Cecil's point of view
Clean up still underway even after two weeks we still haven't cleaned up all the debris fucking Christ should've believed the kid when he said this guy was fucking evil. I just thought he was being dramatic but he wasn't doing injustice. He completely took us by surprise he played all of us. The good news is he's dead. The bad news is his accomplishes are still out there. This was not a win as a matter of fact it was probably a darkest moment and that's not including the fact that Omni man betrayed us.

Donald reconstruction is already begun thank God a little piece of him remained. I don't know how I deal with all this without him. He should be back up and running in the next few days. It could be sooner but most of my people are helping out with the relief efforts. I've seen some fucked up shit in my time but this is unbelievable. Chicago was completely wiped off the map. All that's left is debris

Countless heroes are either injured or dead top it all off the guardians of the globe but pretty much useless and we had to put our hopes into form of villains who turned out to be good people just like the kid said glad I trusted him on that if it wasn't for those guys, we would've been dead for sure

All we know is that they will eventually but it could be today or even tomorrow they're just biting their time waiting for something... The question is what?

There's only one person who could've said all this up all for one I'm guessing this is some sort of last gift... But that would mean he knew he was going to die no the kids said this guy comes up with multiple plans. Maybe this is just one that he put into place just in case he lost Smart bastard even in death, he's irritating equestrian remains though what the fuck does he want me to do with this stuff?

Narrators point of view

The hero that save the world from a world ending threat twice in one day was now awake to which even immediately hugged him and started kissing him rapidly so much so that it made Mark and Rudy feel slightly uncomfortable and given the circumstances Rudy decided to leave the room as he wasn't ready for his friend to see his new body, especially after having heart surgery

After everything calmed down izuku was sitting up in his bed looking at the arc reactor in his chest: so you guys and robot... I mean Rudy built this and Rudy now has a new body that's a clone of me when I was five?

Eve rubbing the back of her head: yeah... You seem to be taking that remarkably well don't you feel like he violated your trust by stealing your DNA?

Izuku shrugged: I am angry but right now I'm just happy to be alive. I'll talk to him about this later... The more important thing is... What's the death count?

Mark and Eve looked at each other they didn't want to tell their friend, but they felt like they had no choice: it's in the thousands... And it's still rising. Chicago was completely wiped off the map there were still some areas that remained unaffected by the damage, but still we never seen anything like that before

The young hero looked down slightly saddened by the realisation he killed a man sure it wasn't on purpose and if anyone in the world deserved it was the Demon Lord, but still it weighed a heavy burden on the young man's new heart not to mention the guilt he was feeling from all the people that died because of the battle between the two of them. Furthermore he felt even more guilty about keeping such a big secret about Mark's father from Mark himself.

Izuku: mark before this goes any further? I just wanna tell you I'm sorry... I should've told you about your dad. I just I didn't wanna accuse him without any proof but you have to know I tried looking from every angle. I tried to see if there was any chance that he didn't do it or he was forced to or brainwashed or something I'm most certainly didn't think that you were-

Mark interrupted him: no man it's fine... Well it's not fine but I know why you kept it a secret honestly if you would've told me I would've just gone straight to my dad and told him everything and God knows how that would've turned out maybe even worse than what's happened in the past two weeks I know for a fact that you trusted me but it was probably a good thing you didn't tell me but I do wanna know how did you know my dad was... Izuku let's out of sigh: truthfully it was a bit easier than you think what first tipped me off is when my danger sense went off every time I was near him especially when he got mildly annoyed. The whole idea that there's a perfect utopia out there with people with that kind of power and not one of them is using it for evil as good as that sounds it's just not realistic no matter where you go in every society there's going to be a someone that doesn't quite fit in or believe what society tells them so it was just unlikely that all of your father's people are a bunch of peace loving helpers throughout the galaxy it just made more sense for them to be... Mark agreed: yeah you're right honestly thinking about this now the whole story he told me was a bunch of bullshit and it doesn't make any sense. It's just... Was everything a lie? Do you think my dad ever loved me or my mom?

Izuku thinking about it for a moment: it's possible that when over one took his abilities reality started catch up with him I believe I remember something at the beginning of the fight when I rescued you from your father Mark he said something along the lines of what would you have after 500 years? I'm assuming that means that your people live for a very long time?

Invincible nodded: yeah he said that the older we get the slower we age apparently the world could end before I even look 30... Which is not something I like thinking about but what does it have to do with anything?

Izuku explain explained: well this is just a theory but I think what happened to your dad was when his powers were being taken. Reality was catching up to him like the real laws of physics if he was older than he said maybe a couple thousand years old and his powers were being taken. It's possible that the aging process was a cause of him losing his abilities. A similar thing happened when my homeroom teacher eraser head used his ability to temporarily erase quirks on the mad scientist responsible for creating the nomu abominations the guy was apparently 120 years old and when eraser was used directly on him he aged instantly I think a similar effect happened to your father

Eve raised up a point: OK that explains that but Omni man didn't lose his powers at least not all of them. He was able to escape into the upper atmosphere. He flew up slower than usual but still he was able to fly. I thought that the Demon Lord steals all of your abilities not just takes a chunk of it

Izuku: well when you put it like that, I think it was more like a sponge or the one with squeezing the energy right out of Omni man he probably wasn't able to get all of it because it's not an official quirk but because of his upgrade he was able to take a astronomical amount of it meaning that it's possible that Omni man could come back at full strength... But I don't think he will

Mark raised an eyebrow: wait why?

Izuku: well think about this from his perspective not only did he lose he lost to a 17-year-old teenager plus he lost some of his abilities to a man just appeared out of nowhere. He knows that he couldn't beat me when he was at his full strength and now with his power is limited he knows he wouldn't stand a chance against me, but also he's not sure whether I won or all for one our battle right now he's probably under the impression that one of us won but he's not sure which but either way he knows he doesn't stand a chance against either of us so that leaves us with two options one he's going back to his home planet to get reinforcements or number two, which is the more likely option he's running as far away from the empire as he possibly can

Eve: but why would he do that? Why not? Just go back to the empire and get reinforcements?

Izuku: from the interactions that we had I'm fairly certain that Nolan's people the empire they don't take well to failure so how do you think they're going to react when finding out that one of their soldiers not only failed to take over earth but also lost to a 17-year-old human a species of which they look down upon as being weak they wouldn't accept that and for punishment they would likely kill Nolan so his only choice is to run but to where I don't know and as for what he will be doing as he's running, I don't know either what I do know is that we won't have to worry about Omni man coming back at least not anytime soon

The son of Omni man nodded: well that's good to know. I don't think my mom could take much more... But what about the empire? Don't you think they're going to try and attack us?

Izuku thought about it for a moment and if his theories hold true there wasn't much the empire could do: well assuming that they don't already know I don't think there's much they can do... Because either they're not going to believe that one of the soldiers lost to a 17-year-old or they're going to think that if one of their soldiers lost to a 17-year-old that must mean humans are a lot stronger than they thought plus if my theory holds true they're most likely isn't enough forces for them to send a counter attack They probably wouldn't want to risk the troops

Eve gasped as she nodded: that's right you suggested to see that the Empire's population is dwindling that's why only men tried to take over earth because they want to use us as some sort of breeding farm but even if that is the case that just means that we're a bigger target for them if they want to continue their species won't they at least try to take the risk?

Izuku: if they do then they're probably not going to do it right away if their numbers are as small as I think they are they're probably stretched thin very thin and since dead humans probably wouldn't interest them or be of any benefit. It's most likely that they don't wanna kill us all however I do have a sneaking suspicion at the next soldier from the Empire won't be interested in fighting they'll be more interested in offering us... What they will recall a piece agreement which will basically be our unconditional surrender. they need us and they know it but they don't know that we know that their numbers are so thin which means that even if we do agree to this unconditional surrender we can probably get our own demands in as well.

Mark confused: wait hold on are you actually suggesting that we should surrender to the empire?

He shakes his head: no of course not... But hear me out they need us to reproduce and give them a full army once again so what do you if one of them comes along with this piece agreement to mark and then he says... Very well I will take over earth but I asked that you give me at least 100 years to do so to them 100 years is practically nothing but to us it means everything

Eve gasped as she nodded as she snapped her fingers: oh my God, that's brilliant! so we pretend to be loyal little puppies for the Empire while secretly building up and coming up with ways to defeat them we know that their numbers are small so if we can just cause a big enough blow to their forces, they'll have no choice but to leave us alone

Izuku: and if Mark can gain the trust of the Empire will have an in the side man of course that all depends on if you're okay with it, Mark

Invincible thought about it for a moment he had had a rough couple of weeks and after everything the last thing he wanted was to pretend or even be a part of this empire, but he trusted izuku judgement and even he couldn't lie it sounded like a good plan and if they played their cards right they could score an absolute victory against the empire

So with that in mind, Mark nodded: alright let's go with your plan but here's the thing won't they know about you? You're the one who defeated my dad.

Izuku smiled: oh really? Well... They don't know that and what would be more appealing to them is if a young member of their empire was able to take down his father at such a young age that would be so appealing to them wouldn't it so much so that they wouldn't think twice about some human with green hair? I know if I was in that position, I wouldn't take much notice of that would you?

For a moment Mark looked at his friend confused it took him a while for the gears in his mind to keep turning as he realised what his friend was implying: oh my God, you genius! So they think I'm the threat meanwhile you stay hidden and if any of the empire does cause a trouble, they won't be expecting you to be so strong it'll catch them completely off guard

Izuku nodded: yep, and there's even more we can do if we spread the word to the universe that Invincibles the one who defeated Omni man if there are any other members of the empire or their children that don't approve what the empire is doing or just don't wanna be soldiers they'll come to join us from what I understand this empire solely relies on the stick to get what they want so if we show kindness it will undermine their power and authority... But that is less likely but it's worth a shot. The real question is how do we get it out to the universe that invincible is the one who defeated Omni man but will have plenty of time to think about that. What happened with the rest of the league

Eve: they got away they just disappeared into the shadows to make matters even worse though they know me and Mark's true identities

They know everything about us where we live who our families are who are friends are everything Cecil's got agents outside both mine and Mark's house but still this is a major blow

Izuku: dammit the good news is the league haven't gone after family members of heroes before they know that that's a dangerous road to go down but when push comes to shove they may try the nuclear option. The two of you should be on guard especially when you're out in public and you should tell your friends and family to be careful

Both Mark and Eve nodded, but Mark had another question he had: there's just one thing that doesn't make any sense to me about all this the league was kicking our ass. Let's be honest we were barely holding on if it wasn't for twice we would've been overpowered and we've lost some of the guardians of the globe yet when things seem like they were going their way when all for one started using rewind, they retreated why would they do that? It seemed like the big bad boss had gotten his second wind at the very least why didn't they go help him?

The green haired hero thought about it for a moment Mark had a point it definitely didn't seem like they were thinking strategically if they had all shown up in the battle between the Demon Lord and the hero izuku knew he would definitely have lost and yet they didn't as a matter of fact they were treated back into the shadows just when it seemed like everything was going their way that was definitely not like them

Izuku: it's hard to say what they were thinking what I do know is that the villains aren't going to be making any moves anytime soon they're treated to the shadows. They'll stay quiet for a while but eventually they'll come back. The good news is they've lost all for one which means they won't be able to create so many nomu abominations anymore at least that's what I hope

Eve: are you sure you're gonna be? OK... I mean you've got something actually keeping your heart beating?

Izuku looked at the object: it's not great, but it's better than being dead and I think with just a few modifications I could really use this to-

Cecil: well that's the thing I'm pissed off about dark blood found it in the coffin of war woman... Only thing is it was the only thing in the war woman's body has been stolen

The teenagers expressions read it as surprised and somewhat discussed. Mark and Eve had no idea why anyone would try to steal poor woman's body but izuku he had a dark feeling

Cecil: and it's not just her with all the guardians bodies are gone... We know that the immortal came back but as for the others their bodies are still MIA all we found was that device a note addressed to you and... I'm not even sure how to put this... we found these in the other coffins of the guardians

There was a flash of light and the teleporting sound and suddenly in front of the three teenagers there were five hands

Eve looking at them confused: what the hell?

Mark it was just as confused as her: are those models of hands?

he went to pick one up, but his hand was immediately slapped away by izuku who looked at them with discussed: don't touch them... They're not models their actual hands

Mark's eyes wide didn't as he moved his hand quickly away: what the fuck are those...? Are those the guardians hands?

Cecil shook his head: now we have no idea who they are why anyone left them in the coffin but we have a pretty good idea who the letter was addressed directly to you. I'm guessing you know what this device is.

Izuku nodded: it's a holographic messaging device. People use it to take videos and send them to friends sort of like letters only there are very special occasions they're also used similar to DVDs... If that's here then the only person who could've brought it here is a Demon Lord himself

Eve: okay we should get rid of that then... For all we know it could explode when we click play

Cecil: we checked it top to bottom there's no explosion device at least not one we can detect but say the word Kayden I'll have the boys throw this in the trash. You don't owe this guy anything.

The green haired hero thought about it for a moment he was true. He didn't owe the Demon Lord anything but he wanted answers answers that could be in the video and he knew that he was falling straight into the Demon Lord trap by playing this video but still he wanted answers.
