Hey everyone, before this chapter starts I just wanna let you know that I am getting back to writing so this might not be up to my usual level. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things after a very busy month. So I'm sorry if this is not up to my usual level again, I haven't been writing that much for the past month

Rex's point of view

I can't fucking believe this not only did Cecil give izuku teen team's former base He also gave it an upgrade free of charge. it's so fucking unfair how many times did teen team save people and we didn't get anything in return but this kid comes along and suddenly he gets his own personal hideout free of charge. It took three fucking months to build that place.

I don't even know what half the shit does in this room He's got robot hands fricking generator and computer the size of a fucking TV not to mention his own personal AI but that is great. Great whatever grandfather created for him. Jesus Christ how much of a golden spoon was put in his mouth?

But do you wanna know the worst thing? The worst thing is he turned my room into a storage area I still had shit in there. This is a fucking nightmare and I bet he and Eve are fucking all over this place so unfair.

Shrink: this is your guys base sorry your former base why the hell would you wanna leave this? It's nothing short of a hotel.

Kate looking around the place just as God smacked as I was: it wasn't like this

Robot: it appears that izuku has given it to some upgrades. This is actually the first time I've been here in person and it is nothing like I remember.

Monster girl: yeah no shit he's given an upgrade. I don't even know what half this stuff does.

Immortal: we need to stay on task where is he?

Oh yeah that's right. Cecil called us and told us to cut our training session with Miss sniper arm short and come meet us at our former base before greenie took it over and turned it into his own personal playground. still don't understand why we have to listen to him yeah so what he defeated the big bad guy he's still a rookie right

Cecil teleports teleported in: OK kid we're here. Where are you?

Izuku voice came from above: we're up here
He was up on the second floor those of us who could fly went up to join him by that means those of us who had to take a lift like us me immortals took it once we got there I saw that greenie wasn't alone. Eve was there obviously and so was invincible But something was different. Mark had his mask off and he was focusing exclusively on a small tablet. he wouldn't take his eyes off it and he was holding it as if his life depended on it.

Eve on the other hand was looking at a map of Chicago I think... But I can't say for sure as for greeny he was visibly shaken and he was out of breath

Izuku: thanks for coming... I know I didn't exactly explain things with the message

Cecil: it's alright, kid sorry I wasn't able to respond sooner

Immortal: can you explain why you had us all brought here?

Yeah, why the hell did we have to come here so we can rub it in our face? Is that he's got a better base than us?

Izuku: tomura shigaraki the environment of destruction and... My cousin he's apparently on his way here

Everyone went silent for a moment and for some reason except for the immortal they were scared so what he's gonna have a family reunion not a big deal why is everyone acting like this? It's just one guy.

narrators point of view

The hero from the other world began to explain everything about the monitor how we gave him and Mark a half warning claiming that the embodiment of destruction was on its way here and how they were currently looking for where this so-called arrival would take place the guardians the ones who read izuku notebooks were obviously nervous according to what he wrote tomura shigaraki was an extremely dangerous individual possibly even more so than all for one

Rex, of course who did not read the book was not convinced: okay so what? It's the big bad guys prodigy or student or fucking intern what is it gonna be pissed because his boss is dead I don't really see the big issue

Eve placed her hand on her face, shaking her head slowly losing any faith she had left of Rex's intelligence: did you seriously not read any of the information izuku gave you

Rex shrugged: well I was gonna... Then the paranormal whatever is attacked and that kind of so all of them so I just thought what would be the point...

bulletproof: yeah I kind of saw how much we would have to read for this and it was a no for me. I mean don't get me wrong. I get it. These guys are dangerous but seriously how dangerous could this one guy be?

Izuku gave a serious expression: more dangerous than you can possibly imagine

Everyone, even Rex go for those who actually read the information they knew what the apprentice of all for one was capable of of course a part of them didn't want to believe what they read partly because it sounded impossible

Izuku: Rex, you don't understand tomura shigaraki isn't like all for one if anything he's more dangerous he's... Unstable, he's impulsive angry with the world and it only feeds his power not to mention he has the same power as all for one... And also a self regeneration quirk radio wave quirk and a couple of other quirks as well as probably some I don't even know this is ... But the worst one is his decay power not someone you wanna mess around with Jarvis do you have video footage of the daycare city incident

A computer AI voice: certainly say although I regret to inform you that there is not that much the footage that I was able to recover it was heavily encrypted

Izuku: show it to them anyway... But I warn you guys what you're about to see is not something that could be unseen

Everyone's attention turned to the screen even Mark looked away from the tablet as a video was displayed a video of what look like to be a normal town there was only one difference. There wasn't anyone around on any of the security cameras and then there was a picture of someone standing up against a mountain of a man re-Detro in his suit of armour standing in front of him was a man with shattered and ripped clothes with silver hair flowing in the wind as blood dripped down his face

Cecil put the pieces together: I take it that's him... The apprentice of the devil himself

Rex still not impressed as he started laughing, pointing at the screen: this is the guy you're afraid of look at him. He's so skinny he looks like the big guy is gonna snap him. Him too. You were afraid of this guy seriously so... I've seen street thugs that look scarier

Mark: Rex, shut up just watch

He greeted his teeth annoyed that he was being told what to do and turned his attention back to the screen. There was no sound. There was just the video footage and it wasn't that clear either. He kept glitching out and when it did, it seemed like the image had moved to another point in time.

The embodiment of destruction had touched the ground with one hand and the heroes quickly found out how he got the name the embodiment of destruction and how he lived up to it

Some of the guardians looked away horrified and for the first time in ages, had nothing to say as he looked at the carnage the immortal the man who had seen history play out right in front of him the man who came back from the dead after six months looked at the video and if you looked close enough you could've seen he was trembling. He had never seen such devastation before.

And it wasn't over there was a small flash of a scene tomura shigaraki there was still no sound but it was clear what he was doing... He was laughing

The world was falling apart around him and his body looked like it was falling apart itself while he just laughed away, not showing any sign of remorse or pain he just kept laughing as he let the world fall to dust

The camera feed finally turned itself off, presumably because all the cameras were destroyed in that area the room was silent. The guardians were visibly shaken. Cecil trying to look strong but even here to admit this apprentice was... Concerning. Mark and Eve were less afraid out of everyone partly because they already knew what their enemy was capable of but even so seeing it firsthand... That was something else entirely

Izuku looked away from the screen: you see that's how powerful he is... And that was before he received an upgrade

Robot: I understand that he is dangerous now, but how are you so certain that he's not already here?

Izuku: there are a couple of reasons why one is that if he was we'd all be dead... Like I said he's unstable and impulsive plus right now he's kind of having a inner fight with himself. It's a bit too complicated to explain but let's just say he's having a bit of conflict in his goals not gonna stop him from killing us though because regardless of which when he chooses it will probably involve all of us dying either way

Shrink almost too afraid to ask: and the other reasons?

Izuku: because if I think I was in that much danger I'm pretty sure the monitor would come and rescue me at the last second... I don't exactly know what his plans are but apparently I'm a key figuring it if worse comes to worst it wouldn't surprise me if the monitor gram to me and sent me to another dimension for me to start all over again not that I plan on running away and the third and most important reason why I don't think he's already here is because nothing has been destroyed again he's impulsive he wouldn't. He hesitate to use his power as the second he arrived because he knows that that would get me to his location, which is exactly what he wants like his master tomura shigaraki once my power and has the ability to take it but he has a greater chance of doing it because of his rage and hatred again it's a difficult story to explain but let's just say that he's more dangerous than the self proclaimed Demon Lord

Eve: but hopefully that's not gonna happen because we're trying to find wherever this arrival is taking place before it happens so we can stop it

Izuku: yes if he arrives then... I have a hard time believing we could beat him. I mean when I faced him during the war we barely were able to defeat him and that was with erasers help we don't have the luxury of him here anymore the best thing we can do is stop this arrival before it happens if we don't then... I hate to say it but we're all pretty much dead

Cecil: OK I assume you've already got a plan in mind

Izuku: it's not exactly a plan... It's honestly drawing at straws but it's the best thing we could before Mark faced against his father in the fight the monitor showed him an alternate dimension one where he was...

Mark interrupted: evil let's just say I was evil and the monitor told us that the person that's opening up the portal is the an alternate version of the person that that ultimate me was chasing and I saw him only for a split second and because of that I've been looking through millions of social media personal pictures all of which to Jarvis set up I'm trying to identify this guy

Monster girl: okay I admit that I'm not an expert on the Multiverse but how do you know that this guy looks the same as the guy that you saw in the alternate dimension?... Oh my God my brain hurts.

Eve: well if Mark's evil self is any indication it seems as if our counterparts have similarities to us according to Mark his evil variant dressed in yellow and black and had a cape but his costume was basically the same design just different colours so it would stand to reason that maybe just maybe whoever we're looking for has the same sort of features as the one he saw

Izuku: it's honestly the best chance we've got the other idea is that we monitor energy frequencies whatever they're using to bring my cousin across dimensions it must need some sort of power source if it didn't they would've already brought them back and then we would be dead. We also think that's why they broke out the twins. To help them build this machine, but I wanna make it clear we don't think the twins or the person helping the paranormal liberation Army knows what is really going on they're just being manipulated

Kate: that's positive thinking but how do you know it's true?

Izuku shrugged: truthfully I don't really know. I'm just taking an estimated guess what? At the end of the day that doesn't matter we need to find them and stop them before they bring Armageddon.

(if the music is still playing, stop it)

Rex: okay so how about when we do find this guy? We just send in your giant gorilla thing to fix our problem is that he's useful for

Eve: no we're not sending... Rex we're not just gonna use him we're not like all for one besides Gigantomachia was once loyal tomura shigaraki and he didn't betray him not like all for one did if we bring him along and he sees Toma we don't know how he would react the two of them together... They would be

Izuku: exactly it's also another reason why we didn't bring twice into this I mean I trust him but... You know there's still a possibility that he...

Cecil: might get sentimental and decide to switch sides again that makes sense. The one thing I'm not getting is if these guys really did break the twins out of jail. Wouldn't they have used the warp gate villain you told me about Kurogiri

Monster girl: wait isn't that the smoke guy? But I heard that the portals that showed up for the twins were green... Wasn't his portals you know? Dark purple Ish could they change colour?

Izuku: I actually think that was the Work of whoever is helping the league as well as I think they have the ability to transcend dimensions there's something else the monitor said. He said that this person had gained an ability that he wasn't supposed to not in this timeline anyway which means something else is happening... I can't exactly say what but I'm not sure if the league of the only people playing an angle on this

Rex let our a sarcastic remark: oh please Sherlock share your guidance with us

Izuku remained unfazed: well let's think about this. Someone gains the ability to travel across dimensions... That doesn't just happen. Something had to have happened to this person or maybe he was given the powers by the mysterious shadow guy and maybe this is part of his plan to kill me by bringing my arch enemy here it's been on the nose but it could work.

Kate: I know that I'm not exactly part of the group here but that doesn't really make sense. He brought an entire army of superpower villains from another earth here but he needs help from immortal to bring just one across am I wrong in assuming that doesn't make sense?

Robot: no Kate you are exactly right. It doesn't add up. If this really is the work of this... Shadow why would he require someone else to use their ability to travel across dimensions? It doesn't make sense

Eve: unless there's another angle in this the question is what what the hell could this shadow be planning?

Izuku: I don't know, but we need to find this guy even if he isn't able to bring shigaraki there's still another possibility that he could end up punching a hole through reality or bring more villains here regardless the mission hasn't changed. We need to find this and shut it down before it's too late.

Meanwhile with Angstrom and the twins in the warehouse

Angstrom was watching his new partners fix up his machine: it's almost finished

The doctor stood beside him with a kind smile: yes it is and soon we will be able to bring for a new utopia. You should be proud of yourself Angstrom you are about to become the Multiverse saviour.

Angstrom: I couldn't have done it without your guidance doctor by the way are the final calculations complete?

The doctor let out a small sigh: unfortunately I need a little while longer before we can proceed. My calculations have been a bit off speaking of which I must get back to it immediately. I will see you soon. Don't go saving the Multiverse without me.

Angstrom laughed: wouldn't dream of it, doctor

The doctor left the warehouse with his arms behind his back, humming along until he went into a back alley close to the warehouse but just far enough away for it to be secluded

Spinner emerged from the shadows: are you sure this is going to work doctor?

The mad doctor smiled: of course it is we just need the final piece of the puzzle. Are you ready Kurogiri?

From the shadows, a golden set of eyes could be seen as the shadows appear to be moving in a physical form as the warp gate villain emerged from the darkness

Kurogiri: I am the one that will protect tomura shigaraki

The doctor: it's nice to see that you haven't changed so loyal what about you? Spinner are you ready?

Spinner confidently respond: of course I still don't understand why you need Kurogiri isn't the guy you're "working with" able to go to any dimension He wants?

The doctor: yes it is truly a fascinating power however it has limitations but these limitations can be fixed with Kurogiri thrown into the mix tell the others to be ready once the machine starts. It's highly likely that someone will try and stop us.

Spinner nod, but before he disappeared into the shadows, he turned and looked at the doctor: are you absolutely sure we can do this... I mean this shadow or whatever the hell it is can we really trust it?

The doctor chuckled: I do understand your concern spinner but let me remind you. He hasn't let us wrong yet and like us he wants the killer of a former boss as well as your best friends sensei dead if nothing else we all have that in common

Spinner: yeah I know that it's just... I don't know something about this just doesn't feel right even for us

The doctor: I understand your sentiments wholeheartedly and while I had my own suspicions of this shadow he does appear to be a competent ally. If nothing else I can think we can trust him to not try to kill us. We're too useful to him at least for now we'll worry about whether we can trust him later once the embodiment of destruction is here nothing will stand in our way.

The hetero morph lizard decided to accept that answer as he disappeared into the darkness again leaving the doctor with the warp gate villain who disappeared into the shadows but remained close by as the doctor made his way back to the warehouse putting on his innocent act once again

Little did the three villains know that they were being watched by the shadow as a loom over what appears to be a crystal ball that displayed everything that just happened

A smaller shadow walked up to the bigger one: things are going exactly as we planned my Lord

The bigger shadow: excellent I assume that you have put into place back up plans in case it goes wrong

Another shadow, this one with a twisted smile and the sounds of rattling chains: of course my Lord... But there is something I want to add. There is a 66% chance that this will work however there's still the 44% chance that the heroes will prevail. And if that is the case I would like to leave them a present a sort of... Insight to what is to come

The shadow: and what exactly did you have in mind my favourite?

The smaller shadow smile grew even wider, revealing sharp teeth as a wicked laugh echoed: oh I was just thinking maybe we could demonstrate some of our work ha ha ha ha ha ha! After all we've got plenty of examples ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!!!!

The larger shadow: that is an excellent idea... But I think we can make it even greater why is it all for me like showing them what we can do when we can give them... A taste of what's to come

A shadowy figure that seemed to be missing their right arm emerge with a confused expression : what do you mean, my Lord?

The larger shadow: since there's a possibility that this plan may fail to bring the embodiment of destruction to their world perhaps it would be prudent to have some fall out of this experiment anyway I already have some candidates in mind some from the monitors, champions, world and some from others it will be much more entertaining that way

The shadow with a twisted smile began to laugh once again : oh this is going to be so much fun! ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!
