Even for his own good, Mike was never one to sit around,
But he was grateful to spend more time with his kids since he wasn't work bound.
Thomas continuously checked in,
Charlotte hanged out with his wife,
Despite his overprotective mind, it seems he was getting back his life.
One month in his medical leave and he didn't want it to end,
From beaches to cabins even campsites with his family, precious time he spent.
Love was in the air, as Brandon ensured in all aspects she was well,
As an Author, I'm really happy for Michelle.

It was a Sunday afternoon, Charlotte and Renée came back from a run,
Everything was going well under the sun.

"Now that's what I call Cardio!
Fill this water bottle for me."
Charlotte exclaimed

"Girl, you could barely keep up."
Renée replied

"Sorry I'm not as fit as you, by the way, where's Michelle?
She stopped jogging with us?"
Charlotte asked

"She's meeting Brandon's parents today."
Renée replied

"Ouuuuuuu, someone is official!
She can't resist the axe."
Charlotte exclaimed

"The axe?!
Anyways, she's really happy with him and I'm happy for her, she really deserves all that she's experiencing."
Renée replied

"From the chocolate Doctor, to the Axe smelling Bike Rider; gotta say Brandon has came a long way.
As for me, I gotta get to my personal chocolate.
See you tomorrow."
Charlotte stated

"Save some for desert!"
Renée replied

"Highly doubt it and tell Michelle she gotta get her laps in"
Charlotte shouted

"I'm sure Brandon got that covered."
Renée replied

"Girl bye!!"
Charlotte replied

She laughed for a minute then started to smile,
She haven't felt like this in such a long while.
Charlotte accidentally left her water bottle, guess she wasn't thirsty anymore,
She might be coming for it soon as Renée heard a know at the door.

"Good Afternoon, Renée Anderson?" -

"Yes that's me"
Renée replied

"My name is Detective Robinson, this is Officer Dawkins, is you husband home? "
Detective Robinson asked

"Yes he's in the kitchen, honey some of your police friends are her to you"
Renée shouted

"I don't recognize them though, seem to be from another division"
she tells Mike

"Hey what's seems to be the issue, not sure if your commissioner informed you but I'm on medical leave."
Mike replied

"Michael Anderson, you under arrest for the murder of Catherine Hutchinson"
Detective Robinson replied
as he handcuffs Mike

"What!!!!!"
Mike exclaimed

"You have the right to an attorney, if you can't afford an attorney, one will be provided for you"
Detective Robinson added

"What is going on here!!!! Michael why are the arresting you? He did not kill anyone!!!!" Renée cried

"It's Okay we'll get to the bottom of this"
Mike replied

"Michael!!!!! Michael!!!!!!!"
Renée screamed as Michelle comforts her

Renée helplessly cried in despair,
She uttered so loud even the neighbors could hear.

Her throat become so dry, to drink some water, Michelle asked her to stop;
The kids were so confused to see their dad being arrested by another cop.

"Arrested for murder, there must be some misconception"
Michelle stated

"Mike is not a Murderer!!!!!!!"
Renée exclaimed

"Don't you think I know that, I know it's hard Renée and I'm still trying to wrap my head around all this as well, but for now we have to try to remain calm and allow the Police to conduct their investigation."
Michelle advised

"I just found back my husband!!! He might have been a lot of things Michelle but he is no Murderer!!!!!"
Renée replied

"I'm gonna call Thomas and see if I can get some light on this, Sis we will get to the bottom of this, I promise you."
Michelle added

"Mommy?"
Joey cried

"Come here baby"
Renée replied

"Is daddy bad?"
Joey asked

"Oh no baby no!!"
Renée cried as she hugged him tightly

"Then why did they take him away and said those bad things?"
Joey asked

"Was it because of the bear?"
Joey added

Renée tried to remain composed, but it hurt to her soul,
How was she going to explain this to her five year old?
To ease some of the tension, she took them to Charlotte's
As they made their way to the station to tackle their biggest task yet.

"Follow up statement for Michael Anderson" Michelle stated

"Please have a seat in the waiting area, an officer will be with you shortly."
Detective Baldwin replied

"Okay thank you"
Michelle replied
"Can I get you some water?"
Michelle asked

"I'll be fine Okay, I just wanna get through this.. "
Renée replied

"And you will, I promise you but I'm kinda confused, I know Mike didn't kill Catherine, but let's say he did right; how could he have murdered her while he was on medical discharge just weeks after she was released?
I mean after she attacked Mike we haven't heard from here and now Mike is being charged for her death; something doesn't add up."
Michelle pondered

"Mrs. Anderson, this way please."
Detective Robinson called

"I guess I'm about to find out"
Renée replied

"Have a seat, can I get you anything; coffee, water?"
Mr. Robinson enquired

"I'm fine Detective, tell me about my husband."
Renée replied

"Mrs. Anderson, do you recognize this woman?"
Mr. Robinson asked

"Yes, that's Catherine"
Renée replied

"May I ask how do you know Ms. Hutchinson?"
He added

"She ummm....she was having an affair with my husband."
She replied

"Did you confront your husband about it?"
He asked

"Yes I did"
She replied

"May I ask where?"
He asked

"At home."
She replied

"Can you specify where exactly at home?"
He further enquired

"In the kitchen."
She added

"In the Kitchen, isn't that a coincidence? How did that make you feel?"
He enquired

"Are you kidding me, how do you expect me to feel, I was pissed, I was angry, heartbroken but we have learnt to value each other and we overcame that obstacle; why is that a coincidence? I'm here for a statement regarding my husband and now it feels like I'm being interrogated!!"
Renée replied

"Mrs. Anderson, Catherine Hutchinson was found dead in her home several weeks after her parole; she was found with her neck slashed, her hands handcuffed and a note written beside her body saying 'NOW IT IS!!!'. does any of this sounds familiar to you?"
Mr. Robinson asked

"Is it supposed to?"
Renée asked

"I'm asking you."
He added

"What are you implying detective? Do you think I had something to do with her dead?" Renée asked

"You know what, I dont have to do this, just tell me about my husband please."
Renée replied

"I'm pleased to tell you that your husband is free of all charges and he is now with your sister in the precinct, he was arrested since the handcuff on the body of the deceased matches with his serial number, therefore it belongs to him."
He outlined

"Mike!!! Oh Thank God, I know my husband, he is not a Murderer.
Thank you Jesus, wait that means he must have been framed. Does that still makes him a suspect?"
She added

"Not entirely, we have found new evidence that proves your husband's innocence and also reveals the identity of our killer."
Mr. Robinson replied

"Who?"
Renée asked

"I'm afraid that would be you Mrs. Anderson."
Mr. Robinson stated

"What!!!!"
Renee exclaimed

"Do you recognize this Mrs. Anderson?"
Mr. Robinson enquired

"That's my lipstick, where did you get that?" Renée replied

"We searched your home while you were by your best friend, Charlotte, if I'm not mistaken; here's the warrant if you're wondering, and we found a lipstick in the bin, which matches the exact one that was used to write the letter we found at the crime scene, we found your finger prints on the murder weapon, where its no coincidence that the very knife is missing from your kitchen. We also found this letter, which is totally identical to the one at the crime scene however this one was found in your house." He added

"I received that letter in the mail!!! Twice!!!What the hell is going on here? I found it in the mail. It had no name, no address, it just said THIS ISN'T OVER!!! I thought it was just weird, you have to believe me!!!!!!"
She cried

"Could you please read the letter we found in your house?"
He asked

"This isn't Over."
She read

"Now read this one we found at the crime scene."
He added

"Now it is; I know how this sounds, but you gotta understand that Ive been framed!!!" Renée cried

"So you supposedly received a letter from an unknown source, I'm guessing from Catherine, saying 'This isn't Over' and at the crime scene, we found your prints on the murder weapon, which is a knife currently missing from your kitchen; a handcuff on the body of the deceased that belongs to your husband and the lipstick in your home was used to write both letters. Is that right?"
He asked

"I don't know who, when, why or how, but I've been framed; I didn't murder Catherine"
Renée replied

"Here's how I see it; You couldnt bear to see your husband with Catherine, so immediately as you learnt that she was on parole, you went over to her house, knocked her out and handcuffed her, killed her with the knife from your kitchen and as a motive of an alibi you wrote and mailed the letter to your home so it would seem like you received a threat."
Mr. Robinson deduced

"That's propostrous!!
I did not kill her!!"
Renée shouted

"You can tell that to the court in your briefing, but until then, you'll be detained in our hold up. You might not think that you murdered Ms. Hutchinson, but I'm sorry to break it to you, the evidence says otherwise."
He replied

"Officer Dawkins!!"
He shouted

"Sir?"
The Officer replied

"Take her away."
Detective Robinson added

"No!!!! I did not kill her let go off me!!!!"
Renée screamed

"Ma'am if you continue like this, I'm going to have to charge you for resisting arrest." Officer Dawkins stated

~Coming out of the Interrogation room~

"Why is Renée in cuffs?"
Michelle questioned

"Hey get your hands off my sister!!!! Where are they taking her? let me go!!!! Renée!!!" Michelle screamed
as Mike held her with all his might

"It's okay, it's okay, we'll get to the bottom of this; they're charging her for murder."
Mike replied

"What!!!!! Michelle replied Renée didnt kill anyone!!!!"
She exclaimed

"I know that, I've already called Thomas and Henry and they are doing all they can to find who could behind all this, I will not lose her again."
He replied

"My Sister is in jail because of your stupid mistakes, if you didnt cheat on her we wouldnt be in this mess."
Michelle added

"Don't you think I know that, there's not a day that goes by where I don't regret what I have done, I am sorry okay, but blaming me about my actions will my wife out of this mess, so please can we go home and figure this out." Mike replied

"Okay, I took the kids to Charlotte's, she agreed to take care of them until all this is over, but just so you know, Renae has always been fighting for me, it's time we fought for her."
Michelle replied

"Come on let's go"
Mike responded

Into the elevator, Michelle and Mike stepped,
Knowing shed be leaving her sister behind; Michelle wept.
Did Renée really kill Catherine? Is Mike to be blamed?
I mean, the evidence is legit, or was she framed?
