Also, Alfred is a binge eater, with a huge weakness for tears and cute boys.

So Matt nearly starves, finds Alfred who goes through his 'weakness for cute boys and tears' sequence, and tries to help him get through it, offering him food.

And Alfred gets him to a nice ghouls place and it's like

Also Ludwig is a human who Feli is absolutely smitten with, and so, spends as much time as possible with, hiding that he's a ghoul.
And he keeps getting himself sick from eating Life it's cooking, but he choked it down because he loves him too much to choke up something Luddy worked so hard on.
Roma is not amused.

Prussia is a rare ghoul with two kagune, the Bikaku and the Ukaku. Hes a surviving ghoul, who meets Matthew at a ghoul shelter. He's selectively mute, and, as Matthew finds out after getting him to open up, is just the same as him. A half breed, except that he was born instead of made. This causes his naturally red eyes. After becoming close to Matthew, and opening up to him, Gil(Prussia) slowly reveals his true, bombastic, obnoxious nature, and his protectiveness of those he manages to get close to.

Cue jealous binge eater who wants the cute half breed all to himself.

Japan is kinda this really quiet innocent type eater who never seems to be affected by eating humans, but the truth is that every day Feli has to comfort him, wiping his tears, because he feels so bad about it.

Romano, again, is a grumpy chef who's trying to find a way to combine human food and ghoul food. He ends up taking Matt under his wing, similar to how touka does to kaneki.

America: very obviously a binge eater, but with a weakness for tears. So when he encounters the resident freaked out half ghoul and sees them crying he just "shit shit shit hey now don't cry are you hungry you can have a little like A LITTLE but seriously don't cry I can't deal with tears" and I feel like any of the kagune could got him, but ukaku would be most fitting with his love of flying.

Italy and Romano: They're a strange mix between gourmets and surviving. I feel like their main thing should be that they work at a cafe trying to find SOME way to combine human food and ghoul food. So far, very unsuccessful. Twin Bikaku would be cool. Maybe Roma would be a suffering more than a surviving, and Ita more an innocent.
