Wish: To have more knowledge than anyone in the world/For her brother(Spike) to walk/For her brother(Shining Armour) to get his dream job
Wish Notes: in every timeline, her wish is heavily different, all based on influence. When she spends more time with family and friends, she makes selfless wishes; when she's left to her own devices, she tends to make selfish ones. There is one timeline that she makes explode by wishing to not be a magical girl at all.

Summary:
First Timeline: Approached first to be a magical girl, at the same time as five other girls she didn't know all that well. A selfish girl then, she wished to have more knowledge than any human in existence. The other girls approached her to be her friend, but She refused. She died in her first week of being a magical girl, because she suddenly had the knowledge that witches were once magical girls, couldn't fight them knowing it, and also with the fact that she insisted on going alone to the fatal witch fight.

Wish: For someone to be happy.
Wish Notes: In the first timeline, she wants Maud, her sister, to be happy. In the next few, it's Twilight. In one timeline, she makes a wish so that everyone can be happy.

Other: Comes from a long line of psychics, and begins to have awareness of other timelines and other fates of her friends.
Summary:
1st: She makes the wish for her sister Maud, to be happy, as she suffers from NPD and depression. In this timeline she has to use powers to destroy it, after a future self informs her that her timeline is doomed without twilight alive.
2nd: aware of the timelines, she takes a while with her wish, finally wishing again for Twilight and Maud to both be happy.
'Rebellion' Timeline: She wishes for the whole world to be happy, and ends up with a soul gem much bigger than herself because of the pure selflessness of her wish. She also ends up dying, and becomes DIANNE, the most powerful witch of any timeline.

Applejack
Wish: In most timelines, she doesn't make a wish, or takes too long. Theres only one accessible time where she finally makes her wish-- for the entire world to be unable to lie.

Rainbow Dash
Wish: Always to prove her worth, except once, where she wishes to have the power to travel and destroy timelines at will.
Others: Rainbow is never quite aware of the timelines, except in one timeline, where pinkie and fluttershy are killed while trying to convince her not to make a contract. Here is where she makes her wish to destroy timelines.

?? Tineline: This timeline isnt explicitly shone, but is known to be a plane of existence where the mane six were aproached at different times, alone. So here, fluttershy, pinkie, and rarity are already magical girls. Fluttershy and pinkie, rainbow's closest friends, follow Kyubey to the edge of a Witch barrier, where it tries to propose a contact to RD. However, as soon as the process is explained, and as soon as the two warn their friend against the dangers, they are sucked into the barrier. Fluttershy and Pinkie attempt to fight, but the Void Witch is too strong, and they are killed, forcing Rainbow to flee.
Kyubey then proposes again, and Rainbow accepts, with the wish to be able to travel and destroy timelines at will. She becomes a mysterious antagonist, wishing to completely overtake and ruin all timelines, sparing any non-magical girl pinkies or fluttershies. This spares the next alpha timeline, when she decides to let a special pre-wish pinkie go free.
In that same timeline, she is finally killed, by that timeline's Rainbow, and takes off her mask, finally revealing the much older face of herself.
