I know that's not an exact answer, but again this hadn't really crossed my mind until I read the question

okay, so I'm gonna be honest. I'm not entirely sure what this question is asking of me, but I think I get the general gist the viltrumites won't be taking a backseat too much and they're not weaker than izuku at least some of them aren't but in some parts of the story, they will be pushed aside for more dangerous opponents

The answer to the question is... Well it's a bit complicated. The invincible war will happen and I will be introducing deku variance as well the kicker is the invincible war will happen just it won't happen in the way you expect

again I know it's not exact answer, but the invincible war is a major part of my plan and if I tell you too many details it will spoil the whole thing so again, sorry I've given you as many details as I can without giving you major spoilers
