She tried messaging him but he didn't reply that day. Not even the next day. But she still didn't lose hope.

Every time there was a ping she'd look for his text but to her disappointment, it wasn't him. As if he just suddenly disappeared leaving small traces behind.

She tried everything she could to get in touch but then again they never shared contact numbers. They were dumb enough to not do so. Or maybe one of them never wanted to?

So all that was left to do was wait till he replies.
