in the control room of a secret location the Nick Fury of the invincible universe looked at the screen of Mount Rushmore is currently being attacked by a super villain and on the screen it showed to blinking lights one green and another pink it was deku and eve on their way to stop the villain

Cecil overcome links to the two superheroes: sorry to ask this of you kids but omni-man is dealing with the kind you 10 time zones away, and the guardians are a shit show

deku flying through the air: no problem electric can always wanted to go visit Mount Rushmore with layers, hoping it was can be my own dimension and not fighting a super villain but I will take what I can get

Cecil: that's a spirited so here we are your target is Dr seismic he has a PhD in seismology so the doctor is legit. Problem is he made himself a pair of earthquake gloves

eve: so what does he want?

the director of the Earth's defences shrugged on the other end of the communicator: even he doesn't seem to know, working theory says brain damage from a side effect of those gloves basically gives himself a concussion every time he uses them

Cecil : have fun kids and remember it's a national monument down there

At Rushmore people were panicking and the ground was shaking as the monuments began to crack and lava started pouring out like an unchecked wound threatening to burn them and in the centre of it all the mad scientist laughed as he floated in the air things to his jet packs laughing while he Causes destruction

Dr. Seismic: you come to pray at this obscene monument they were oppressors! racist! slaveowners! I give you a new God to worship wow beforedoc seismic!

He turned it back to the monument and clapped his metal bracelets together causing a shockwave that hit Mount Rushmore causing it to crack even more as Abraham Lincoln's head began to fall on top of some scouts and their troop leader

Deku saw this and even in his barely functioning superhero costume he jumped into action using flight and Black whip to grab hold of the giant stone head and using all of his strength to keep it away from the people

Izuku mind: come on deku it's time to be plus ultra!

Going beyond his limits deku managed to pull the head of Abraham Lincoln back into place and there was a small chair from the civilians below

Deku knew he was going to get positive feedback, but after the month he had in his previous world. It was nice to get some eventually.

Doctor seismic noticed that the monument was being put back into one place and he grow: you dare try to stop Dr. Seismic!

He clapped his bracelets together towards the torn costume superhero izuku noticed the attack coming as a doctor size make clapped his hands together creating a sonic wave heading straight towards the hero

In response deku clap his hands together using the power of one for all great his own sonic wave which counteracted Dr seismic neutralising it

The mad doctor was shocked: this is impossible! no one can stop Dr. Seismic!

Deku: what are you so angry about? It's common knowledge if too loud vibrations hit each other they cancel each other out. It's simple science... Or did you not know that?

If any part of the Dr brain was still working, it was the anger part as a visible vein could be seen on his head as he got angry at the comment the heroine training made

He tried again with the same, izuku the frequency of the gloves this time and knew what percentage of power he needs to put into counteract it he placed all that power into one of his fingers and flicked it back

Deku yelling: Delaware smash shoot style!

He unleashed the pressure in his finger and it not only disabled doctor seismic attack. It went straight through it like a hot knife through butter and it headed straight towards Dr Seesmic who panicked and created another small burst of seismic activity to make rocks float upwards to protect him

The wind current hit the rock shattering it into 1 million pieces. Dr seismic was safe but he still felt the backlash of the wind forcing him off balance.

Eve who had getting the majority of people out of the blast zone came up to the hero in training: great work you just got here and you already got him on the ropes

Deku: yeah but that's not always a good thing. Remember a cornered mouse was still attack a cat we need to get those gloves off of him

Eve: those aren't gloves gloves have fingers they're more like earthquake bracelets... Ha ha you're wearing earthquake bracelets!

She then charged straight towards the mad Doctor Who snapped his bracelets together grading a sonic wave that forced him upwards as Eve gave Chase

Deku wanted to go after them, but there were still some people that were in the danger zone and needed to be evacuated so while Eve fought the doctor deku was on crowd control using his powers to get people out of the way

Eve was putting up a good fight against the doctor but she was struggling. It was hard. The doctor was slippery but she was getting in a few good hits. None of which were major but she was slowly getting away at the doctor.

The ghost of Nana appeared beside izuku as he had just helped a civilian escape the Kremis with lava at the bottom

The seventh user cross their arms and looked at the young lady: she's pretty good

Deku getting up back in the air: yeah she's amazing

Nana put out bluntly: you should ask her out

Izuku almost stumbled in the air as his face went red under his mask: what!?

Nana: what she's single now and she's pretty and she's got a great power... And don't think none of us have noticed the way you look at her sometimes

Izuku:... Even if that was true do you really think now is a good time to bring it up? Not only are we fighting a villain but she just broke up with her boyfriend because she found him cheating on her. I'm not gonna ask her out, not when she's like that.

Nana form a sneaky smile: so you would ask her out

Once again, the heroin training nearly stumbled in the air : that's not what I meant! Besides you know why I can't I can't put her in danger all for one would-

Izuku: what are you talking about? Why do I have to let her in about? I'm not telling her the secret

Nana crossed her arms and placed her hands on her hips: that's not what I meant... Kid you forget that we're all inside your head we know your history we know what you've been through the things that you don't even want to tell Toshi or anyone else for that matter it's not healthy you need to talk to someone about it. Why not let it be her

Izuku didn't deny that he found Eve... likable and you like having her around and talking to her, but in terms of relationship

The hero shook his head: this isn't the time to talk about this. I've got a job to do.

The past user shrugged as she disappeared izuku tried to put his mind back on the test to get hand but he couldn't help but to think about what Nana had told him about the pain and having someone to share it with

He quickly glanced back at his hands specifically his wrists. He rubbed his left one with his right hand, remembering a very dark day.

Izuku mind: maybe... Maybe it would be nice to talk to someone about it but now is not the time I need to get back with Eve so we can take down this mad doctor

Speaking of Eve, she was still fighting Dr Seis although they had finished their game of cat and mouse and we're now in a head on battle against

She threw energy beams at the doctor Who easily dodged all of them. He then unleashed a seismic wave trying to hit the hero but she dodged it using her powers to launch yourself upwards.

Doctor seismic: enough of this the great doctor seismic will not be brought down by some girl dressed as a whore!

Eve eyebrows twitched after everything that happened to her in the past few days finding out Rex cheated on her arguing with her parents and listening to them argue and now a mad scientist said that she dressed like a whore that was the last straw

She gave into her anger and zoomed forward and punched the mad scientist before he had a chance to react. She repeatedly punched him into the ground, giving him a bleeding nose

Deku arrived on the scene: eve! are you...? O... K

What he walked on was Eve with an angry expression punching and kicking the villain with repeat of attacks she had been through a lot and after the comment he made that was the last straw she was letting out all of her frustrations

She used her powers to smash his bracelets, stopping them from working as well as he started bouncing around like a ping-pong ball against the ground

Eve taking a minute to breathe: I feel so much better

Deku slightly intimidated: i'm glad... You could get that out of your system and if I'm allowed to say I think your costume looks really nice

This caused the pink superhero to blush a bit : thank you

The moment was interrupted when they heard the super villain scream he had fallen down a crevice and his Jetpack belt wasn't going to save him. The two dived down trying to save him but the mad doctor laughed as he used his malfunctioning bracelets once again slamming them together, causing a shockwave to hit both the heroes forcing them back and for a giant boulder to carry Dr seismic down into the lava before it interrupted

Izuku grabbed hold of Eve using black whip and launched to upwards out of the crevice and himself too just before they were melted by the lava

Eve: well that guy toast

Deku: yeah... I wish I could've saved him though

Eve placed her hand on his shoulder: there's nothing you could've done that guy was nuts. He caused that not you.

Deku: I know I just wish there was something else I could do

Eve: hey you helped save everyone here that's more than enough... But seriously we need to get you a new costume what's left of your old one as well slipping?

Izuku didn't disagree. His mask was barely covering his face and the torn bits of clothing were about to fall off.

Eve: if you want... Maybe I could take you to art and get your costume fixed with you then? Maybe we could... Well if you wanted to maybe we could hang out

Izuku instantly went into nervous mode but quickly got out of it figuring it wasn't going to be a date... Or at least he thought it wasn't he knew she wasn't probably wasn't looking for a partnership. She probably just wanted someone to talk to and truth be told he wanted someone to talk to too.

He nodded: yeah sounds nice

Meanwhile back at the Grayson house

When Mark got home, the first thing he did was tell me and his father about what happened at the tryouts how it was interrupted by the person who brought  izuku to our Earth and how he brought a villain that izuku had a history with along with that fight

Mark seemed over eager to explain the story : you should've seen it the two of them went head head for the first like 30 seconds and they were moving so fast. I couldn't even keep up then. Izuku leash is a smoke screen covering himself then muscular starts bragging about how he was going to kill some kid to get izuku to stop hiding but it didn't work. He then just jumped out from the ceiling bashing the villain on the head and he proceeded to punch him whilst running around. He must've hit him like 1000 times before the guy went down. It was incredible.

I can imagine so it's nice to see Mark so enthusiastic about having a friend over... If I didn't know any better it sounded like he and izuku had known each other for years

And in someway it's almost as if they were brothers... As weird as that was

Nolan: that sounds great son but I assure you in time you'll be able to do things even more as impressive as that

Mark: I don't know that the monitor showed us Deku's first battle with this villain muscular and it was insane izuku had two broken arms and he still punched that villain with whatever strength he had left into a mountain and cracked it... I don't know if I could do something like that I mean I know I have the strength for it but the resilience to keep punching after breaking both your arms that's... That's a real hero right there

And a bit worrying, it doesn't seem like izuku takes any precautions in his own safety in fights. I know that's something that heroes do they have to prioritise people safety but it does worry me how our visitor doesn't have the same fears when it comes to his own safety.

Nolan: I'll admit that is impressive but don't forget he's still human and he has limits hey why don't we train tonight? I'm sure I can get you up to his level in just a simple training session.

Mark shook his head though: oh sorry Dad I kind of already made plans with... Amber she's coming over and if I'm being completely honest, I would rather prefer to train with izuku I mean it's no offense Dad, but he and I have a lot more in common. I can't control my powers. He couldn't control his powers when it first appeared. It just makes sense for him to train me at least for the time being I just feel like I need to get a bit stronger before I start training on your level

Nolan: I understand that son, but I promise I could-

I don't like where this is going. This could turn into an argument so I interrupt him: that sounds great Mark why don't you go upstairs and get ready for... Amber to come over

Mark nodded as he went up the stairs as I turned to Nolan who doesn't seem to understand why I did what I did: what are you doing? I was trying to.-

I tried to explain to him: Nolan Mark wants to be trained by izuku and honestly, I don't see any problem with that perhaps he can be trained by both you and Deku

Nolan: Debbie Mark has responsibilities responsibilities that izuku doesn't understand

I cross my arms as I look at him: doesn't understand responsibilities Nolan he's responsible for protecting his entire civilisation from a insane villain tyrant that wants to take over the world... And by the sounds of it can actually accomplish it if that's not understanding responsibility I don't know what it is

Nolan: okay that didn't come out right but still I don't like the idea that Mark is spending so much time with him

I think it's nice: Nolan what are you talking about? Mark has a friend a friend that he can connect with whilst he's out being a hero, I think that's great what's the problem?

Nolan: it's nothing... It's just well I don't mean to speak ill of our guest but it gives me... He doesn't sit right with me

I raise an eyebrow izuku it's probably one of the nicest sweetest boys I've ever met. What could Nolan possibly have against him?: what's the problem with him?

Nolan: it's not anything I don't think he's dangerous. It's just... He reminds me of someone back on my Home world and despite the fact that their personalities are completely different there's something about him that is just similar his devotion his dedication is on the same level... I just don't want Mark to compare himself to deku he's much better with a bit of training he could be on my level within a year or two

I crossed my arms: Nolan has it ever occurred to you that Mark isn't trying to compare himself to Deku or to you, he's trying to be even greater like izuku told him to be

Nolan seemed to laugh at this then he notices how serious my expression: oh you're serious... Well I appreciate marks dedication but he should know that he's not going to be... As good as I-

I interrupt: Nolan how could you say that? Mark wants to not just follow your footsteps but go beyond that? What's not to be proud of?

Nolan: you're right I'm sorry that came out wrong. I just I don't want Mark getting hurt or forgetting that he has his own responsibilities to this planet and to this family and ever since izuku came into our lives, I feel like I'm just losing him

Well, yeah, I can feel that way too, but that's part of growing up: Nolan that's part of growing up Mark is eventually going to try to find his own way he wasn't going to stay in your shadow forever he's just trying to follow deku example he didn't want to be in his mentors shadow forever so he stepped back and tried to make his own way and that's what Mark's doing and I couldn't be more proud of him and you should be proud of him too

Nolan: you're right and I am. I'm just concerned that... Mark might be getting the wrong idea about what he should be doing with his powers but like you said... That's part of growing up I'm sure he'll grow out of this phase

He then walks away and from the kitchen he pulls out a tentacle of the Kaiju that he just killed today and says he's going to grill it. It always surprises me how Nolan can just switch off whatever conversation we're having and go onto something else.

And I will admit, I am concerned about Mark as well, especially with his connection with izuku I don't think he's bad for him in fact I think he's the best thing for him but of course as a mother I always have to be worried about my son but the way Nolan talks sometimes I feel as if he's more worried about... What Mark is doing instead of Mark's welfare then again he does come from a planet where everyone's essentially

So I shouldn't be too surprised but still something about Nolan has changed ever since the guardians death. I thought it was just his way and way of breathing but he seems... Different and I don't think it's in a good way.
