Epilogue

Oh wow, you've reached the end? That's great. I have heard you like me in this book. I was told that. No, I am not talking about Oak, it's me, your boy Landon.

Oak is the character of my story. I had to write her voice. What better way than writing in the first person, in her own voice?

I am working on the final draft of the screenplay, while Oak is churning more ideas for our next collaboration project. It was already difficult for her to co-write this script from her jail, but now that the jail guards know us and find her charming(like she always is) things have become easier. She'll be left soon after her sentence comes to an end and will be deported to Mexico again. I think she has plans to work from there, but I hope she gets some time to work with me too. Working long-distance is best for me though, given the fact that I can't even write a line in front of her. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed her character as much as I did.

You're a character in my story
