After three weeks       

"Ananya let's go, we have been called in the conference room," Neha said.

" Okay " I replied and we both went towards the conference room where all the freshers were present. We both sat on the chairs and waited for Vihaan. As Vihaan entered, he said " Good Afternoon Everyone "

" I know you must be wondering why I called you here? well, the answer is that this is the last week of your training so you all will be given a situation on which you will have to prepare a presentation and you will present it in front of our seniors " He added.

"Seniors ?? " I asked and he smirked.

Why the hell is he smirking !!!!!!!!!!!!!

" That will be a surprise Ms Ananya " he replied with a smirk. All the freshers started talking among themselves but something about his expression told me that it has something to do with ..... 

AGASTHYA KHANNA 

A look of realisation appeared on my face and seeing that Vihaan's smirk grew wider, I looked away and started blushing. Later, he gave us the topics on which we have to prepare the presentation and he said," you will have 3 days to prepare this presentation". With that, all the freshers started walking out and only we three were present in the conference room.

" What will happen to the person whose presentation will be up to the mark  ?" Neha asked.

"Ohh! That person will be assisting our seniors" he smiling said and looked at me.

To which I smiled and asked," But sir what will happen to other people? "

" Arre it's very simple according to your presentation you will be assisting your seniors "he replied. I chirped a quite okay and walked away towards my desk with Neha. 

                        After a while, Piya came to me with a bunch of files and said " Ananya Vihaan sir ne yeh files di hain ( Vihaan sir has given some files ) and you have to give them to Agasthya sir ."

" okay! Anything else? " I asked.

" No that's it but hurry up with the files okay," she said and left.

   That idiot vihaan ! mujhe maloom hai ki woh yeh purposely kar raha hai  ..... PAGAL 

                                I  gathered all the files and headed towards his cabin. After reaching his cabin I knocked on the door and went inside only when I had a " come in " in his deep voice. He was typing furiously something on his computer that I couldn't stop myself from admiring him. I was brought back from my trance when I heard him say " yes ".

" uhhmm Sir actually Vihaan sir has sent you these files," I said looking anywhere but at him as I completely went red with embarrassment. Suddenly there was a knock and Vihaan entered with a smirk after getting the permission of course.

" okay keep the files here," Agasthya sir said and asked me to leave.

                                I walked out of the cabin and went towards my desk to work on my presentation with a smile.

  The last two days had been very hectic and today is the last day to finish the presentation. I woke up when my mother was shouting at me which clearly meant that my peaceful sleep didn't break at the time it should have broken instead I overslept. Before the neighbours also come to know I decided that I should get ready for my office and also not to forget I will get a nice shouting from Vihaan. So I got ready, took my breakfast with me to have it later and headed towards the office.

I walked hurriedly towards the elevator and got inside it and pressed my floor button. As I reached my desk Neha informed me that Vihaan had called me in his cabin as soon as I reach. So, after keeping my bag, I walked to Vihaan' s cabin which was right beside Agasthya sir's cabin.

While passing his cabin unknowingly I looked at his cabin. He was talking to somebody when his eyes met mine and I quickly looked away and got into Vihaan's cabin. As I entered he asked," Why are you late ?"

" yesterday I working on the presentation till 2 in the morning so that's why, " I said in a low tone.

"and I am sorry sir " I added.

"It's okay so have you completed the presentation ? " he asked

I was going to reply when Agasthya sir came into the cabin.

" no sir, some amount of work is still pending but I will complete the work before the deadline sir," I said in a professional tone

" okay leave," he said and I left but not before giving a glance to HIM.

After reaching my desk soon I indulged in my work as I had time till lunch break only. After sometime when Neha asked me to join her for lunch, I refused as I was cross-checking my presentation as hardly had an hour left.

When the lunch break was over. Me, Neha, Piya, Simran and Aayan were called in the conference room. As we entered, Vihaan, Agasthya sir, and two more seniors were sitting and talking about the process which was going to take place.

I was really nervous regarding this presentation as it was my first and on top of that, it was in front of my so-called crush. As everybody settled Vihaan said, " Hey everyone, I will call your names one by one and you have to present us the presentation that you have prepared ."

So first he called Aayan and he started the presentation. I didn't pay any attention to his speech as I would get more nervous. Next was my turn, I got up from my chair and walked towards the front of the table all the while feeling eyes on me. I took a deep breath and started with the presentation, I could feel his steady gaze on me which was very gratifying. As I continued my presentation, I could see everyone's face was filled with delight. As my presentation ended, I went back and sat on my chair.

The next 1-hour session of presentation bored to me to death. I do not prefer seeing others work before the result as it makes me very anxious. After everybody finished giving their presentations, Vihaan told us that they need time to figure out whose presentation was nice so he told us to have some tea till the time they discuss.

With that me, Neha, Piya, Simran and Aayan headed towards the cafeteria.

       We finished our lunch and left the cafeteria. We reached the conference room and noticed that Vihaan, Agasthya sir, and other seniors were sitting with a very serious expression. I raised my eyebrows at Vihaan to ask him what was the matter but he just shook his head. Just as everybody settled on the chair, Vihaan stood up from his chair and said " Welcome back everyone ! we have decided that whom you people will assist and report to. Agasthya sir will say the names and whom you will report to, based on your performances "

"Okay! So, first of all, I would like to say that all your presentations were nice. We had a tough time in deciding " Agasthya sir said.

" So Neha will assist Vihaan, Aayan and Simran will assist to these two gentlemen and Piya will assist to me " He added. On listening to this , I felt disappointed and somewhat jealous. I guess my face showed what was I feeling because Vihaan who was next to me whispered " picture Abhi baaki hai meri dost".

As he said this, I looked at Agasthya sir to find him looking at me with a mischevious smile. I lowered my eyes because I could not handle his gaze.

how embarrassing !!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Sir, What about Ananya ?" Neha asked

"Ms Ananya, Please meet me in my cabin " he ordered and left the conference room. I also collected my stuff and kept it on my desk. Vihaan came there seeing my tensed expression.

"Don't worry yr !!!!!!!! aag dono jagaj barabar lagi hai " he commented.

"What do you mean? Koi aag vaigara nahi lagi " I said and walked away towards Agasthya's cabin. Today I can totally understand what happens when you have butterflies in your stomach. I reached his cabin and knocked on the door. After hearing a "come in", I went inside to find him speaking to someone on the phone. As he saw me, he gestured me to sit. The next 5 mins I kept on looking at him and he was stealing glances at me while talking.

I said a " yes sir " as soon as he finished his call.

"Actually I was thinking whom you should report to me or Vihaan ? " he said but the teasing smile was evident on his face.

Very smart !! Mujhse sunna chahta hai ki main usse assist karu .

" I am fine with anything you decide Sir " I replied and kept my face as normal as I could because the smirk dropped from his face and he was looking very funny.

"okay !!!! so you will report to me " he said and I pressed my lips to stop the smile which was coming on my face.

"okay sir " I replied.

" Why are you smiling ? " he asked.

"no sir, I am not "I replied and pressed my lips more tightly, Seeing which a small smile appeared on his face.

"Can I leave ?" I asked him.

"sure " he replied and as I was walking out of the cabin, I heard him say" Ms Ananya I don't tolerate tardiness. I just gave him a shy smile and walked out.

There was a big smile on my face as I walked back to my desk. Vihaan and Neha were discussing something when I reached my table.

mujhe maloom hai mera expression dekhne ke liye hi yeh kisi bahane ruka hua hai !!

When Vihaan saw me a huge smirk appeared on his face, he came to me said " Maine kaha tha na aag dono taraf barabar lagi hai "

" Ohh Please aisa kuch nahi hai " I defended with a serious face.

"yes, I saw your face-splitting grin while reaching your desk," he said and left, not giving me any chance to defend.

"I'm going to grab a cheeseburger," I told Patch. "Want anything?"

"Nothing on the menu."

I smiled. "Why, Patch, are you flirting with me?"
