~Short but next chapter coming quickly~
Niall flicked the lights on. "Happy birthday Ap, I am mad at you because you didn't tell me when your birthday was." He chuckled in the middle of his sentence "But your probably the best friend I have ever had and you deserve it. We haven't been friends for long, but" he paused. "you'll always be my girl" he winked at the end. He was right, I had only known him for a couple months.
He almost made me cry with the last part. 'You'll always be my girl' it's engraved in my head. I'll never forget that.

It was breath taking! Fairy lights hung all over the door giving it a warm and cosy feeling. On the floor there was loads of pillows, duvets and blankets everywhere. A big TV in the middle of the room which had Netflix already loaded and the smell of fresh popcorn wafted through the air. "Ni" was all I managed to get out after what he said and this, I couldn't believe it. To some people this wouldn't be much, to me it was the world.

I haven't had a lot of friends in the past but he was a keeper. "You like it?" He asked hopefully, my hand still interlocked with his warm one.
I looked at him in the eye and kissed his cheek, luckily for me Niall and I were about the same height. His worried expression changed into a massive smile. "This is incredible, no one has ever done this for me before. You didn't have to do this, its just me" I said. I felt bad, it looked like he had gone to a lot of trouble getting this ready for me, why? It's just me.
He pulled on my hand so I was now facing him, "Ap, like I said you deserve this. You haven't had it easy and to be fair nor have I, so I think we need this. A break from everything" he said.
He pulled me through to the bed room, went to the cupboard and chucked one of his hoodies and trackies at me, seeing as we were both soaking wet from the water balloons. I realised the clothes he threw at me were the ones I wore on the first day I met Niall. This week has been the best week of my life, I gained someone I didn't want to loose. Ever. I love my Niall.
He looked at me, my eyes tearing. I managed to wipe them back before he saw, I went into the bathroom to get changed. I fixed my hair and face. When I came out Niall was on his phone leaning against the bed post, he looked up and saw me, he smiled and outstretched his hand towards me. I took it and he interlocked out hands together. We walked through, back to the living room.

All of a sudden Niall let go of my hand, ran and jumped in to the pile of pillows and duvets.
He popped his head out from the pile. I giggled and followed him, I tucked jumped into the pile and scrambled around to find an exit. "Niall I'm stuck" I said, not being able to find an exit through all of the pillows and duvets. "Come here" I heard him muffle before there was a soft light hitting my eyes. I finally made it out (with Niall's help) and I sat up. "Thank you" I said. "No worries Ap" he replied.

Niall stood up and went over to get the TV controller, "what movie?" he asked once he had found it. "Stepbrothers!" I almost yelled. It was my favourite movie by far, he pointed the controller at the screen and flicked through the movies until we found stepbrothers, he came and sat back down next to me.
The movie finally started. I had built an amazing bed out of the pillows and duvets for us the sit in, Niall sat next to me with a bowl of fresh pop corn and a can of coke. He had handed me a can too, he placed the bowl in the middle of us. As the film started to play he leant across and said "come closer" in my ear, I turned my head to face him and he winked. Such a flirt i thought as I giggled to myself.
I scooted closer to Niall, he moved the bowl out of the way. Once I was in his reach he grabbed my hips and pulled me into his chest. As the film went on Niall started to play with my hair, I looked up at him. His face covered in concentration as he attempted to plate my hair. "Niall what are you doing?" I laughed. "Nothing, just playing" he said innocently, dropping my hair and focusing back on the film. I grabbed my phone and looked at the clock, it was around 12 o'clock. Wow time went fast with this boy, Niall paused the film and got up to get food. Right on time I thought, I always say that Niall's world revolves around food.

I sat on my phone for about 5 minutes, then Niall came back with 2 trays all of food. "Jeez Ni" I said, sucking in breath. How the hell can he eat all of that? "Want some?" He asked. I looked at all the food on the tray, i nodded as he handed me a tray and we ate for ages.

Niall and I had made the biggest, comfiest fort ever. It took us about 2 hours to make because Niall's kept falling on it or breaking it, we restarted about 6 times.
Him and I fell asleep in it, i only just woke up and I remembered dad was at home, I didn't want to leave him. I bugged Niall to try and wake him up, "Niall?" I asked. Nothing. I got up and went through to the bedroom, found a note pad and pen. I wrote a note to Niall so he wouldn't be confused when he woke up:
'To Ni.
Thanks to you I have had the best birthday ever! Thank you so much, I didn't want to leave but I didn't want to leave dad hanging. I can't say thank you enough.

I left my wet clothes in the shower with Niall's, we could sort that out tomorrow. I walked out the door of the tree house out my phone in my pocket and just as i began to start climbing down someone stopped me and hugged me from behind. "Love you too" spoke an soft Irish accent. I guess he read the letter, I smiled at Niall, "come one your dads waiting" I climbed down the ladder with Niall behind me, I figured by now that he liked walking be home. I wasn't going ague with him . We got to the bottom, "get on" he said, gesturing for me to get on his back. I jumped on to his back and he started to run out of the garden and down the street fast. We got to my front door in about 30 seconds thanks to Niall's running. "There you go" he said, setting me down. We walked down my drive way "thank you Niall, do you want to come in for a bit of cake? Seeing as you did get me here super fast" he chuckled. "I'll let your dad have you now, don't want to hog you from him" he said has he shoved his hands in his pockets. "Okay Ni, I'll see you tomorrow?" I asked. "Of corse" he replied. He gave me a 'Horan hug' which I loved very much. "Bye Ni, love you"
