Rex being his usual self: the guy was a dick

I roll my eyes at his comment. How can he say something like that when the guardians were just announced dead and he's complaining about our new potential teammate

Rex: oh don't deny it. It's true the way he was walking around like he owns the place and how desperate he was for attention by just standing on a building waiting for the invaders to come back he's such a dick.

Kate actually agreed with him: yeah I mean who does he think he is? If he's supposed to be our new teammate? Why is he? What is he too good for us now?

The two of them had been complaining about Deku ever since he beat them up by mistake and the two of them were not on board with him possibly joining our team but I think they're letting their personal feelings get in the way

I shrug: he might still be at the hospital because you know he's been impaled with ice... also don't you guys think you're taking this a bit too far? I mean yeah he beat you up only because he was hallucinating and he thought you two were villains and bonus point he's apologised like six times already.

Rex: well that's easy for you to say you weren't on the receiving end of those punches. God my rib still feel like they're broken! actually, yeah while we're on that subject, why didn't you or robot get beaten up like us?!

I remember izuku telling me about the villains that he hallucinated my friends being and judging from his description, I would say out of the three of them Kate and Rex as the bigger threat since he was hallucinating as someone named Dabi and the other twice and the little details he told me about the two of them they are incredibly dangerous by themselves. I can't imagine what it would be like if the two of them were actually working together.

I should probably tell them that: look at the villains he thought you guys were at war a big threaten the villain he thought robot was he saw you two as the big threat and decided to take you out first it's part of his training take out the bigger threat the person that he thought robot was was basically just a guy with a sword... While he saw Rex as a pyromaniac on a suicide mission to kill as many people as he could and Kate he saw you as a guy who could duplicate himself into an entire army in seconds so can't you just cut a little bit of slack?

Rex sarcastically: oh yeah sure I can totally forgive someone for like breaking my back! hell no, I'm not cutting him any slack he should've not taken any drugs

Once again we are back to this, but it's whatever at this point. I've tried to convince the two of them but maybe when izuku actually join the team, two of them will warm up to him, hopefully

Izuku did call me he sounded nervous but I think it's just because he was still cold from the ice. He said he was coming over to talk about the team and possibly joining it. He should be here any minute.

He probably got caught up in some stuff I mean it's possible that he just went over to see genten in prison, maybe to interrogate him on where the hell he even came from I mean seriously who was that guy izuku's told me that he was part of some sort of militia group that believe that superpowers should be free to use for everyone that we should be allowed to do whatever we want with them and that doesn't sound necessarily bad but why would you have to create an army just to prove a point plus it didn't seem like this user in the nearby vicinity which is lucky they were civilians otherwise the casualties would've been monumental

I still shiver thinking about it. It was so cold I thought as if I was going to get frostbite right then and there is one of the villains that izuku has to face I can see why he thought of desperately when he was hallucinating every single one of them are on that level or greater or a smidge lower they are truly dangerous

The door to our headquarters open and floating downwards it's Deku still wearing his scruffy and almost destroyed superhero suit I don't know why he doesn't just get it replaced or fixed. It looks like a Demon bunny.

Rex: well look who finally decided to show up

I punch Rex in the side to get him to behave: sorry about him how are you?

Izuku: stretches his arms a bit as he lands on the ground: i'm okay still sore in some places but I should be fine in a couple of days

Robot: it is a pleasure to finally meet you under the right circumstances. As you already are aware, I am robot I am pleased to welcome you into the teen team

Izuku hesitated for a moment which confused me was he not gonna join us: yeah about that... No offence but I'm not joining your team

What but I thought he was what is going on Rex being himself once again: want You too good for us now?

Izuku shakes his head and waves his hands in a defensive manner: no it's nothing like that. I promise it's just well with the guardians dead seal is already asking people to try out the new guardians of the globe and I thought I would try out also Cecil pacifically asked me to so....

Oh, I mean, I guess that makes sense and different being honest you'd be a fool not to take up on that opportunity and if Cecil asked him to do it, there's probably no getting out of it even if he wanted to

Rex: wait they're already having tryouts for the new guardians of the globe. Why did no one tell me?...I mean... Us?

Robot: I was told about it in fact Cecil wishes for me to become the new leader of the guardians of the Globe. That's kind of why I was hoping that Deku he would be able to take my place when I leave the team. It seems that that is not happening... Disappointing but I look forward to seeing you at the tryouts Deku

He nodded: yeah I'll see you there... Again? I am very sorry about how I acted when we first met really am and thank you for helping me with geten I may not of been able to survive without you guys so thank you

Rex: you dumb right? You wouldn't know don't let the door hit you on the way out Rookie.

Izuku just started floating upwards and that black energy that shoots out of hands came out and he used it to catapult himself out of the base

Rex: good riddance... show off!

Once again, I punch my boyfriend in the side to get him to stop : guys come on can you give the guy a little bit of sympathy and can't tell that he's going through a lot

Rex snickers: oh really? He seems fine to me.

Seriously, can no one else see that: he's not fine or did you not realise if I did his hero costume is torn to shreds and when we first met him he looked distraught. He look like he hadn't eaten or drunk in days he was hysterical. what's up? Does anyone else wanna point out the fact that he stayed on a rooftop for days on end waiting for something that may not happen what does that tell you?

Rex: that he doesn't have a life

I let out a sigh. There's no point in trying to explain to him at least not now: you know what it doesn't matter... I'm gonna go talk to him try to apologise for your behaviour

Kate: what? Why he's the one who said he wasn't joining our team?

Yeah, but he did something he didn't have to do: yeah but instead of calling or just passing on a message he came here to tell us in person and he apologised and thanked us, at the very least he deserved a little of a graduations possibly becoming one of the new guardians of the globe instead of insults

I fly out of the base and chase after my green haired friend. He did deserve a bit more celebration on him becoming a possible new member of the guardians of the globe. I mean that's a big achievement, especially for a rookie

Narrator point of view

Izuku loved the fact that he could fly when he first found out about the power he was ecstatic mostly it was because it was the power of his predecessors mentors power Nana Shimura so he was a bit starstruck by that fact alone

But when he truly started flying, it felt so freeing like there were no longer any limits how far he could go enjoy just going through the sky with the wind in his hair looking down on the Earth and watching peoples lives go by sure this was back when before all hell didn't break loose back in his world but he even when he was doing his vigilante work he still felt overjoyed when flying because no matter how bad things got no matter where he was the one thing that would never change is the sky

The sky was always the one thing that never changed even when he found himself in another dimension. The sky was roughly the same. He didn't know why but that gave him some level of peace.

Nana appeared beside him in her ghostly form: is beautiful, isn't it?

The hero in training nodded at one of his ghost predecessors: yeah it sure is... Still amazing to think that we're in another world I mean it sounds like something straight out an anime but it's what happened. It's true right now this world needs our help because it's lost its greatest protectors.

The second and third user appeared beside Nana: yeah about that... Don't you think it's a little suspicious?

Izuku: what do you mean?

Bruce the third user: we're just saying it's a bit weird that the strongest man alive is the only one that's survived the guardians massacre as well as... The fact that he wasn't supposed to be there in the first place is a little strange

The hero training did have to admit it was strange on a number of levels for starters if he was the one who attacked the guardians his first thought would be to attack them while they all arrived separately. That way you wouldn't have to fight them all at once and he would get this surprised on each of them. It would've been better to fight them all while they were alone, not together, especially with Omni man.

And then brought up the question Omni man was supposed to be the strongest man on the planet and yet he was badly injured and was helpless to stop the brutal murder of his comrades that didn't seem right if they truly was a villain that could hurt on that extent surely that villain would be at the top of the suspects, but Cesar said he was clueless and why the hero in training didn't completely believe him. He did believe that he was telling him that they had no suspects.

The second user: this might just be my paranoia talking but I don't trust this Omni man are we sure it's okay for us to be living with him?

Nana: his wife is the one that extended the invitation and besides we don't have anywhere else to go also if you're right about your suspicions of Omni man whatever they are wouldn't be a good thing to actually you don't get to talk to the person first before we make assumptions

Bruce nodded: I guess you're right but still this reminds me too much about how our fight with awful one went on the last day of the resistance

Izuku almost stopped in shock the past uses especially the second and third user had never explained their past user how they fought against all all he knew was that they fought against him and died

Izuku trying to pay it cool and polite: what exactly did happen if you don't mind me asking?

The second user hesitated, but began the story:... we had been fighting against the Demon king for I would say 3-4 years maybe we were one of the last fractions in Japan we heard about all one starting to reach out to other organisations around around the world and we knew we needed to stop it

Bruce continued: this was about a year after the death of the first user and one for all was passed on to the second it's there when we first realised that his quirk got passed on to another and he passed it on to me a few months before a back up plan just in case our resistance failed

The second user went back to explaining the story: we gathered up everyone we possibly could pull an assault on the Demon king...little did we know that was all part of his trap one of our own betrayed us sold us out to the Demon king from power and wealth in his empire they got the drop on us. We didn't stand a chance he butchered all of us. Bruce was the only one that was able to escape one of our comrades ability.

Izuku: so you think Omni man betrayed the guardians why he's been that comrade for 20 years why betray them now?

Bruce: who knows we might just be paranoid, but I can't shake the feeling of déjà vu all we saying is when you're around him keep your guard up

The green headed teenager nodded. He knew that he could trust the past users and if there was something with treachery and deceit, they were experts in uncovering it after all they went to to discover the truth of the Demon king the very Lord of deception and lies

Izuku continued flying as the past users disappeared and eve suddenly appeared beside him: hey izuku I'm sorry were you talking to someone?

The hero from another world tried to play it cool: no... Well I was talking to myself it helps when I'm flying by myself keeps me concentrated

Eve could immediately tell that was a lie but decided not to press about it: OK cool... Listen I'm sorry about how those guys were. It's just with the guardians now dead and the whole world's gone nuts

Izuku thought: yeah my world can relate to that

Eve: but you should be proud you got recommend to join the guardians of the globe that's like the biggest achievement any superhero can have and yourrookie that's like massive.

Izuku: thanks I really appreciate it... And again I'm sorry that I didn't join your team and it wasn't just because I got accepted into the guardians there was another reason I don't think it's a good idea to work with people that you accidentally beat up. Believe me. I've been on the receiving end of that and it was difficult for me to work with... Him too

Eve raised an eyebrow: you worked with someone who beat you up?

Izuku: well if I'm being honest it started out as play fighting but as we got older it got more... Severe rather not talk about it but moral of the story is he's better now... Even though he doesn't act like it sometimes but he's definitely better than he was a year ago I just didn't wanna have to go through that again with Rex I don't me wrong he seems like a... Colourful individual but-

Eve: you don't wanna have to deal with something like that again? I get it. I get it sometimes Rex gets on my nerves even though he's my boyfriend... So this guy that was giving trouble for you and your group is really different now.

Izuku: yeah I mean most of the time... I mean yeah like I said he's definitely better than he was a year ago because he finally stopped calling people extras as well as stopped thinking that he was the main character in some sort of anime which I I would agree with if he wasn't so much of a... The point I'm making is he's changed a lot and for the better I mean it took a lot to get through his thick skull but he admits when he's wrong and he tries to make the effort and that's all I can ask for

Eve: I wish Rex would try putting in the effort sometimes I mean don't get me wrong he wasn't always... Well an ass but lately he's been more I don't know what's going into him

Izuku could roughly understand that despite everything that King explosion murder God did to him in when they were younger, he still cared for him as a friend would it must've been extra hard to be in love with someone like that: well if it's any constellation compared to what my friend used to be like Rex is... Actually a lot better if you saw how he was when we were kids you'd understand why he got the nickname he got the nickname hero delinquent

She laughed at the nickname: oh my God for real... Wow to be called heroic and also a delinquent it sounds like a personality shift ever heard one

Izuku: I know right? I mean sure you could be a massive pain, but we've known each other since we were kids. I would never turn my back on him even if sometimes he would turn his back on me. I'd always be there backing him up no matter what even if he didn't want me to.

Eve: you know you are really nice almost too nice, but that's not a bad thing. Listen what I really wanted to say was congratulations I hope you do well with the guardians of the globe.

Izuku smiled: thanks, but with robot leaving the teen team?

Eve shrugged: I don't know. Maybe we'll find a new member to replace him or maybe it's time for the teen team to break up I really hope it isn't but you never know with this kind of thing

Izuku: I hope so too. I mean you guys seem to work really well together would be a wasteof throw all that teamwork away.

Eve: yeah, you're right we'll figure something out. We always try to at the very least. Anyway, it was nice talking to you. We should do this again sometime see ya.

She then flew away back to the base of her team izuku was once again alone flying through the sky or at least it appeared to be until the ghost of Nana appeared beside him with a devilish smirk

The past user smirk as she looked at the vessel of awful one and then the girl that was flying away: she's pretty and nice I like her. I think the two of you would be a cute couple.

Izuku immediately stopped flying because the shock of what she just said caused him to lose his concentration and was now falling a few feet before he got his concentration back and started flying again

The training turned to his past mentor: no we wouldn't... I mean I admit she's nice and pretty but she's got a boyfriend

Nana: not for long if he keeps up with that attitude she's good for him

Izuku thought about it for a moment he didn't admit that he found Eve attractive but he couldn't afford any distractions: look we got sent to this universe to train and be ready for when we face the Demon king not for me to work on my dating life

Nana shrugged: why can't it be both?

Izuku blushed as his words stumbled out of his mouth sh...shut up!

He then sped up the speed that he was flying at trying to get away from his embarrassment, but of course he couldn't because the person that was embarrassing him was quite literally living in his head constantly teasing him about how he and Eve would work as a couple

Little did any of them know that the man responsible for sending izuku into this new world was watching him from a nearby rooftop is facial expression red as neutral but secretly he was rather annoyed, not at his chosen hero, but at the person he was going up against

The monitor monologue to himself: with the guardians of the globe dead, my champion will have no one to help guide him into the man he needs to be for what is coming... And with the other getting involved now it's only a matter of time I need to take mattress intomy hands. My champion will need someone to help train him as well as protect him and they need to hate the Demon king. Luckily there is someone who fits all of those needs and since my other is bringing people from his dimension over to this one, I see no reason why I cannot

The monitor opened a portal beside him and stepped through it when he came through the other side. He was back in my hero universe in a warehouse which was being used as a makeshift prison for a giant.
