Narrator point of view

Cecil had definitely seen a lot of things and he had definitely experienced a lot of headaches because of those magnificent things however the death of the guardians was its own form of a migraine. He had to keep the death under wraps from everyone excluding a few individuals but as far as everyone else knew the guardians were still alive they were just working on a very important mission , he knew that he had no intention to but he did intend to lie about how the guardians died saying that they were into trap and come up with the lines that they had died the line of duty and that way it would inspire more people to stand up and fight as well as give humanity a somewhat win to him that seems like a good idea underhanded but a good idea

Which for the most part didn't actually come from him it came from the visitor from another universe Izuku a.k.a. Deku which surprised the leader of the earths defences partly because the kid went from complete emotionless to innocence personified it was as if the kid had two personalities, one caring and lovable young man who couldn't hurt a fly the other one and emotionless emo who would most likely do anything to win a fight at least that's what Cecil thought when he first proposed the idea

It had only been a day but the boy was already proving He was valuable not just in strength but in strategy Cecil did actually think of something along those lines beforehand but he realised how difficult it would've been to come up with some sort of disaster that the guardians supposedly died in however the young man, that came from another universe simplified it all would have to do was make the news report on this disaster and then had to have some of his duplicates roughly round 10 pretend to be witnesses claiming seeing the guardians in their last fight without in mind he could also claim the person responsible for the guardians death was either dead hit themselves or captured which could lead to the actual capture of the culprit by throwing him off his game by coming up with an elaborate lie

When asked how he came up with such an ingenious plan izuku explained that the heroes in his world were basically celebrities mixed with police officers/private security and with celebrities came... Scandals and those scandals were pretty bad izuku didn't know the full details of what the scandals are but he knew that the ones that were truly bad for example heroes forcing civilians to commit crime so that they could be captured by threatening them by a secret assassin that the community had could be both as spy and assassin even though the kid didn't agree with the measures that the community was taking to solve his problems, he did admit that they had the benefits in certain issues but he basically begged Cesar not to adopt that policy partially because the level that the superhero community in his world were doing it too was essentially the level of brainwashing and that wasn't even Cecil had to admit lying all the time wasn't the answer to solving the world problems

But with the new planning place sees all generally believe that this lie was for the greater good if people believe that the heroes died heroically it might ease the burden of losing the greatest heroes the world that ever seen left Donald still speaking to recovering from another world to see what else the boy could help them with the list he was getting from Donald at the moment there was a lot that Izuku could do to help an exchange he wanted help getting stronger which Cecil was more than happy to give however there was still one problem

What to do with him... The kid was already proving himself to be a valuable asset but even so Cecil wasn't completely sure that a kid that looked like he was only 16 maybe 17 years old should be used as a weapon to defend the Earth he needed education he needed friends he needed... Home none of which Cecil could provide him and according to Donald from what he described the way izuku was talking the boy needed therapy

Donald and him won't like therapists, but even they could see that the boy was running on fumes both mentally and physically and since it was clear that he wasn't telling them everything, perhaps it would be better if he talked to a licensed professional about that kind of thing. Once again went back to what the kid was actually hiding. Cecil could tell that the kid wasn't bad as a matter of fact he kind of thought that the kid was a nicest and pure  person he had ever met not that that was a big list

The points still stood that the kid was lying or keeping something from them and even Donald could tell by this point that the kid did not have a good poker face every time he talked about awful one the kid looked away slightly like he's trying to hide something, it's clear that he hates the Demon king of his world so Cecil didn't believe that the two of them are working together but there was some other connection other than what the kid was telling them. He just needed to figure out what

But right now he had another headache. He had to see how the only other survivor in the massacre was doing Omni man. Who was still unconscious and recovering and Debbie had not left his side since she got here Mark left to go on patrol and to get his teeth fixed after losing one from izuku powerful kick as a matter of fact, most of the heroes were now in the hospital after going to toe with the hero from another world the majority of their injuries were not so bad however some were worse than others. Samson had three broken ribs and monster girl her skull was fractured in her monster form. The kid really went wild on them

When they came too Cecil explained to them that the kid wasn't a threat and they did agree that the kid was acting delusional and he didn't look so good when they found him so they understood why he was so jumpy. He obviously left out the fact that he was from another world he just said that the kid had been hurt and was suffering from mild delusions because of the drugs that they used to wake him up which they all believed still it was hard to believe that a 17-year-old was able to defeat all of the superheroes in Chicago all by himself even if he was in a few state.

Putting all that aside, Cecil arrived at Nolan's hospital room where Debbie was there reading a book waiting for her husband to wake up She noticed Cecil standing in the doorway she closed the book and walked up to him. Still a little angry but deciding to let it slide: what is it? He's not woken up yet

Cecil: I can see that I wanted to see how you're doing

Debbie: I'm fine... I overheard that you managed to catch the boy that was with the guardians when they were killed as he said anything

Cecil rub the back of his: he has but he said that he arrived after the guardians were murdered and it wasn't his choice to go there he was forced over he was teleported there he's got nothing to do with the guardians we actually think the person that was teleporting him. There was actually having the intent on the guardians and Nolan train him to become stronger. At least that's one of the theories the kids come up with.

Debbie raising an eyebrow she didn't think a simple teenager could kill the guardians or hurt her husband to that extent but still she had seen stranger things: and you think this he's telling the truth

The head of the GPD shrugged: I got no reason not to the kids been cooperative, he told us everything he remembers seeing before he passed out when he arrived in the guardian headquarters and nothing he saying is anything different from our investigation when I'm mostly concerned about is who sent him there

The wife of the strongest man on the planet nodded : what do you think? The person who sent him that was trying to frame him for the guardians murder? but I thought you said this young man's theory was that he sent him there to learn from the guardians

Cecil: it's one of his theories. He has many apparently I'm having Donald run everything down. He comes up with the kid didn't recognise the guy that teleported him there but he did say that he dealt with a lot of criminal organisations that occasionally wore masks so he could've come across him and didn't even know it. But if he's doing this out of revenge, he also healed the kid up before sending him into the guardians murder which doesn't make a lot of sense. The kid was on the verge of exhaustion and passing out apparently before he got teleported so why anyone would heal him only to send him into a murder scene in hopes that he would get killed too... Well ridiculous or is a really stupid plan

Debbie noted she had to admit this whole thing seemed bizarre. Someone just sending someone to the guardians HQ for starters. That headquarters were supposed to be a secret so anyone would know about it is either through Cecil or their own network of spies or they managed to find themselves, which was highly unlikely: so who is this boy? Where did he come from? Is he from the future?

Inside Cecil's mind he debated whether or not to tell Debbie the truth but considering that she already knew a lot about the mysterious visitor he figured it would be better to tell her the truth plus she would know if he was lying: actually it's more complicated than that. The kid is from the future just from the future... From another universe another earth more pacifically

Debbie's eyes widened: are you saying he's from another dimension? The whole theory of the Multiverse that is true?

Cecil nodded: yeah and I'm entitled to believe him as crazy as it sounds and actually makes a lot of sense is biology is different to ours. He doesn't exist in any database and some of the things he was talking about. We've never heard of. Plus he knows medical techniques that even we don't know about but apparently that common practice in his world.

The wife of the alien in the room still couldn't believe it sure she had an alien husband and a half alien son but the idea of the Multiverse being real that was still science-fiction for her: how does he know that he's in another universe? He could just be back in time... As crazy as that sounds

Cecil: we thought so too at the beginning but apparently if the kid really was back 200 years in his world, we be trying to kill him not help him apparently when superpowers first appeared 200 years ago for his people exactly open to the idea of superpowered beings it's not a bloody holy war at least that's what the kids telling us even though it happened 200 years ago for them they still haven't completely recovered. but anyway the kid says that he wants to help out where he can on the condition that we try to get him home as well as try to get them stronger... Apparently his world is in a bit of a shit show right now

Debbie confused; what are you talking about? What's going on in his world?

Cecil explained what the izuku had told him: apparently some evil criminal mastermind called all for one or as he likes to be called the Demon king orchestrated a mass jailbreak of and I'm not joking at least 18 prisons maybe more including his own jailbreak and he did this planning months in advance before he was even captured to make matters worse apparently the kids got this mad man's attention. And he's been coming after him ever since he broke out though not in person he's been hiring a assassins and placed a huge bounty on the kids head apparently this guy got massive connections anyone who can bring him what he wants gets anything they want granted apparently this guy is like the immortal mixed with Nolan strength and every super villain insanity the kids been running ever since the guy got out that's why he was so tired and hungry when we found him poor kid hasn't had a chance to rest

Debbie was shocked. She never heard of such a thing that a criminal would be so intent on hurting a young boy not that much younger than her own son it boiled her with anger that something like this was happening. She couldn't imagine what it was doing to the poor boy mental state no wonder he was in such a delusional state he had to be suspicious of everything if he was being hunted

With all that in mind, Debbie did have one more question: what's gonna happen to him? Cecil... What are you going to do to him?

Cecil shrugged: truthfully Debbie I don't know the kid wants to help in anyway he can and he's proving that he's useful both strength wise and strategy wise but I also don't like the idea of sending a mentally unstable/possibly suicidal kid into dangerous situations... From what Donald told me izuku has no problem putting himself in danger almost to a suicidal point. This kid has no problem putting himself in front of a bar bullets if he was asked he doesn't seem to question the possibility what would happen after that? He just knows that he could save a life and that is good. It's just... It's a bit too much. I don't wanna get this kid killed. Plus, this all for one guy is obsessed with him as Izuku is telling us I have my doubts that he would let another world stop him and if he does come here then... Well without the guardians I... Don't know what to do here what the kids told me this guy is basically untouchable might even be stronger than Nolan but that's just a theory

Debbie looked back at her husband beaten and hurt. She'd never seen him like this before. She also thought about the young man that Cecil was talking about how scared he must be being hunted by someone who could be stronger than her husband as bizarre as that sounded knowing that there were little options and she seriously doubted that Cecil did have the young man's best intentions in mind, made a decision: he can come stay with me and Mark

The Head of the GPD was surprised by the offer : Debbie, are you sure?

Shenodded: look whoever sent him if his theory holds true wanted him to be trained by the guardians and maybe Nolan to get stronger to fates this great evil or whatever having him around the house would help he could learn from Nolan and Nolan could protect him if this "Demon king" comes along

Cecil had to agree with that standpoint Nolan would be the best defence for the kid: I agree with you but still... Nolan is the only survivor of the guardians attack whoever did this try to finish the job and adding this kid into your household will only put another target on your back and from what the kids told us this man isn't want to be fucked with or taken lightly you'll be putting your family in more danger

Debbie understood that but she also didn't like the idea of leaving a young man in the hands of sees or leaving him with a target on his back to face it alone : I know that but still that boy needs a home and he needs some form of stability and honestly, it's Home with the strongest man in the world. I'm not sure there would be anywhere safer.

Cecil wanted to continue arguing the point, but then he got a call from Donald : what is it Donald as izuku try to make a run for it

Donald remain quiet for the beginning of the sentence ... no sir well kind of I received a call with having an attack happening in downtown Chicago

Cecil cursed: dammit now of all times what kind of staffed here! Wait, what do you mean Kind of what did he do?

Donald sounded nervous : well sir... He overheard the report and when I turned around he was gone with his hero suit and if I had to guess he's already on his way to where the attack is taking place
