Im dead tired

My reasoning, sent to Panini:
'its past midnight, im tired and just got back from a different country after walking like 10km and taking a flight, and i wrote that piece of helpful stuff i just posted'

i am a sleep-deprived individual who is very confused
why, if i sleep at 3:30am in rome and wake up 3 hours later, am i fine for the whole day, am I fine, when in britain i sleep for 8 hours and cannot last the day?

anyway, i might 'pass out' (SLEEP, I MEAN SLEEP) soon
