Today too he was early to school. Getting in, he opened his old-rusty locker to see an envelope falling through. 

Looking at it, his mouth unknowingly twitched when he hurriedly grabbed it and tore it open, not before checking if he had an audience.

You know appreciation is the best thing, you could give a person. Your words could make someone's day. So here I am penning down a couple of points I like about you. ( Well it's hard since I like everything about you. But I am gonna list it ok? ) 

~ You are very Kind - before you think I lost my mind completely. No, I am absolutely fine. It's because you can never see a person suffering. You can't love, I know you. Don't deny. 

~ Your smile, whenever you are near to your loved ones. Especially your baby sister. ( Honestly, I live for that smile. So, never lose it. Be it near your friends, not a problem. Just don't lose it ok? ) 

~ Don't get this into your head, but you are exceptionally handsome and smokingly hot. I don't really know how the other girls are keeping their sanity and not approaching you. Guess, your threatening did really work.

That day neil had an amazingly good day. He was at peace comparatively. He didn't know if it was because of the note he received earlier or due to some other reason. But slowly, he was at ease. 

" Wooh, someone is in a good mood today " teased Ali looking at his friend. 

Sensing the reason " Another note? " asked DD curiously. 

Neil just nodded and gave them the letter. There was nothing these three hide from each other. 

" Man, she's head over heels for you! You are lucky " grinned Ali happily. 

" Dude, she's a keeper. If you find her don't lose her. Else, I or someone else would go after her definitely " said DD testing his temper.

Hearing DD talks about his admirer something had stirred in him.

It feels good to hear that. His heart leaped out of his chest for the first time. 

What's with him, these days! He Chided himself.

Angry at himself " I don't want her, you can go ahead " said neil and left.

Avni had a half day today. Since she was free if assignments she headed directly to siya. 

As she knocked over, she found and women standing there looking at her skeptically. She was the babysitter neil has assigned for mornings and afternoons and in the evening Avni.

Introducing herself as a babysitter too, Avni entered in. 

She found Siya playing inside the tent with little animals around her. 

Her heart melted at the sight of Siya. She was really a bundle of joy.

A little later, Neil entered the house to find it empty but bless his hearing senses, he heard soft giggling from Siya's room. 

Panicked, he rushed there, only to see his lil bundle of joy and Avni playing, not bothering the world. It was a sight to watch. 

He didn't realize he was looking at them most precisely her, till he hears a knock on the front door. That's when Avni turned and looked at him with her big doe eyes. 

He stood there motionless drowning in her big hazel brown eyes. But, snapped out of it a second later and return back to his fireball form. 

Avni mentally chuckled for predicting him. 

Neil immediately hurried to the front door, opening it Ali and DD entered. 

Just then they heard a huge cry from Siya's room that made the three of them the possessive alpha male and headed into it. 

But, what they saw blew their mind. 

They saw Avni cradled their siya on her torso and feeding her milk from the bottle with a little hum of music which made siya stop fretting and have her supper. 

The three of them stood there, watching their bundle of joy. But, it was one person who was looking at Avni rather than siya.

It was neil. He was calculating this girl in his mind. He couldn't seem to get her off his mind from yesterday. 

After siya savored the entire milk " Burrppp " she burped indicating she was full which earned a mouthful of chuckles. 

Siya fell asleep in Avni's arms itself. When she was struggling to get siya out of her arms and place her on the bed. 

Surprisingly, Neil reacted much before than any of them by approaching Avni, making her aware of his presence. 

He took siya softly from Avni that resulted in him making contact with her hand sending her shivers down her spine. 

A mere touch of him can do miracles to her.

Neil was totally aware of his effect on her. And, it would certainly be not true if he's not enjoying. 

It was boosting his ego. This was a new feeling for him. And, he was definitely enjoying it. 

After placing siya on bed DD was the first one to speak 

" So, Avni Ayesha, huh? The famous singer from the college? " grinned DD at her.

Avni was shocked would be an understatement. She was terrified, what if they find out it was her. The secret admirer. 

" Oh, it's you? We heard you sing so well! " exclaimed Ali. 

So she was in the same college, as i. But I threatened everyone to stay away, then how Neil thought. 

" Um, yeah. It's me. Thanks " smiled Avni.

The evening passed like a blink of an eye. Avni was engrossed in her fireball's thoughts. 

Ali and DD left after some time. Neil also left to his room immediately after they left. 

Siya woke up again, got fed and slept. 

It's a blessing, Avni thought. 

How she wished to be a baby again. So selfless, so innocent. 

Those were the days Avni crave for. 

And, the time she should leave came faster than expected. 

Gathering her stuff, she turned to leave only to see her fireball with his bundle of joy cradling over his chest. 

Looking so carefree, Avni literally had tears in her eyes. She wished he would this way, forever. 

But, that would be impossible, she thought and dodged the thought. 

" I'll be going then, " said Avni to leave. 

But, her heart was not willing to leave. She wanted to take a last glimpse of siya. 

Gathering enough courage she went near neil who was surprised to see her approaching him. 

But then it all made sense when she whispered a little bye and good night in the small ears of siya and pecked her forehead. 

After that, she waved at him and muttered " Good night, neil " 

He has no idea what had happened, but he quickly said " Avni " 

She thought it was a dream but glancing up he saw looking at her as if waiting for response had concluded everything. 

She was happy. Freaking happy to hear him call her name. 

" Yeah, " she asked turning back to him. 

" Th-thank you! " he said and left not bothering to hear her reply. 

Woah! It's a progress, she thought. 

So the secret admirer has taken a toll on him, she said to herself proudly for making him learn some human-like habits. 

What to do, his heart is empty. Except for the fireball that filled inside. 

She couldn't help but love him more.

She saw love in empty hearts.

Okay. I know, I know! I am giving update daily. Just because I already have my draft ready and I like notes and stuff.

A good note of appreciation and a simple token of kindness is enough to make a person happy. Words have that kind of power. It can make someone's day.

It can either make someone's happy or crush them with misery.
