She was surprised that how he got to know.

Al(turning): C'mon Avni, itni badi heels pehnegi to kisi ko bhi pta chl jayega aur tere alawa koi aur hota to abhi tk awaaz lga chuka hota.

A(picking up some boxes): Ha ha tu bahut intelligent h.

She went and kept them in the shelf.

Ali knew what she was talking about but as planned he didn't say anything.

Though Avni was disappointed that no one remembered her birthday, she understood that the recent circumstances were not so favourable, so leaving everything she started helping Ali. Both the frnds talked and laughed while working.

Al: Oye idiot, vha nhi, udhar rkhna h.

A: Ali tu na abhi bhi nhi sudhra. (Keeping the box and hitting his head a bit) Ali tera kya hoga Ali😆?

They looked at each other and bursted in fits of laughter.

Ali was standing there taken aback by her words. Did she just confess that she loved him?

To confirm his doubt Ali asked her.

Al(trying to hide his excitement and behaving as normal as he could) : Avni tune kha ki tu mujhse pyaar krti h ?

Ali smiled foolishly listening her words. Avni went towards the table and picked up her purse and the car keys.

A: Achha Ali, ab m chlti hu. Bebe ki tabiyat khrab h, mujhe jldi pahuchna hoga. Neil bhi kafi tensed tha.

Ali didn't reply, instead went near her and hugged her tightly. Though Avni had hugged Ali numerous times but she didn't know why she felt different and kind of uncomfortable this time. She broke the hug and started moving but Ali's words compelled her to hault her steps.

Al: Mujhe pta tha tu bhi mujhse pyaar krti h, Avni. Ab tu chinta mt kr. Neil aur sabko m sambhal lunga aur tujhe iss zabardasti k rishte me ab nhi rehna padega. Hm jld hi tera Neil se divorce krake shaadi kr lenge.

Avni was not able to understand anything going on, so she sat down on a chair and gulped down a glass of water that was kept on the table. She closed her eyes and analysed everything. Avni felt like punching herself for creating such a misunderstanding but at the same time she was shocked with Ali's behaviour.

Ali was noticing Avni. He found her stressed so placing a chair in front of her, he sat there and took her hands in his. Avni got startled and pulled her hands back.

Al: Avni, kya hua? Sb thik h na? Uss Neil ne tujhe blackmail kiya h kya iss rishte ko banaye rkhne k liye? Hmm? Bol na.

Avni stood up and moved a bit far from the table as she couldn't face Ali after whatever happened.

Avni turned to leave but got shocked seeing Neela standing there who herself was shocked hearing everything.

Though Neil had decided to go with the flow after Neela's suggestion, he couldn't take out the visions of Avni's confession in the cafe from his mind. He went to a corner to calm himself down. Due to the over excitement of Avni's birthday and then their little moment, he almost forgot about morning incident but seeing Ali and Avni together, everything played like a movie in front of him. He took sometime to compose himself and came back for her happiness. And ofc he didn't know the whole truth. He didn't know "The other half of it".

Voice: Mujhe dhundha ja rha h?

Avni and Dd turned and saw Neil. Avni felt something different about Neil's behaviour. His face didn't have the same glow like always but she thought that maybe she was overthinking. Dd left from there.

N(chuckling): Itna over confidence madam?

A: Over confidence nhi Mr. Khanna ise self confidence kehte h.

N: Achha ji?
