I rushed into the kitchen and covered my face with my hands in embarrassment, feeling heat rushing to my cheeks.

Composing myself, I removed my hands from my face and started preparing pancakes for him. A few minutes later, He also came into the kitchen and sat on the counter. His eyes were following my every move whereas I was avoiding looking into his eyes but there was a constant smile on my face which I was trying to hide.

" So why you were late ?" He asked while I was pouring some batter into the pan.

" Actually Sir I got up late and mummy also didn't wake me up! " I said, looking at the pan and avoiding his eyes.

" Well, I have a question for you ?" He asked and I looked at him confused.

" Yes," I said with a blank face but I was feeling nervous.

" Now also you will call me sir ?" He asked and smirked making me red in shyness.

"Again? I just asked a simple question !" He stated and chuckled making me shake my head.

" What you want me to call you sir? I have heard that you don't like any staff members calling you with your first name " I stated in a low tone and flipped the pancake on the pan.

" Well I will not mind if you will call me Agasthya," He said and I just stood there blushing.

"Okay! Then you also don't call me Ms Ananya otherwise I will call you sir " I stated firmly making him chuckle while removing the pancake from the pan to the plate. I gestured him to go and sit on the dining table while I bring the breakfast but He got down from the counter and helped me in bringing the dishes to the table.

Once the table was set, We both sat on the chairs and I served him some pancakes. He was going to say something when I cut him off and asked " Today also your hand is hurting ?".

"Yes! I was going to tell you that !" He said chuckling making me giggle too. We had our brunch by discussing and telling stories about our lives.

" So did you had a girlfriend ?" I asked as we sat on the couch after having brunch. After hearing this question there was a smirk on his face which made me want this earth to open up and swallow me.

" No, but I had this huge crush on a girl some years back," He said excitedly and I felt this strange feeling of disappointment that I wanted to leave from there immediately. I felt jealous and hurt because of the fact that I was not the first girl in his life.

"OH! " I said and looked away from him and started cursing the girl in my mind. A few moments later, I saw him giggling making me aware of the fact that all he said was a lie. I glared at him and started hitting him for teasing me.

" Ouch! " He exclaimed loudly when I was hitting me.

" Did you got hurt? " I asked anxiously and scolded myself for hitting him hard. I was looking at him worriedly while he started smiling and pulled me to him in such a way that I crashed into him.

"You're the very first girl I have ever had any such feeling for, " He said and kissed my cheeks making me blush hard.

" Umm... But I had a boyfriend " I said hesitantly and looked at him to find him looking at me with a frown.

" Who was he? " He asked and I looked away from him.

" So you will not tell me, right? OK, I have my ways " He said and started pecking my cheeks making me giggle uncontrollably as his slight stubble was tickling me.

" I lied okay," I said shyly and he looked at me with a genuine smile. I was blushing so much that I couldn't look at him anymore.

" I will make sure it's worth the wait, " He said and pecked my cheek. As he said this, I looked at him confused while he just smirks.

Wait? Worth? What is he talking about?

I look at him with a confused expression on my face but this confusion fades away as he kisses close to my lips making my lips stretch in a smile. As I understand his words, I blush so hard that I am sure my cheeks match the colour of a tomato. I look at him to find him already looking at me with admiration and respect. I was so overwhelmed that I hugged him as all my thoughts went outside the window and only one thought was revolving in my mind.
