Neil received a call the evening, as said by Ali and DD. He also told them to come little later as she already has a nanny for the morning when he left to college, but later in the evening, she would be left alone with him. That's when he wants a babysitter.

Sighing, he was up early, perks of being kiddos in the house, he thought.

He sat on his bike, the only one he loves after his family and Friends. Put on the helmet and left to college.

He took his time to get off the bike and walk to his locker and opened it.

To his habit, he got another letter today. No matter how much he hates socializing and people he could get used of this notes pretty well.

I heard that you savored my biriyani? At least my cooking skills aren't that, bad. Thank goodness! But today I want to tell something, it's pretty serious! c' mon, don't roll your eyes. There avni just sat pondering over something so engrossed she didn't even felt a presence beside her.

" Avnii, kaha kho gayi hain bhai? " asked Ria looking at her.

As if you don't know, avni thought.

" Uh huh, kuch nahi. " said avni trying to hide a hue of pink on her cheeks at the mere mention of him.

As if reading her Ria comes a bit closer to avni " Why don't you tell him it's you, huh? It's been 8 months Avni. Tu daily use likthi hain. Kuch na kuch. Aur wo reoly bhi nahi kartha. Woh use samhal ke raktha bhi hsin, ya trash main phekega, we don't know. How much patience you have avni? " asked ria.

She was done waiting for her friend to be happy.

" I don't really know ria. That's the reason maine part time karne ke liye apply Kiya. At least this was uska thoughts se deviate hogi " she said sighing.

" But, he has the right to know Avni. You know that! "

" Nah ria. He'll never know how strongly a girl once loved him " muttered Avni proudly.

" Every inch of him. " added ria.

Time was running. Avni was already late to her part-time. She called them yesterday to get all the details and formality to be ready. And, to her luck they accepted her.

Going to the given address they shared her, she knocked on the door and waited patiently for someone to open it.

It was a 2- story house which was pretty big and comfortable to stay for someone.

Opening the door here stood an entity with nothing but shorts and a tank top with a baby on his arms who was crying, screaming her heart out. And he with a multiple frowns on his face, distress, and helplessness but, trying to figure out what to do.

This was the sight, she could be used to, she thought!

She never thought she would be in his house. It was like a dream come true. But the only difference was he doesn't even know who she is. She is a complete stranger to him. And to him, a stranger is a danger.

" Come in, " he said and closed the door behind her.

" So, you are the babysitter, " he asked her glaring.

" Yeah " she replied softly.

" Do you even know how to handle kids? " he stated rudely.

Better than you, Avni thought.

As much as she loved him, but she could never tolerate someone being a male chauvinist pig. And not certainly him.

" Yes, I very well know how to handle kids, " she said calmly.

Her calmness was igniting him. Why is she so patient even though he is behaving rudely with her.

" Who are you even, why do I trust you with my baby sister? " he yelled making his sister stir in fear and cry.

Completely unaware of what to do, he stood there like a statue.

Sighing, Avni grabbed siya from a surprised neil and started rocking her back and humming a rhyme.

Surprisingly, siya became silent and started playing with Avni's hair and giggling throughout.

The whole exchange that was visible to the neil and two more entities who just entered the house were amazed by Avni's powers.

Knowing neil who blows every opportunity Ali took the honors to approach them.

" Hey " Ali called out so that Avni could turn and face him.

As she turned skeptically " You got the job. You know the timings right? Till 9 or 10 depending upon siya when she sleeps. And some other days it might be more behind time than usual. Are you okay with this? "

" Yes, absolutely! " said an excited Avni.

Chuckling they both looked back to a furiously looking neil.

This guy really has some issues.

News flash, it's the same guy you've fallen for, Avni thought.

The three of them left Avni who was trying to make milk for his sister Siya.

Grabbing neil to his room they shut the door behind and landed on his bed.

" Before you yell at me, she is the right person to be a babysitter. You saw how siya was enjoying herself near her. " Ali explained.

Sighing they nodded and started to do their today's assignments the faculty have given them.

Out of a sudden DD yelled " Guys, do you know her name? She seemed familiar to me "

" I- uh, don't remember her name. " said neil sheepishly.

Who are they even bothered to ask they thought " Dude, you don't remember her details and yet, you gave her the responsibility of siya? At least know her name. What if she be some killer? " snapped Ali.

He was tired of neil being careless. He was done trying. His patience had come to an end.

Heading down they saw  Avni who had her hands on a peaceful sleeping Siya. Both were fast asleep.

Avni tightened her hold on Siya when she squirmed a bit in her arms.

Ali and DD chuckled at the gesture but neil, being neil had an impassive look on his face.

As if sensing their presence Avni took her time to open her eyes and look three guys glaring at her mainly their little bundle of joy.

Strolling like a king neil stood before Avni and before she knew what he was up to he picked up Siya gently from her into his arms.

She snuggled into his chest as if it was normal to her. That made, Avni's heart leaps with joy.

That's the rarest time she had seen him smile. And now again He had a smile on his face rocking siya gently he was out of her sight within no time.

She sighed lightly pondering over when would she get that kind of attention from him.

But then, immediately her mind said Never, making her eyes flow with tears.

" Uh, hey! Will you do me a favor and write to details again? And later that you could leave and come tomorrow again at the same time. Will that be okay? " asked DD softly.

" Um, yeah! " Avni said without thinking and left. 

So, hey!
