Robby was working out in the lot, all day Mr. Larusso hand Robby working super hard

He said it was because Mr. Larusso was teaching him "karate" but as you sat in your spot as usual, you just seen him doing lots and lots of chores, and hard work

You were going to find Robby out in the lot, when you seen Amanda, Danial, and Robby talking so you hurried over and hugged him and he rubbed your back 

"Hey, Mr. Larusso I'm all done" He mutters holding a bunch of rags, out of breath 

"Really?" Danial mutters and looks around "Both lots?" Danial says as Robby looks at another lot of cars...

"Bullshit! You said you were going to teach me karate, I'm just doing your shitty chores!" Robby says raising his voice you could tell he was mad, he throws his rags down and grabs your hand walking off with you

Robby set you down on a chair, you were at a diner because Robby was on his lunch break and he was meeting up with Trey and Cruz 

Plus you were starving 

"Robby!" You whine, and grab his hand as he sat down

"I'm going to dieeeeee" You sniffle and he chuckles, 

"Yes yes, I have your usual coming, fries and a grilled cheese like always right pumpkin" He says and you nod 

It wasn't too hard memorizing what you loved to eat, since you usually eat it so often 

Soon the waiter comes and sets a plate of fries down and you squeal and stim your fingers, 

"One plate of fries, 2 grilled cheese, a water and a coke yes?" She hums and Robby nods 

"Thank you" Robby smiles and nods at the waiter as she walks off, 

Robby grabs the ketchup and squirts it onto your plate, 

"Yo yo yo job kid!" You hear someone say as Robby puts the ketchup back, it was Trey and Cruz as they pulled back their chairs and sat down 

You take a bite of your grilled cheese, munching with a big smile on your face 

"Nice shirt bro" Cruz comments 

"Man looks like he's taking that job real serious, I thought you just wanted to piss off your dad?" Trey asks a bit annoyed 

Robby shrugs, "I am, I'm gonna quit soon" Robby says with a bit of uncertainty 

"No Robby no quitting" You mutter taking a bite and he squeezes your hand and smiles at you 

"Okay, cool. We got an idea we wanna run by you" Trey says and Robby shakes his head 

"I'm on lunch break" He says and rubs your back 

"No were not talking about today, were talking about tonight" Cruz says and sighs 

"Oh yeah?....yeah...what's the plan" He says a weary  smile on his face as he watches you eat then focuses on Cruz and Trey 

"Larusso's. Luxury. Motors." Trey states as Robby looks a bit worried 

"What are you talking about, we can't steal a car." Robby says a bit more stern, his eyes darting between the boys as he sits up strait

Trey scoffs, "Dude relax, were not gonna steal a car" Trey says 

"We want auto parts like, Rims stereos shit made out of chrome you know?" Cruz mutters shifting in his chair 

You sniffle and rub your nose as you watch them talk, as you can sense Robby uneasiness

"I don't know guys" Robby sighs and sits back 

"Dude you don't have to do anything, just give us the security code and we'll let ourselves in" Trey says as Robby frowns 

"Yeah but I don't have the code. I'm the new guy I don't even have a key to the bathroom" Robby says getting stern 

"I'm sure you could figure something out, you always do" Trey says a smirk on his face as you whine and get up, 

Robby grabs your waist and guides you to his lap and you lay your head on his shoulder 

"Unless he doesn't want to" Cruz says and looks at Trey 

"Oh then we'd have a bigger problem" Trey says getting serious and scowling at Robby 

"Yeah remember what we did to that bitch-ass kid over in Ventura?" Cruz says and looks at Trey 

"Oh yeah, that was unfortunate" Trey says, acting sarcastic

"But were not going to have a bigger problem are we Robby, we wouldn't want the girl getting hurt now would we" Trey says watching Robby with a keen eye as you start falling asleep on him, not catching onto the situation

Robby eyes dart back and fourth between the boys, with a cautious look 

"No. no we wont" Robby says and they start to laugh 

"Good, we'll expect to see you later tonight then" Cruz says as they get up and the screeching of the chairs awakes you and you whimper pushing on Robby's chest 

"Shh your ok, I'm sorry they woke you" He whispers holding you close his eyes looking off as he was in deep thought...

Once Robby was back at work Danial pulled him into his own office, and being was a little garden of like little mini trees 

You giggle and try to grab one but Robby quickly grabs your hand 

"Hey hey careful, don't hurt the little bonsai's" He says gently, grabbing a pair of scissors 

"Look watch what I do, we have to do it carefully" Robby says as he holds little scissors and cuts little parts off the trees 

"Oh shoot-" Robby says cutting off a big chuck of the little tree 

"How's it going" Danial asks, as he enters the litter gated room, 

"I'm sorry I suck at this" Robby says, 

"He's ruining your little trees mister" You mumble and Robby shakes his head and chuckles 

Danial scoffs, "Don't worry, I didn't get it either at first, Mr. Myagi had to teach me" Danial says grabbing a tree and looking over it as you giggle as the silly sounding name 

"Mr. Myagi...that's the guy who taught you kata right?" Robby asks as you fidget with the hem of your shirt 

"Yeah he was...a pretty special dude, he taught me a lot" He says and sets the tree down 

He takes a moment, before grabbing a pair of scissors, 

"Robby can I try?" You hum and pat him multiple times, 

"Sure but you gotta be careful alright?" He nods and hands you his scissors, and Danial hands Robby some new ones 

"Now what you gotta do is close your eyes, get everything out of your head, the only thing you can see is the tree" Danial says, 

And you sit on a stool and you close your eyes, copying what Robby was doing, as you peaked open with one of your eyes, 

"Think only the tree, then you visualize what you want that tree to look like and you make it happen" Danial says as Robby opens his eyes and looks over his tree 

You watch him with a close eye, and copy what he does with the scissors, taking little snips onto the little trees

You look at your tree and grin, trying to focus on snipping the tree, but it was hard as you got distracted by watching Robby and his little snips 

"There you go" Danial says smiling and Robby laughs 

"So this is obviously some kind of metaphor, the trees like my feelings or something" Robby grins as he watches Danial 

Danial scoffs, "Well, you are the tree Robby, you got strong roots, you know who you are right? so now all you gotta do is visualize what you want your future to look like" He says and nods

"And you missy, your tree looks amazing, have you done this before?" He jokes around and you giggle 

"Nuh uh! but I love playing with these small little trees" You coo and Danial smiles patting your back as he walks off, 

Robby gets a text message, and he frowns and you whimper 

"Robby why did your smile disappear" You huff and grab his arm 

"It's...nothing mkay, but we do have to stay a little later than usual okay? Will you be alright?" He asks and you nod quickly 

"As long as I get to snippy on these little trees" You grin and pet your small tree

"Hey, you stay in here okay? I have to go do something, I don't know how long its going to take but can you be a good girl and stay right here?" He hums and gives you a tight hug and you smile making little sounds 

"Yeah yeah i'll try Robby i'll try" You say hiding your face in in shoulder 

He hugs you and sighs, slowly pulling away and kissing your head, 

"I'll be back I promise pumpkin" He says and you nod watching him walk away 

In about 10 minutes you start to hear grunts and shouts, making you worried 

You whimper and stim your fingers, 

You get up and get out of the bonsai room, finding your way outside

"You better watch your ass" You hear Cruz says as you peak out the door, and see Robby against the wall, panting and with a bloodied lip 

"ROBBY" You shout and tear up, 

He scurry's to his feet and hurry's over to you

He wraps his arms around you and squeezes you tight, 

"Y/n, Y/n, shhhh I told you to stay inside" He whispers as you hide your face in his chest 

"But I heard loud sounds Robby" You whine as he wipes the tears from your eyes, 

"You wanna go home now? I bet you're hungry yes? I'll go make whatever you pick" He smiles and you nod sniffling 

"I'm sorry pumpkin I'm so sorry" He hushes as he holds your hand walking along as he comforts you

"Is Robby ok?" You ask reaching for his lip and he grabs your hand

"I'm ok, I'm tough, just like you" He smiles and pokes your nose 

You nod and lay your head on him, and he picks you up, carrying you home~
