They arrived back in Bellowsfield, but in Don Perico they wanted to stay,

They grabbed the boxes of pizza but on the unknown vehicle, fixated their eyes,
As the walk up the porch and turned the knob, they were greeted with a big-

Renée shouted as she ran and hugged her

"I know you've been dying to see me, so I thought I'd pop in a day earlier and surprise you."

"This made my day, you have no idea how much I've missed you."
Renée replied

"Trust me I do.
By the way, Brandon won the grand prize on the cruise of that new G wagon in the driveway"
Michelle replied

"Shut up!!
Like for real!!
Oh my goodness, I want you to tell me all about it!!
I heard Doja was aboard as well, did she paint the cruise red?"
Renée chuckled

"She did but she had to stop by  Tsila's Orphanage for Gifted Souls!!"

"Wait, what-

Renée asked

I couldn't help but over hear the conversation.
I had to let here know the whole reason you're like how you are."
Charlotte replied

"Don't you think that's something I'd want to talk with MY sister alone about!!"

Ryan placed the pizza down and went outside

It just wasn't my time to expound on something that I personally locked away all my life.

Renée replied

Renée shouted

Charlotte tried to speak

Grandma gave Mom those cute little socks before she died and you know how her death took a toll on mom.

Michelle exhaled sharply as tears crept down her face

"I went out there to get that sock not just to save your ungrateful ass but because of what that sock means to Mom!!
She had to die for you to see the need to grow up!!
If you hadn't met in an accident, I'd still be playing the role as the adult; it would be so nice to experience what it meant to truly be the little sister for once.
So you can save your apologies and your concerns; they didn't mean anything back then, they won't mean anything now!!"
Renée added

"I heard shouting, is everything okay in here?"
Brandon asked as her walked in the living room with Alis

"Yeah, everything is fine, I was just leaving."
Michelle replied as she wiped the tears from her eyes

"What? We just got here!!"
Brandon uttered

"I'll see you in the car."
Michelle uttered as she took Baby Alis and walked through the door

"I'll go talk to her."
Brandon said to Renée

Renée closed her eyes and took a deep breath

"Renée I-"
Charlotte tried to speak

"Don't!!
Just don't."
Renée replied as she stormed upstairs

After hearing Michelle's background, Charlotte now understood,
Why Renée lived her life the only way she could.
Looking towards the future, with no sight of her past,
Letting go of who Michelle wasn't an easy task.
She didn't hold it against her,
She didn't play the blame game,
But after such a confrontation, will their relationship remain the same?
