Chanyeol's POV

I sighed and looked around the room at the shocked faces, silently stressed. That $30,000 worth of money, was supposed to go into EXO, preparing for their new comeback. The comeback might have to be set back because of this situation.

I had a big suspicion that it was either one of the trainees, the staff, or some robber that somehow snuck into the SM building.

"That money was to be used for EXO's comeback." One of the staff explained with a serious tone. "You can all understand why this is very important."

"Can't you guys check the security cameras?" Someone piped up. I saw that it was a trainee whom I didn't know of.

The staff shook her head. "This leads to what we were going to talk about next. We checked the security footage, and the robber hid their face well. But," She paused and went to her laptop, pulling something up into the front screen. "We know that they were wearing a jacket like this."

The picture showed someone with a skinny figure, slightly short, and by the looks of it, their body shape looked female. They wore a black jacket with the hood covering their head, and the words 'GRIME' shown on the back of it.

"Someone in this room, unless it was an outsider, has stolen money from SM. Please give us the money back, as this is no joke. EXO must have a comeback this season, and it will be difficult to do it bankrupt. I hope you understand the seriousness of this situation. If anyone knows anything about the robber, or the money, please contact any of us right away." The staff paused. "That is it. You are all dismissed, please keep an eye out."

Everyone filed out the room looking stressed. I looked at our leader, worriedly. "This is no joke."

"Yeah. It's pretty worrying. I hope the person turns themselves in." Junmyeon replied with a sigh.

Aemi's POV

I looked at Rina, who was awfully silent. "Who do you think stole it?"

"How would I know?" She asked. "I kind of feel bad for EXO though."

"Omo Rina actually cares about something for once."

Rina rolled her eyes. "Whatever."

We arrived at our dorm and got ready for sleep. My phone ringed and I saw that it was Chanyeol.

Park Chanyeol: Its such a bummer that all that money was stolen :/

Me: Yeah...it's really selfish of the person who stole it.

Park Chanyeol: I agree. I'm a bit disappointed too that we might not have a comeback soon

Me: I'm sure they'll return it. I'd feel terrible if I stole that much, they'll break soon enough.

Park Chanyeol: True that. I'm off to bed now, goodnight Aemi ❤️

Me: Night Yeollie~❤️

I put my phone down next to me and drifted off to sleep, oblivious of the rustling noises that Rina was making down in the bottom bunk.

The next morning, I was busy practicing a new dance choreography the teacher assigned to us all. It's only been a few days and I'm exhausted. Not to mention my stress piling up from law school. I didn't know if I wanted to quit just yet, but balancing two different occupations were just too much for me to handle.

I sighed and grabbed an energy drink from the vending machine.

"Aemi-ah!" A deep voice cheerfully called.

I spun around, meeting Chanyeol's face. "Chanyeol!"

"Are you training?" He asked me.

"Yeah. We're rehearsing this choreography and it's so hard. I just want to lay down and sleep." I whined.

Chanyeol patted my head. "You can do it! I saw you dancing once, you're pretty bad."

"Yah!" I hit his arm and he winced in pain.

"But it's okay, because I'm bad at dancing too. You'll only get better."

"Thanks Chanyeol."

"Where did you go yesterday?" He asked.

"I met up with Hyebin, she's moving." I said grimly.

"Really? Did she tell Kyungsoo?"

"I told her she should, and she said she would." I said. "She's leaving exactly a week from now."

"I see...you must be pretty sad."

"I am, she's my best friend, after all."

"I'll be your best friend too!!"

I rolled my eyes. "What about what you said that night huh? 'We can be whatever you want us to be'." I mocked his words and giggled.

He looked away embarrassingly. "That was supposed to be a serious moment!"

I laughed. "It's seriously so odd that we ended up living on the same level."

"It sure is. It's destiny~"

"That's so cheesy Chanyeol."

"Hehe. That just means I'll get to see you more."

I shook my head. "Nope~ my roommate will kick your butt."

"Is that a threat?" He asked.

"Yes." I nodded as I made side-eyes him, taking a sip of my drink.

Chanyeol smirked. "I'll hang out with you everyday so don't worry."

I scoffed and walked into an empty hang-out room. It was used usually for meetings and casual get together. I went in there to grab a granola bar, with Chanyeol trailing me like a lost puppy. "I gotta go back to practice now Chanyeol."

"Mkay~" Chanyeol said, blocking the way in front of me. "Hey..."

The mood changed instantly and we both got quiet.

I noticed Chanyeol's face getting closer and immediately inched my face back. "U-uh..."

"Just one." He said as he closed the distance between our lips.

My heart thumped as I kissed back. I felt my face heated up like an oven.

Chanyeol's arms went around my waist, and my arms going around his neck as we deepened the kiss.

"Yah! Aemi you bit-"

Chanyeol and I immediately separated each other and looked at the doorway in shock.

Rina looked at our flushed faces with wide eyes. "U-uh sorry! You guys can...continue. Gotta go-" She bolted out of the room in the matter of seconds.

My face heated up like a tomato as I looked at Chanyeol in shock. I buried my face in my hands and cried out in frustration.

"I wasn't expecting that to happen..." Chanyeol laughed nervously and rubbed the back of his neck.

"If this gets out and I get attacked by your army of fangirls, I'm blaming you." I said.

"I didn't know you were such a good kisser anyways."

"YAH!" I slapped his arm and stomped out of the room in embarrassment. God dammit now I have to talk to Rina and then somehow talk to Chanyeol without getting embarrassed because I'll freaking remember this every time I talk to him THIS IS A WHOLE BIG MESS!!!!! I wailed into the air, causing a bunch of other people to look at me weirdly. "What are you looking at?!" I snapped back at them and huffed.
