikki's hand hold mine.

He gave me an assuring smile, and I couldn't help but smile.

Soon the door open and our name was called.

"Sixx," We were called as we sat in the living room.

I looked nervously at Nikki.

"Its gonna be fine, babe... For all we know its nothing," Nikki told him.

I sighed and nodded as he got up and helped me stand before we made our way inside, Jasper pushing Ava's stroller for us as she cooed and babbled to herself, Zander clutching my other hand as we walked to our designated room.

A nurse did the usual with taking my vitals, and soon left as I sat on the examination bed.

Soon, Dr. Langdon walked in.

"Hello there, Mallory, and Nikki, kids," She greeted. "How are you all?"

"We're okay, I suppose, " I smiled.

"Well, what seems to be going on?" She asked curiously as she lookedbup from my file.

"Well, lately I just feel my usual symptoms a lot more intense co.pared to my other times," I explained. "I'm more tired than usual, I started feeling movement early but now its excessive, I'm more hungry and getting bigger cravings as well, my mood swings are stronger, even...."

"That's true..." Nikki mumbled, I think.

"What was that?" I asked.

"Nothing, nothing," he quickly said, rubbing his neck as Dr. Langdon looked through my file.

"Well... Nothing came up from your blood tests... Yet... Your bump does seem a little bigger than it usually should... Probably weight gain from the pregnancy,  very common, but let's take a look and see, shall we? Better safe than sorry."

I nodded as I laid back, exposing my bump as she prepped the ultrasound machine.

Nikki held my hand in both of his as we watched Dr. Langdon poor the cold gel on my tummy and then got the wand.

I let out a shakey breath as Dr. Langdon slid the transducer across my stomach at the screen.

I gripped Nikki's hand as Jasper and Zander tried to look over at the screen, too.

That's when Dr. Langdon stopped and looked at the screen nore closely, but then her eyes widen.

"Oh.... Wow...." she said.

"What? I-Is everything okay?" Nikki asked, getting nervous.

"Well, let's just say I have an answer for that early, excessive movement and extra weight," she said, turning to us. "You two are having twins."

At that moment I looked at her like she grew a second head, then Nikki and I looked at each other with wide eyes before turn back at her.

"Twins!?" Nikki and I exclaimed in shock.

"Yes, look," she said, showing us the screen and...

"There's Baby A, and there's Baby B," She said.

"O-Oh my god.... W-We're having...." I said in shock as Nikki stood and peered closer.

"Twins...." Nikki finished my sentence, in complete shock.

"What awe twins?" Zander asked, confused.

"Sweetie, it... It means Mommy is having two babies," I explained. "At the same time..."

Zander's and Jasper's jaws immediately  dropped, eyes wide as they looked at each other and then back at us.

"B-But.... How....?" I asked, at a loss for words.

"Its not uncommon for someone to have twins, of course," Dr. Langdon said. "It can mostly be common if one or both parents have a genetic history of twins or even triplets in some cases, but sometimes there can be surprises."

"M-My gosh....." I said, still blown away.

"Holy shit..... Twins.... Hehe, uhhh... Wow, that's... That's great... That's just...." Nikki stammered, now looking a little pale. "Just.... I-Is it.... Is it foggy in here, o-or.... Heh.....?"

Next thing I knew, Nikki's eyes rolled back and he fell to the ground next to Ava's stroller.

"Oh my god, Nikki!!!" I gasped, trying getting up, but Dr. Langdon stopped me.

"Its alright, its alright," she assured. "He'll be okay. This is also a very normal reaction. Happens almost every time. Hehe."

"Mommy, I think Daddy's asweep," Jasper said as Zander poked Nikki's cheek.

Nikki hissed a bit in pain as I pressed the ice pack on his head.

"I'll be damned..." Vince said.

"Nikki, you son of a bitch.... I can't believe your swimmers ended up multipliers, too," Mick scoffedq as he looked at the ultrasound scans, Vince and Heather peering over his shoulder.

"How was I supposed to know?" He groaned, then looked up at me. "Did you know something about this?"

"Well, I've had distant family members who were twins, but I never really thought it would get this far to me either," I said. "At least on my father's side that is. No twins or even triplets as far as I know from my mother's side."

"One thing's for sure, you guys might need a bigger nursery since Ava's still in diapers," Vince said as he took a turn looking at the ultrasounds. "In other words, pretty sure you guys are gonna kill the planet with diapers."

"Vince," Sharise scolded, then looked over at us, Ava in her arms. "Nonetheless, we are happy for you both."

"Agreed, but this means you need to he extremely careful, Mallory," Mick said.

I sighed softly and nodded. "I know.... I've already asked for desk duty at work just to be safe and they already placed me on medical leave from paramedic work."

Mick nodded.

"Well, honey, I'm sure everything will work out just fine," Sharise assured me. "After all, you're at five months already,  and the little ones here seem to be doing just fine."

I nodded. "After this, though, We'll definitely be taking a long needed rest," I scoffed, rubbing my belly.

"Agreed," Nikki groaned, ice still on his head. "You know, we keep saying we'll be careful and then have another little surprise. This one, though... This one takes the whole damn party."

"Hey, I keep telling you that we need more condoms, especially when I'm  ovulating," I scolded. "Just because I take birth control doesn't mean you can trust in that fully. After all, it is only 91% effective."

"Well, why is 9% having its free for all then?" he asked.

"Hence the condom," I scolded.

He just pouted and grumbled to himself as the guys laughed at him.

"If anything, I'm just scared the house will be too small for five kids now...." I said worriedly. "We barely even have 2 years here...."

"Well, I'm sure we can find something, " Nikki said. "Calabasas seemed like a good neighborhood, and plenty of open spaces."

"I guess...." I said, pursing my lips in thought.

Nikki looked over at me before getting up and walking over, hugging me.

"Baby, its gonna be okay," he told me. "You managed 3 kids before, Zander especially, so I have hopes that you can manage this without a problem. "

I looked up and smiled at him, then leaned up and kissed him before hugging him, resting my head on his chest.

I have faith.... No matter what happens, it'll be okay...

《Months later》

*Nikki*

Mal rested in bed, asleep from the medication given after surgery.

I cradled my new daughter in my arms as she slept, our son asleep in a nearby bassinet.

The rest of Mal's pregnancy continued with no problems at all, aside from her just being a little more tired and her cravings being stronger.

She also went into labor normally and slightly pretty quick. Despite being a day late from the due date, delivery thankfully went well, also, with no complications, aside from Mal being really exhausted. She almost passed out, but managed to stay conscious long enough to even hold our son for a while.

She'll thankfully be okay, just needs lots of rest and to regain her energy before she can go back home.

I also saw what she arranged for the doctors on naming our daughter since we were stuck on ideas, and let's just say I am more than grateful for this woman.

There was a soft knock at the door and I look to see it open, Mick and Vince peering in along with Heather and Sharise.

"Hey... How are they?" Mick whispered.

"Everyone is good," I whispered. "Mom's tired as hell, though,  so she'll be out for a good while."

"Figures," Vince smiled. "Cecilia's with the kids, by the way. They're fine and she says Jasper is trying to take charge and make sure Zander and Ava are fed on time."

"A natural born stubborn leader like his old man," Mick smiled, making me laugh as everyone gathered around us.

"Everyone, meet Micah Douglas and Nona Crimson Sixx," I said, presenting the twins to them.

"Nona... Like your grandmother?" Sharise smiled.

"Mal's idea.... I guess since I honored Razzle by naming Jasper, then she thought we could honor my Nona with our second daughter," I explained. "I named Micah, since Mal liked both names when we were waiting for Ava and decided on those if she were a boy, so I decided to go with that for him.

"Awww," Vince smiled as he carrfully cradled Micah.

"You're gonna have a full house for sure," Heather giggled.

"Oh definitely, " I chuckled. "Mal did always wanted a big family, but we are gonna rest a bit before we think on deciding if we want to continue again or not. Its really up to her, but I'm fine with whatever she decides."

She nodded as we all quietly continued to welcome the two new additions of our big family.

A lot of people requested a deleted scene involving Worst Firsts with Nikki and Mallory, and I am currently working on one. It gonna take a lot of planning, thinking up topics and questions for the whole thing, but I will have one up as soon as I am done. 😁👍🏻

Also, I just ordered Nikki's photography journal This is Gonna Hurt and I am LOVING it! Definitely want to focus on photography more again because of him Nikki's practically one of the reasons I ever wanted to take up photography to begin with. 📷🖤
