You saw me before I saw you.

You smiled when I looked up and our eyes connected. 

I frowned. 

You didn't take the hint when I begged you no with my eyes. You approached me anyway. That was a mistake. You should have realised it was a mistake when you saw me panicking. 

I couldn't help myself. Fear drove me. 

You walked towards me and I walked away from you.

I couldn't help myself so I looked back. Just once.

Once was all it took.

You were stood there, not moving. Your eyes on me.

Both of us were frowning then.
