Okay, so we're here at the moment. You've literally all been waiting for. Omni van versus new and improved. Deku how will attend you're about to find out.

narrator's point of view
hatred that was what Mark felt at the moment when he tackled his father into a mountain he punched him repeatedly in the face tears screaming from his eyes

But they won't because he was fighting his father it was because his father had just killed a close friend. Mark looked at the man he wants called his dad and he scrapped away that title with every punch. This wasn't his father. This was the man who murdered his friend.

and Mark promised himself he was going to revenge his friend

Mark continuously punching his dad into the mountain: you killed him! how could you he didn't do anything to you?!

invincible continued, his hatred filled assault only for his father to catch one of his punches and twist his arm, lifting him up looking completely unfazed by the attack that his son delivered: did seeing izuku lose his life? Disturb you? Did it hurt? Well let's see how you feel about this!

omni man grabbed his son's arm and twisted it snapping it causing invincible to scream, but his screens were quickly muzzled as he was thrown into the dirt as his father punched him smacking blood across the stone

The father: why are you making me do this Mark? Don't you see? This is a good thing! Earth will be lifted up from the dirt under the rule of the empire

Mark struggling to get up through the swollen mess of his face and his broken arm, but still managed to stem tall relatively speaking: and what if they resist?

omni man: that's why we're here to keep them from resistance to show them how pointless it is how they can be part of something bigger or die

Mark: izuku... would never do that... He'd find another way and so will... I

infuriated by his son's continuous obedience omni man just decided to let it go as he punched him back into the ground knocking out three of his son's teeth: you want to die for some idiotic dream! Fine! what's 17 more years?

He punched him again: I can always start again

Another blood punch came straight through shattering Mark's jaw dislocating it: have another kid one that isn't going to be so disobedient in following delusion!

omni man continue to punch his son repeatedly over and over again without any hesitation his punches got so hard that they shattered the small mountain Omni man continue to whale on his son. Memories of the two of them flashed to his mind. He didn't want to admit it he didn't want to hurt his son, but he had to get them to see that he was right the end justify the means at least that's what he told himself

Omni man finally thinking Mark would see reason stopped: you see Mark why did you make me do this? We wasted so much time... You're literally fighting so that you can watch everyone you care about die think Mark! You're outlive every fragile insignificant life on this planet you'll live to see it crumbled the dust and blow away everyone and everything you care about will be gone... Is that really worth it? ask yourself what will you have after 500 years!

Mark struggling to speak: I thought... I would've had you but... Maybe I was wrong but I do know one thing I would have... I would have my ideals... A purpose even if it isn't my own... I would find a way to make every world a world where heroes have too much time on their hands... I would carry on izuku dream... Until the whole universe was at peace... Without bloodshed

Nolan looked at his son: i'm sorry you feel that way Mark... I really thought you could've been something useful to the empire but if you're so set in your dreamworld then I have no choice... I'll just make another son you're not important

Mark tearing up at the words his father just said as he raised his fist ready to kill him: please... Please... I need a hero... Somebody help...help me

Nolan unimpressed by his sons, please for help: sorry son... No one's coming

Mark let out a single tear as he closed his swollen eyes waiting for his father to deliver the final blow only it never came as he heard a sudden claps sound. He opened his eyes the best he could and when he opened them he almost teared up

They stood izuku in raggedy clothing, but he was alive and he was holding back his father's fist with one hand surprising both him and Nolan who looked completely shocked

Izuku: I heard your call for help... I'm here to answer it. You fought hard on your own invincible let me take care of the rest

whilst still in shock, Nolan couldn't react for a sudden fist appeared in his face, smashing his jaw and forcing him back as he was launched in the air but he quickly recovered but he rubbed his jaw as he felt something tackle in his mouth. He spat it out to realise it was a tooth... A tooth he's the strongest man on the planet and a 17-year-old just punched him so hard that he lost her tooth.

(if the music still playing stop it)

Mark smiling through his swollen face: izuku... you're alive... I'm so sorry

Izuku kneeling down looking at his injured friend: don't apologise invincible you did nothing wrong... It's Omni man that is to blame for all this you did your best and you bought me enough time if it wasn't for you I would be dead for real... You saved me never forget that

Mark began to tear up:... Thank... Thank you

Izuku: your injuries are severe... But none of them look life-threatening just stay here Eva will be here in a minute and she can help you just rest up a bit. I'll finish what you started.

with that, Mark fell unconscious, smiling knowing that his friend would finish the fight

The young hero turned his attention to the already beaten up omni man who was furious only the immortal had come back from the dead he was the only one with that kind of ability and Nolan was certain that he snapped the young heroes neck and yet he stood alive and healthy as if nothing had happened

Omni man noticed that it was more than that he couldn't quite shake it but deku looked different. It wasn't just the fact that he was still alive when he should've been dead. He seemed a bit taller and Nolan would be lying if he didn't notice that the young man's muscles were more defined and there was that look he was giving him... It was a lucky he couldn't quite place. It wasn't just anger and rage it was... Omnipotent

He had seen it before, but never on a human. It was only on his own species it was the look that they gave a species that they knew they would absolutely win against that how there lower species would stand no chance against the mind of the empire that was a look that they gave others

and now he was receiving that look which infuriated him

in a blink of an eye izuku was gone but reappeared just above Nolan he didn't even see him move all I heard was one of his special moves

Deku yelling: Manchester smash!!

Reacting quickly, Nolan caught the kick: nice try, I don't know how you got so quick but now that I've got you, I'm not letting-

to his surprise deku started twisting his leg breaking but show no sign of pain this surprise Nolan but it was even more surprising that he got a kick in the face by the free leg of the young hero that launched him into the ground

A dust cloud came from the impact. Nolan got up this time he was disorientated that kick took out of him and now blood was oozing from his mouth.

He also might have concussion because he wasn't sure if he was seeing things correctly because he when he looked back at his opponent who is now on the ground only 6 feet away from him he saw his leg miraculously heal... In a very disturbing way

Izuku remaining completely unfazed by what just happened:... What's the matter Nolan? You seem surprised. I guess I can't blame you as you can see... I have a quiet some new abilities.

Nolan growing his teeth: how... How the hell did you survive? I snapped your neck. I was certain of it you should be dead or the very least paralysed!

The young hero stood there for a moment as he remembered what happened after he woke up from his long sleep

Flashback

seven minutes ago

it was a rare thing to see Samantha Eve Wilson cry but this was an incredibly sad occasion. The boy she loved light dead on the floor. She wasn't able to protect him like she planned.

however, this was not at the end of the story she nearly got a heart attack winner izuku suddenly guessed for air as he set up breathing heavily

Eve surprised: izuku... your... You're alive

Izuku taking in deep breaths as he clicked his neck to get rid of some minor discomfort: yeah... I think I am

Eve wasn't sure how he was alive, but she didn't care she teared up and grabbed hold of him: thank you... Thank you for coming back

Izuku blushing slightly I'm not sure how to react to this but he hugged her back: calm down everything's okay now... But please tell me what the hell happened? Why are we in the middle of the forest? And why?... Am I ... In my ripped costume?

she realised that izuku process zero clue what was happening so she quickly summed up everything how he was in a cocoon for a week... To evolving how Omni man was trying to kill him at how Mark had just tackled his father into the mountain and was fighting him still, but judging by the sounds of shockwaves coming from the small mountain he was losing

Izuku: alright then... Thank you for telling me now I think it's time I finally put it into this

Eve: wait hold on are you sure you just woke up are you sure you can take him?

Izuku looked at his body. He felt different. He knew that much stronger faster but there was something else inside something else that was telling him to act to fight to Omni man is as if a plethora of voices were calling out to him to fight.

And none of them were the past users

Realising he couldn't fight this emotion, he had only one option to listen to his instincts: I don't think I have a choice something deep inside me is telling me to act... I don't think I can ignore that instinct... But before I do in case... In case this goes wrong I feel like I owe you a bit more of an explanation

Izuku knew he had to be quick, so he quickly grabbed Eve by the hip, surprising her surprising her even more when he kissed her on the lips it was a short kiss, but she enjoyed it

The two separated: what woke me up... It was you? I heard your voice... I do love you Eve and I want us to be together but... You have to understand a lot of stuff happened to me stuff that I don't like to talk about and it's affected me my entire life... I need you to understand that if we are going to be together that I come with a lot of baggage... And I can't guarantee that I'm gonna be the best boyfriend ever but I want to at least try

Eve smiling:... I understand and I want us to be together too and I kind of figured that some stuff happened to you before... But whatever it is we can work through it you can talk to me you don't have to tell me everything right away, but I expect one day to know everything is that okay?

Izuku: it is thank you Eve

Eve: all right now go off and save the world

he nodded as he jumped up in the air, creating a small crater on the ground as he flew to where the shock waves were coming from you've looked up and smiled slightly blushing

In the air nana appear appeared beside the ninth: well look at you, Mr. Romantic~

Deku rolling his eyes: oh don't start

Nolan yelling at the top of his lungs: tell me how the hell did you survive that?!

Izuku wasn't in time with sure how to answer that:... The power of love...I guess

The guardians along with all civilians watching the fight on the TV: ...what?

The people in the HQ of the global defence agency:... the actual

The villain watching the fight pacifically toga: fuck!!!!????

Back with Nolan and Deku you could practically see the veins peeing in Nolan's head. He had never been this angry not in his 2000 years of living.

Izuku: I don't know what to tell you... It's kind of what happened here the girl that I love to say that she loved me... That kind of gave me a massive wake up call

Nolan: that's impossible! Something like that only happens in stories! and this is real life

The young hero pointed out the irony in that: says the guy from another planet

Nolan getting even more angrier than he had ever done before: it doesn't matter this time I'll kill you for real. I'll feed you your own heart, no matter how strong you've somehow managed to get...

(figured it was more appropriate to use my version of the invincible title card)

Nolan then charged full speed tackling izuku in the air as they both flew upward, punching and kicking each other repeatedly at full strength causing massive shock waves

Back in the headquarters of the global defence force they were watching the battle unfold and to their relief and slight surprise it appeared that izuku was winning any attack that Nolan gave him. He immediately regenerated from there was one punch that nearly took out his entire jaw and with a split second later it was like it never happened.

The monitor unfortunately was the wet towel in the room: I wouldn't celebrate so soon... This battle is far from over

Cecil: he's right I wanna know that projectory where are they going to land?

Debbie, still unsure about this whole thing: but I don't understand I was told that isuku would be asleep for another two weeks... And Nolan snapped his neck. How is he doing this?

The monitor: it would appear that a week was just enough for him to gain his super regeneration ability that allowed him to survive the neck break however what wake him up... That is the one thing I am unsure of it could be an act of God Or a miracle...however there still is a problem

Cecil: I don't see the big deal... The kids kicking his ass and regenerating any damage he receives

The monitor: yes... However since izuku incubation period was not finished he's not quite complete. His body is using the abilities but mental stress will start picking up and eventually his powers won't be able to work properly... even though deku has gone super plus ultra it's still anyone's game

and the bad news just kept coming: sir the projectory they're going to land straight in the middle of Chicago!

(someone suggested this music and I not gonna lie, it kind of fits)

it was relatively peaceful in Chicago that was until Omni man and izuku quite literally burst through an entire building izuku using 50% plus some of his own strength as well some stored up energy he managed to kick Omni man off of him

then when he reached the ground he realised that the building that had fell through was collapsing and it was going to fall on people reacting quickly. He raced towards it only to be grabbed by Omni man from behind.

Nolan: you were going to save those people... And take your eyes off of me for what they're insignificant just like you watch as they die

in response to thisizuku head-butted iron man from in the face causing him to get a bloody nose letting the hero go he then raced towards the following building but he wasn't gonna make it in time but then something peculiar happened pink energy emerged from a sole individual as a trampoline made of air captured the massive building debris

Izuku recognised the power and he almost teared up: it's you... Gentle criminal

gentle criminal struggling: fear not young man... I've got this you focus on facing that fiend!

trusting the former criminal deku turned his attention back to Omni man who had recovered from the attack and was about to punch izuku only for him to grab his arm and twist it throwing him on the ground creating a shockwave people are now running panicking not really sure what was going on

Nolan: quickly getting up from the floor: he predicted my movements and... Caught my attack and use my own strength against me impossible the empires fighting tactics are supreme!

Izuku: I wouldn't think so... Hate to break it to you omni man but... Your army tactics are kind of basic and really not that impressive

Nolan: what?! You dare call the tactics that have served the thousands of years tactics that took me decades millennia to learn basic! I Have conquered countless worlds using this tactics and is never failed me before-

Deku:... It took you millennia to figure out how to do those tactics and moves... I might've overestimated you and your people kinda seems like you guys are... Kind of basic in terms of fighting capability I mean if we were fighting without powers... I would've probably beaten you 100 times over by now

Nolan couldn't believe what he was hearing. Someone was claiming that his work his culture was... Incapable of fighting: you speak nonsense! We've conquered countless world using these tactics then they have never-

Deku dropped the truth bomb on him: well yeah because you've been finding people that are... Weaker than you that don't have your abilities you keep bragging about that like it's something to be proud of but the truth is it just makes you a big bully

there was a moment of silence in the battlefield Nolan had never felt more insulted in his entire life. It took him millennia to learn those battle tactics and now a 17-year-old boy to him was barely out of his diapers claiming that his tactics and his peoples fighting style was... Pointless that it wouldn't mount anything no that wasn't allowed. Nolan couldn't live with that in dignity

(yeah you want proof of this there's a video about the empires fighting style... They kind of rely solely on their powers which isn't exactly a bad strategy but if they lose them they're pretty much screwed that attacks are basic and kind of obvious. I mean sure they're flexible but again they were like solely on their power is too much they don't think about improving their techniques. which technically makes sense they do live for a long period of time and they might be on the concept of if it ain't broke don't fix it since they're fighting styles have won them countless battles before they think oh we don't need to make this any better it's already perfect. Sorry for the bit of a rant but I just wanted to get that point across.)

all of a sudden, a blue energy surrounded Nolan and he slowed down almost to the point where he wasn't moving. He looked around looking for some sort of explanation but only saw was izuku expression and expression of a emotionless but it's scared Nolan more than he dared to admit

Izuku:... Let me show you just how weak you really are

he then punched Nolan upward so hard that he knocked out six more of his teeth as he was flown straight up into the air, but then a second later somehow izuku was above him looking down somewhere deep within Nolan subconscious he knew... He was doomed from the start

omni man's point of view

That's... Odd this shouldn't be happening right this is just a bad dream I'm having I've been under a lot of stress lately. None of this is happening. I'm certainly not getting my ass handed to me by a 17-year-old boy who somehow is stronger and faster than me... This has to be some sort of hallucination some sort of dream.

Everything went white as I look at deku his eyes were glowing but that's not what caught my attention out of the glimmer of my eye. I saw two people that I didn't recognise.

The one with white hair: it's over Nolan... You're going to pay for what you did to the guardians

Who are they?...? I don't recognise them in yet I see them as clear as day

The one with orange hair: oh and it appears we have some guests that want to say hello

some more shadows appear behind the two strangers no... It's impossible it can't be... It just can't be.....

The guardians! the original guardians!

War woman: it has been a long time Nolan

Red rush:... it's payback time you son of a bitch

dark wing: we've been given a second chance this time you won't get the drop on us

Green ghost: it's like they say karma is a bitch

Aquarius: you will drowned in the deepest ocean of your blood

martian man: I usually do not believe in revenge but this time for you... I will make an exception

impossible it... It cannot be I killed all of them it's not possible how are they?here?!

Even the immortal appears, but no, he's still alive, isn't he: heykid... Kick his ass for us.

I can't move and all of a sudden everything goes black as I feel the impact of his punch penetrate my chest, shattering my ribs in the next thing I know I was on the ground, coughing up blood

He lands just across from me and I can still see those shadows of those people but there are more this time more that I don't recognise

(just imagine that manifestations of the guardians are standing behind them too I did try to make a picture of that in editing, but they didn't really turn out well)

What is this? How...? How is this possible: what...? What kind of trick are you using? How can I see the guardians?

Izuku: to tell you the truth I don't know myself but what I do know one thing... They're pissed and they're gonna help me take you down... What's the matter Omni man you look dehydrated perhaps you should have a drink of water

suddenly, water shoots out from his hands water just like Aquarius that's impossible. He also has their powers. It doesn't matter. I've killed the guardians before I can do it again. It's just one.

The water then suddenly stops and my target is gone then all of a sudden I felt a quick pain hitting the back of my head as I get thrown forward that was incredibly strong but also incredibly fast since when kitty... Red Rush no red Rush couldn't move that fast unless... He's combining his powers together with the guardians

that's cheating that's that's not allowed. He's not allowed to dothat is not fair! I can't let him win. I won't let him win.

Izuku point of view

i'm not quite sure how to put this but it looks like Omni man the most powerful man on the planet is having... A hissy fit I guess he doesn't like the fact that he's got to kill the guardians again to be honest I'm not entirely sure how the guardians spirits/their powers ended up in my body. I have a feeling the monitor had something to do with it but I'm not complaining. Their abilities have been amplified by one for all. I'm a lot stronger now and my body is much more doable too. I can now go at full power

War woman: don't take your eyes off him for a moment. I've never seen him like this... He's slipping.

The six: indeed, nothing worse than a wild animal having rabies... We need to end this quickly

I would agree with that: what's the matter? Omni man? Things not turning out the way you'd hoped... I guess it's been awhile since someone's told you no hasn't it?

Nolan continuously getting angry, which is what I wanted: how the hell... How the hell did you do that to me? One moment? I was zooming towards you the next I was stuck still how did you do that?

I smiled: oh that... It's an ability of mine called gearshift I can change the speed of objects originally it was only supposed to work on small objects but after a while it evolved and now it could change things on a cellular level and a normal circumstances I would use it on myself but... When it came to you I figured it was worth a shot trying to use it on you. Maybe I could slow you down unfortunately took a lot longer for it to work than I'd hoped luckily I had plenty of time... Since I was living in your house

His eyes widen as he realise what I had just said: you do you freak! You used your powers on me from the very first moment we met! you never trusted me from the beginning!

Well, to be honest, you didn't really give me much reason to trust him: well to be honest you kind of were making it obvious... I mean you might've been able to lie to everyone for 20 years but you're not all for one it did well, but you can't hide from my ginger sense. Literally every time I was near you it went off and I've learnt to trust it. I knew you were trouble... I just didn't know how much

Nolan trying to maintain posture: alright fine... I admit that I underestimated you a bit therefore... I offer you something deku join the empire you could be of a great asset to-

I don't even let him finish the sentence as I flick my fingers sending a shock wave of wind directly at it doesn't do anything to hurt him that much but it does get him to shut up

Nolan: what you didn't let me finish do you not understand how generous and offer this is... You are human being offered the chance to be a part of something bigger than yourself and you toss it away for what this meaningless planet that isn't even yours you understand what the empire could do for you we could save your world under our rule is all for one character will be destroyed and punished. We could bring peace to countless planets and you could be a part of it. You could be part of something that matters.

Something that matter matters... I don't know why but that reminds me of something that my mother wants told me... Well it was more like our family motto to be honest:... My family has a saying that's been carried down with us for generations. No one really knows who came up with it but it's something we all hold a deer to our hearts... The simple saying is don't waste your life... and what it means is find something you're good at that helps people that makes an impact even a tiny impact and keep doing it no matter what... My mother is a nurse she saves lives my grandfather was a police officer he put people away my great great grandfather fought for the rights of heteromorphic! And so on so for everyone on my mother side of the family has found something in their lives to fight for to give meaning to their lives and sorry maybe it wasn't as glorious as the purpose as... Conquering other planets for a dictator, but it made a difference. A small difference in everyone's lives and that was enough for us.

Nolan not seeming to get it: you mean to tell me that you'd rather have a life of mediocrity than serve a greater purpose. It is the strongest right to rule over the weak you could be a part of that you could rule and make your life means something

I shrugged:... I think my life does mean something I'm helping people ensure maybe my actions won't be remembered but it's a meaningful life to me if I'm being honest with you it sounds to me like your life is meaningless

Nolan: what I've conquered countless worlds for the empire I've done more things than you will ever do in 10 life times how could my life be meaningless?! I am a part of something bigger

yeah, but I'm still not buying it: well you keep saying that but truthfully it sounds like the empire is just delusional... Or rather you're afraid you're afraid of realising just how small you guys really are... Well here's a reality check for all of you in the empire. everyone's the same we're all just specs of dust in the grand scheme of things doesn't matter if you live for a million years or 10,000 eventually you're going to die one way or the other that is the fate of all creatures and this is the fate of all empires will fall and be forgotten in time. Sure maybe I won't be the one to stop you, but eventually someone will and the empire will slowly be forgotten to time itself... Because you guys might be a long lasting race but you're not immortal and no one can outlive time so in the grand scheme of things... It seems to me like your life has the least meaning here

he got furious again, just like I wanted him to and he smashed me through the ceiling into the subway. He grabbed me by the back of the head and lifted me up as a train came through.

Nolan: my life has no purpose... You're wrong? I am important I matter not like these insignificant bugs!

The train was coming and it didn't look like he could get out of there in time. We were going to hit the train head on so instead I use the green ghost powers to make me and Nolan in tangible as the train went right through us and then after it was clear, I used black whip coming out of my back to grab hold of Nolan and force him back out then launching myself into the sky. I repeatedly punch him in the face, causing massive shock waves breaking a few bits of glass along the way up.

The green ghost appeared beside me: you'd forgot that I could turn other people in tangible... You're slipping Nolan this is information you should already know!

Nolan punched me and I could feel my skeleton get cracked like a toothpick but it quickly regenerated back thanks to the immortals healing ability amplified by one for all

this isn't working. I need to attack with every power available to me and one more solid hit and he'll be out cold. He lunges for me but I used smoke cream to cover myself then I use a conation of my stored up energy and black with creating a black chain, grabbing him by the hand holding him in place then I use gearshift on myself in high gear plus that with war woman and immortal strength plus Martian man's stretch ability and Aquarius's durability of pressure

I look down at him with my glowing eyes: this time I'll attack with every power available to me

Northern looking actually scared this time: no... Insignificant pests every last one of you!

With all the power I have developed in one hand I make contact with his fist as a massive shockwave is created as we both make impact

With determination and grit, I continue to pause as much energy as I can passing every power mixing them together in order to create the ultimate punch: it is over Omni man... Your invasion! Is over

Nolan refusing to back down: no you can't beat me. You're just an insignificant human! You're nothing

that's those words that have haunted me my entire life, but I'm not gonna listen to them anymore: I will not allow you to hurt anybody else!

my punch got stronger and stronger and Nolan got continuously weaker. I was still using gearshift on him to slow him down and black chain was keeping him in place. He couldn't move. He was mine. I pushed through his attack breaking his arm and smashing him back into the ground. A dust cloud was formed as we landed in a massive creator was created luckily we weren't over the subway anymore

Beneath me Nolan was on the ground unconscious beaten and bruised and bloody... He looked about as bad as I felt... But It was over... I had win

Or so I thought: oh what a magnificent battle truly one for the ages but I'm afraid your victory will be short-lived

I recognise that voice there's no way I could ever forget it. It's him.

okay, and that's it. Yes, I'm leaving it on another cliffhanger and just so you know I'm taking a break from the story at least three or four days possibly a week I just need a break for it okay?

oh, and about the whole gearshift thing being used on Omni man it's always something that's interested me I mean the past wheeler of the power said that his power had changed. It could now be used on things on a cellular level which may be one could it be used on another person other than izuku and I thought that if there was ever an edge he could use against Omni man it would definitely be gearshift but it didn't seem like it would be enough just to say that he used it on himself. I thought about having him use it on Omni man.
